I am rejecting this response because: I have written resoonse from the owner via text message that it would be cancelled and refunded This will hold up in a court of lawPeriod They can take the high road and make it write or get suedIf they would like to make an offer of settlement in this matter I would consider less than the full amount to avoid a costly suit as I mean no harm to Freedom RV I am certain that IF they truly applied what they claim they did there actual cost would have to be less than $to do so So take off $of the original disputed ammount and pay me the rest.

Spoke with Mr & Mrs *** about this issue an found this to be a problem with there bank *** ,on August 2nd a credit was issued of $dollars. Customer says deal was never credited $4000. Deal was stopped due to customer not being approved for loan
amount. problem has been solved as of this date. Thanks Joe L***

This issue has been solved with the state and *** has been contacted several times with those facts, the paperwork was finished on June 9th

I know that Tara has tried to call her several times and she has refused to call her back *** also have my personal cell number and has been told she can call me anytime
The issue that I was made aware of was and issue and the fault was with the state not Freedom RV, we have all of the documents to prove such facts and would be happy to share them at anytime

At the time of purchase, a day laterMr*** has buyers remorse and wanted to get out of the dealWe instructed Mr*** at that time that in the state of Washington there is a no cooling off period and that parts and labor were in process to repair the list of items he wanted repaired with
the salesman at time of purchaseWe then on two other occasions scheduled walk-throughs with Mr*** to pick up his unit each time Mr*** continued to add more things to his listWe at Freedom RV have never said no to Mr*** on any occasion or disagreed that we would ever do any repairFreedom RV has done all work ever requested by Mr*** and have been waiting for him to pick it up

I am rejecting this response because: I have two witnesses that were with me at the time of the sale. The salesman that wrote up the sale, showed us a list of all the items they would inspect and repair and added the $to the negotiated price of the motor home. The representative of freedom rv stated that they never do it that way, but the three of us can tell you that that is what they did. The representative also stated that I bought the motor home "as is", but if that was the case, then why did they make some of the repairs without listing an additional charge for them? The representative also stated that I refused the warranty program. Absolutely! I know all these add ons are designed to make more money for the dealership and are usually worthless when you need them. I took a chance on their offer to check and repair all the motorhome problems before delivery, but as feared, they made a couple hundred dollars in repairs and pocketed the rest. Lesson learned

message (below)He did not discuss any of the issues I presented in my complaint only sent me back to the service departmentI was able to make an appointment with them days from the date I called (9/28/15)Mr*** was no help in the process as his email suggestedI do not accept his response because he did not follow through with his intentions to help me with the issues I have been made to deal with

David *** Freedom RV sent a letter to you, written to them from EcoRVPro Interior MicrobeRepel ProtectionThis product was never in questionOur decision to not buy the coach has nothing to do with that product. A "contract" with NO title work, and NO financing , untruths, and lack of communication are the reasons we are not buying the motorhome

I spoke to mr *** about his problems and have to him we would work this out for him thru his warranty when he returned to his home state.He has been made aware of the process that he did not understand at the time of purchase. Thank youJoe L***Sales Manager

I am rejecting this response because:Everything expressed in MrL***'s response is not true When I talked to him the first time, he was very sympathetic and ready to work with us, but as soon as we left the premises he completely disregarded everything and didn't call back ever I called him after three weeks demanding from his secretary or receptionist that he call back because I had spoken with the Extended Warranty company and they had told me that they had never submitted any claims or any pictures of the damage He called me back then, that time was the only time he called me and when I told him that the Warranty company had told me that the never submitted any claims or anything, he then changed his story, and told me that they didn't send it because they knew it was going to be rejected, and I told him that it would surely be rejected if he had that attitude, and who were they to assume anything without first checking with the Warranty company He told me he was going to contact then and send the pictures Two weeks later, no news, so I called back and he told me that he had submitted the photos and they had rejected them After being lied to numerous times by Joe L*** and the people in their Service Department, I don't believe anything they say without proof After having the trailer fixed, and after I paid for the bill when MrL*** told me to pay it and he would make sure I would be reimbursed, I think they need to reimburse me my money because they are the ones who decided unilaterally not to submit the claim I would have done it if they would have told me that they were not going to do it, but they said they had done it.

Hello? My name is Joe L***I have spoke with this customer twice in one week , she was informed that her unit warranty claim was denied because she neglected to winterize her unit in the proper manner.When she spoke with me I told her we had found out the claim was denied, she said that we never
turned in a claim in and I said I would make sure that this was not the case.After checking with our service manager and service writers my findings were that it had been turned in, I called her myself and left several messages with no response.About days had passed when the customer finally responded, I told her at that time the warranty claim had been denied and that we had all the documentation here at the dealership for her to review at anytime, at that time she called us all a bunch of liars and said she was going turn us into the Revdex.com so here we are.I told the customer that we would be happy to get on the the phone with her and call the warranty company together and that we would be happy to take care of any claim that was approved.This all started because there trailer froze up and cracked the water lines and a tank, we have done what we can at this point? Thanks Joe L***? ? ? we havenever said no to any of there requests

We have ordered new stickers for this unit and they were back ordered for the manufacturer, this problem has been taken care of with the customer and he has been notified as of the details
