We contacted the customer and have the problem resolved, it was a paperwork problem with the warranty company.After getting in touch with the warranty company and there rep we have all the paperwork back from them to complete the process.? Thanks Joe L***VPFreedom RV?

? Hello we have been in touch with the customer and have taken there unit back to the factory for the repairs needed we at Freedom RV decided that it would be the most effective way both in time and money to solve these problems.? We would be more than happy to discuss this matter further,
with the problems found the factory and Freedom RV felt this was the right course of action and conveyed this to the customers prior to it leaving Spokane so I am a little surprised with this Revdex.com compliant knowing that we were all on the same page more that weeks ago.? All said and done I am more than happy to speak with them again to reassure them that every step is being taken to solve there problems and address there needs.? ? ? Thank youJoe L***? ? 509-921-

I am rejecting this response because: I have two witnesses that were with me at the time of the sale.? The salesman that wrote up the sale, showed us a list of all the items they would inspect and repair and added the $to the negotiated price of the motor home.? The representative of freedom rv stated that they never do it that way, but the three of us can tell you that that is what they did.? The representative also stated that I bought the motor home "as is", but if that was the case, then why did they make some of the repairs without listing an additional charge for them?? The representative also stated that I refused the warranty program.? Absolutely!? I know all these add ons are designed to make more money for the dealership and are usually worthless when you need them.? I took a chance on their offer to check and repair all the motorhome problems before delivery, but as feared, they made a couple hundred dollars in repairs and pocketed the rest.? Lesson learned

Mr [redacted] bought the unit ( AS IS ) and declined the extended ( SERVICE CONTRACT ) offered to him at the time of sale that would have covered the repairs if any that would have been needed after the delivery. I have talked to Mr [redacted] since our first response, bottom line is everything that has been done on our end has been done right and we have all the paperwork to back this up. I would be more than happy to sit down with Mr [redacted] anytime. ThanksJoe L[redacted]

Hello My name is Joe L[redacted]I have spoke with this customer twice in one week , she was informed that her unit warranty claim was denied because she neglected to winterize her unit in the proper manner.When she spoke with me I told her we had found out the claim was denied, she said that we never...

turned in a claim in and I said I would make sure that this was not the case.After checking with our service manager and service writers my findings were that it had been turned in, I called her myself and left several messages with no response.About 3 days had passed when the customer finally responded, I told her at that time the warranty claim had been denied and that we had all the documentation here at the dealership for her to review at anytime, at that time she called us all a bunch of liars and said she was going turn us into the Revdex.com so here we are.I told the customer that we would be happy to get on the the phone with her and call the warranty company together and that we would be happy to take care of any claim that was approved.This all started because there trailer froze up and cracked the water lines and a tank, we have done what we can at this point.  Thanks Joe L[redacted]   we havenever said no to any of there requests

Hello.Freedom RV worked with Mr [redacted] on the sale of two units.The first unit he that he loved at the time and then purchased, then weeks later wanted something bigger and had buyers remorse.After selling him another unit and taking the first unit back in trade  ( Per our owner Mr D[redacted] )...

again he had buyers remorse and wanted his old one back, sighting a list of problems he had found after time of purchase and test drive of the RVWe agreed to look at a 3 page list from Mr. [redacted] and worked on it for quite some time, Freedom RV never at anytime has said no to anything with Mr [redacted] has ever wanted due to a personal relationship he has had both with this company and its Owner Mr D[redacted].Mr [redacted] has been confrontational to employees and staff on several occasions and has been back and forth on what he wanted most everyday IE: bought one RV and days later didn't like it, bought another RV and wanted his old one back, wanted warranties, then wanted to cancel them, wanted Gap insurance, and then wanted to cancel it, wanted ECO PRO, then didn't want it etc.Mr D[redacted] and other members of our staff told him the ECO PRO product had already been applied and was something that could not be removed, the confusion is he talked to our owner Mr D[redacted] and Mr D[redacted] told him ( that if it had not already been applied ) he would refund him this money.The problem is that Mr D[redacted] after checking with our Service manager found that this product had already been applied, so Mr D[redacted]s intentions were honorable.At this time Freedom RV considers this matter closed.Thank YouJoe L[redacted]

We have ordered new stickers for this unit and they were back ordered for the manufacturer, this problem has been taken care of with the customer and he has been notified as of the details.

This issue has been solved with the state and [redacted] has been contacted several times with those facts, the paperwork was finished on June 9th 2016
If there are any other issuse please contact me at 509-921-9977 and I would be more than happy to help in anyway I can.
I know that Tara has tried to call her several times and she has refused to call her back [redacted] also have my personal cell number and has been told she can call me anytime.
The issue that I was made aware of was and issue and the fault was with the state not Freedom RV, we have all of the documents to prove such facts and would be happy to share them at anytime.

This  is [redacted] I am the General Manager of Freedom Rv. Service contracts are in Place to help offset service issues. We give out literature when we sell the product and explain all processes at this time. Now I know I was not here then but I have never heard of any finance manager saying...

it covers everything. Freedom Rv will always get the provider of the service contract involved in all issues.. We will help out Mr and Mrs [redacted] in any way we can. We administer all service contracts and do what ever we can to get everything covered but like I said before coverage of the items will be in the literature that was presented to them. I will speed up any fixes that I can and do whatever I can to make this a better experience for the [redacted]"s.

We have sent this to our legal team and also sent a certified letter out asking for the pick up and final payment of this RV. At this time we consider the matter closed, we have offered to work this out several occasions, we have repaired this unit way over and above what was originally promised.,. Thank you[redacted]

David [redacted] Freedom RV sent a letter to you, written to them from EcoRVPro Interior MicrobeRepel Protection. This product was never in question. Our decision to not buy the coach has nothing to do with that product. A "contract" with NO title work, and NO financing , untruths, and lack of communication are the reasons we are not buying the motorhome.

I am rejecting this response because:The credit of $4000 was never received by [redacted].  Joe L[redacted] claims that he credited the $4000 to my Visa on August 2nd because I couldn't get approval for the RV loan. The truth of the matter is the following fact and statement:The loan officer from the RV Dealership called me on Friday August 4th at approximately 5:30 PM, one day before I was to travel back to Spokane to pick up my new RV. The loan officer notified me that the financing did not go through and the RV Deal had been cancelled. I asked this person why they waited until the day before I was to pick up my new RV to notify me that the financing was not approved? The salesman did not have an explanation for me, rather he simply stated that they could not get me financed. I expressed my disappointment in the fact that they waited until the last minute to notify me. That showed me absolutely no courtesy or professionalism what so ever.According to [redacted], they never received a credit of $4000 to my Visa credit card. The issue of the failed credit/refund of $4000 has been turned over to the actual Visa issuing credit company and is being investigated by their team of annalist's. The investigation was initiated because Joe L[redacted] accused Solairty of making the mistake and not crediting my Visa the $4000 he claims to have refunded to me on August 2nd. There is no such transaction that has occurred to date. But it is being investigated. [redacted] will inform me of the results of the investigation once it has concluded. Furthermore, on July 26, 2017, my wife and I bought a 31 foot Class C Motor home. We were told that out credit was good and there would be no problem in us getting the RV. In fact, we were instructed to get our current travel trailer ready for trade-in, by getting it cleaned out.We worked on our travel trailer, unloading everything and cleaning it, to present to Freedom RV, as we were instructed to do. We did this from July 31, 2017 until August 4, 2017, in 100 degree heat. Had we known on August 2nd that the financing had fallen through, it would have saved us a lot of work. But we were not notified by Freedom RV until August 4th of the situation with the financing.On August 31st 2017, Joe L[redacted] called my residence. We spoke for a few minutes, as well as my wife speaking to him. He closed his conversation with me by stating: "I have a 50 million dollar business, and do not need your four thousand dollars in order to stay a float." I am glad that he is so successful. My wife and I must be the exception as to how they treat their customers after the sale. The bottom line, problem has NOT been solved as of this date.

I am rejecting this response because:There were three of us at the sale that can attest to the fact that the $2400 fee was added to the motorhome price, therefore there is no separate item showing the amount charged to me.  As the salesman is no longer working at Freedom RV, then there is no one available to refute my claim.  All they have is a sales document that does not itemize the disputed charge, so who wins these arguements?  Apparently our word counts for nothing and the word of someone who was not even at the sale counts.  I am no longer going to respond to these  communications as it is obvious it is a waste of my time.  In my opinion freedom rv is a dishonest business that does not care about the customer other than what additional "services" they can sell to make more profit.

I am rejecting this response because:  ECO  warranty was never applied I have videos and pictures of the exterior and fabric of the coach showing no Repelling  of water in it  and it immediately soaks in the fabric  we loved our first coach we simply wanted a bigger one with the diesel engine. We test drove many coaches and chose this one at freedom RV on a very short notice as They took it in on trade on Friday night we bought it Saturday morning and they never went through it before I purchased it.  They promised to fix anything wrong with it as it was not gone through.  We found many things prior to purchase and they  were unable to fix the things  that were immediately noticeable that was wrong to it for over 60 days the coach was a lemon and we were forced to buy it anyway   All the items on the original to do list we’re not done from changing the engine oil clean the coach inside and out and changing the generator oil none of that was done when I went to pick the coach up after 10 days   I have pictures and witnesses to prove it    In fact after 45 days there was still bowl in the refrigerator and food in the microwave    If the Revdex.com cannot help get this resolved I will be getting an attorney    But I should not have to with all the written confirmation pictures and videos I have in my possession
