I am rejecting this response because: Once again this is an untrue statementWe did not call the day after with buyers remorseWe still wanted the unit a month after we put down the good faith moneyAbout weeks later after little to no communication we went to the dealership stating we were done with the deal*** *** advised us of the no cool off period in Washington and advised us to seek legal council and to contact the Attorney General's office. Again we were told the unit was ready, *** *** said had personally checked itIt was not, so we made another mile trip for nothingAfter the final trip there, the owner became involved and plainly stated, in no way is this unit customer ready for deliveryWe told him ( Barry ) and Joe we were done with the deal, and did not want the unitThe owner( Barry ) offered $for our trips and inconvenience , and discounts on his store merchandiseNone of that has happened*** has written several letters to the owner( Barry )with no responseWhen we were looking at the unit, our salesman stated three times, "on occasion Freedom RV cannot or will not sell a unit." *** asked Barry if Freedom RV could get out of the deal, then why couldn't we after so much timeBarry said he did not knowThere is no financial contract, or financial institution, or title paperwork on the this unitWe have NEVER been contacted about paymentsWe have not purchased itOnly put $good faith moneyWe would like it and $for all of our trips , and lost work to drive to Freedom RV

We have sent this to our legal team and also sent a certified letter out asking for the pick up and final payment of this RV. At this time we consider the matter closed, we have offered to work this out several occasions, we have repaired this unit way over and above what was originally promised.,. Thank you*** ***

At the time of purchase, a day laterMr*** has buyers remorse and wanted to get out of the dealWe instructed Mr*** at that time that in the state of Washington there is a no cooling off period and that parts and labor were in process to repair the list of items he wanted repaired with
the salesman at time of purchaseWe then on two other occasions scheduled walk-throughs with Mr*** to pick up his unit each time Mr*** continued to add more things to his listWe at Freedom RV have never said no to Mr*** on any occasion or disagreed that we would ever do any repairFreedom RV has done all work ever requested by Mr*** and have been waiting for him to pick it up.

I have called this customer and let him know that he was never charged the $he said he was, after review I let customer know if he can provide us with an invoice we would be happy to help him solve his problems. It is our understanding he bought the unit ( AS IS ) and declined the extended
( SERVICE CONTRACT ) offered to him at the time of sale that would have covered the repairs if any that would have been needed after the delivery. We also let him know that we have all the paperwork to support this here at the dealership. I would be more than happy to sit down with Mr *** anytime and try and resolve this problem, at the end of the day we never like to see anyone unhappy. ThanksJoe L***

Hello.Freedom RV worked with Mr *** on the sale of two units.The first unit he that he loved at the time and then purchased, then weeks later wanted something bigger and had buyers remorse.After selling him another unit and taking the first unit back in trade ( Per our owner Mr D*** )
again he had buyers remorse and wanted his old one back, sighting a list of problems he had found after time of purchase and test drive of the RVWe agreed to look at a page list from Mr*** and worked on it for quite some time, Freedom RV never at anytime has said no to anything with Mr *** has ever wanted due to a personal relationship he has had both with this company and its Owner Mr D***.Mr *** has been confrontational to employees and staff on several occasions and has been back and forth on what he wanted most everyday IE: bought one RV and days later didn't like it, bought another RV and wanted his old one back, wanted warranties, then wanted to cancel them, wanted Gap insurance, and then wanted to cancel it, wanted ECO PRO, then didn't want it etc.Mr D*** and other members of our staff told him the ECO PRO product had already been applied and was something that could not be removed, the confusion is he talked to our owner Mr D*** and Mr D*** told him ( that if it had not already been applied ) he would refund him this money.The problem is that Mr D*** after checking with our Service manager found that this product had already been applied, so Mr D***s intentions were honorable.At this time Freedom RV considers this matter closed.Thank YouJoe L***

I am rejecting this response because:Everything expressed in MrL***'s response is not true When I talked to him the first time, he was very sympathetic and ready to work with us, but as soon as we left the premises he completely disregarded everything and didn't call back ever I called him after three weeks demanding from his secretary or receptionist that he call back because I had spoken with the Extended Warranty company and they had told me that they had never submitted any claims or any pictures of the damage He called me back then, that time was the only time he called me and when I told him that the Warranty company had told me that the never submitted any claims or anything, he then changed his story, and told me that they didn't send it because they knew it was going to be rejected, and I told him that it would surely be rejected if he had that attitude, and who were they to assume anything without first checking with the Warranty company He told me he was going to contact then and send the pictures Two weeks later, no news, so I called back and he told me that he had submitted the photos and they had rejected them After being lied to numerous times by Joe L*** and the people in their Service Department, I don't believe anything they say without proof After having the trailer fixed, and after I paid for the bill when MrL*** told me to pay it and he would make sure I would be reimbursed, I think they need to reimburse me my money because they are the ones who decided unilaterally not to submit the claim I would have done it if they would have told me that they were not going to do it, but they said they had done it.

I am rejecting this response because:The credit of $was never received by ***. Joe L*** claims that he credited the $to my Visa on August 2nd because I couldn't get approval for the RV loanThe truth of the matter is the following fact and statement:The loan officer from the RV Dealership called me on Friday August 4th at approximately 5:PM, one day before I was to travel back to Spokane to pick up my new RVThe loan officer notified me that the financing did not go through and the RV Deal had been cancelledI asked this person why they waited until the day before I was to pick up my new RV to notify me that the financing was not approved? The salesman did not have an explanation for me, rather he simply stated that they could not get me financedI expressed my disappointment in the fact that they waited until the last minute to notify meThat showed me absolutely no courtesy or professionalism what so ever.According to ***, they never received a credit of $to my Visa credit cardThe issue of the failed credit/refund of $has been turned over to the actual Visa issuing credit company and is being investigated by their team of annalist'sThe investigation was initiated because Joe L*** accused Solairty of making the mistake and not crediting my Visa the $he claims to have refunded to me on August 2ndThere is no such transaction that has occurred to dateBut it is being investigated*** will inform me of the results of the investigation once it has concludedFurthermore, on July 26, 2017, my wife and I bought a foot Class C Motor homeWe were told that out credit was good and there would be no problem in us getting the RVIn fact, we were instructed to get our current travel trailer ready for trade-in, by getting it cleaned out.We worked on our travel trailer, unloading everything and cleaning it, to present to Freedom RV, as we were instructed to doWe did this from July 31, until August 4, 2017, in degree heatHad we known on August 2nd that the financing had fallen through, it would have saved us a lot of workBut we were not notified by Freedom RV until August 4th of the situation with the financing.On August 31st 2017, Joe L*** called my residenceWe spoke for a few minutes, as well as my wife speaking to himHe closed his conversation with me by stating: "I have a million dollar business, and do not need your four thousand dollars in order to stay a float." I am glad that he is so successfulMy wife and I must be the exception as to how they treat their customers after the saleThe bottom line, problem has NOT been solved as of this date.

I am rejecting this response because: ECO warranty was never applied I have videos and pictures of the exterior and fabric of the coach showing no Repelling of water in it and it immediately soaks in the fabric we loved our first coach we simply wanted a bigger one with the diesel engineWe test drove many coaches and chose this one at freedom RV on a very short notice as They took it in on trade on Friday night we bought it Saturday morning and they never went through it before I purchased it They promised to fix anything wrong with it as it was not gone through We found many things prior to purchase and they were unable to fix the things that were immediately noticeable that was wrong to it for over days the coach was a lemon and we were forced to buy it anyway All the items on the original to do list we’re not done from changing the engine oil clean the coach inside and out and changing the generator oil none of that was done when I went to pick the coach up after days I have pictures and witnesses to prove it In fact after days there was still bowl in the refrigerator and food in the microwave If the Revdex.com cannot help get this resolved I will be getting an attorney But I should not have to with all the written confirmation pictures and videos I have in my possession

I am rejecting this response because:There were three of us at the sale that can attest to the fact that the $fee was added to the motorhome price, therefore there is no separate item showing the amount charged to me. As the salesman is no longer working at Freedom RV, then there is no one available to refute my claim. All they have is a sales document that does not itemize the disputed charge, so who wins these arguements? Apparently our word counts for nothing and the word of someone who was not even at the sale counts. I am no longer going to respond to these communications as it is obvious it is a waste of my time. In my opinion freedom rv is a dishonest business that does not care about the customer other than what additional "services" they can sell to make more profit
