Adam V and Tre M were completely professional, friendly, more than competent and were Fair. They did a great job. The first plumber that was called in chose to leave the work for a handyman to do the job however a competent plumber was absolutely needed and friendly plumber was terrific in sending Adam and his assistant Tre. So very pleased to have them in my home and would call again. Very happy to know that Adam is so completely competent in servicing boilers which is what we have. Thanks so much to Adam and Tre! Kudos to the two of them!

Where to begin? Superbowl Sunday our sewer backed up and we were referred to Friendly Plumbing. Within a few hours Ryan came and punched through the clog so the line would drain. The next day Corey came and completely cleared out the line. He ran a camera down and saw the damage done to the line from where our ground had settled and created a belly where "crap" was getting trapped. Also there were several sections where the huge tree in our yard had broken through the pipes with its roots. Two weeks later Casey and Porter came and fixed the pipe that had sunk and lined the rest of the pipe to make sure the roots would not plug up the sewer line. Bottom line, they were quick, efficient, comparable in price, but most of all they were very friendly. They made a horrible situation bearable. The company is very well named because all the people we worked with were very friendly and very personable and easy to work with. Thank you to Ryan, Casey, Porter and Corey. You guys were great.

Total Crooks. Was told one price over the phone and when the technician showed up it was a totally different price. when I told him no, he demanded 99.00 for just showing up.

They definitely live up to their name!! From scheduling our appointment to finishing the job, these guys have been wonderful! Easy to work with! Friendly and definitely make you feel like you’re the top priority. They didn’t rush through. They explained everything & suggestions/advice for future issues!

Alan did great job of tuning and replacing the capacitor. Was on time and courteous. I would recommend them.

I am very happy with the new furnace, ac and water heater I had installed. Justin Bender and the crew were professional and very good with walking me through the project so I knew what to expect. All my questions were answered and I was very impressed with how this large project came together just as I was told.

I needed to have my swamp cooler winterized and my furnace tuned up, Friendly Plumbing sent both Frank and Gene on the same day to service both. Frank and Gene were very courteous and did an amazing job.

My experience with Friendly Plumber has been most positive for the relatively few experiences I have had with them. Today Frank and Mitchell cane and prepared my furnace for winter and serviced my humidifier. They were friendly and answered any question I had.

I would freely recommend them to any friends or neighbors.

Brady has been great to work with and has stayed in constant contact with me during the whole process. He had to replace our water pressure valve and made sure to order the correct pieces before installing anything. He is a great consultant and helped us fix some other issues. Had furnace replaced and swap cooler upgraded to central AC by Friendly Plumber Heating and Air. While the systems work as they are supposed to from what I can tell so far, the customer service was less than par. Before the job had even started I was told that I shouldn't even waste my time trying to get a rebate. The job took over a week to complete. The electrician that was sent by Friendly did not show up on 2 separate occasions and when addressed with Jerome I was advised that it was because the AC was not a priority this time of year. I paid for the system to be installed whether it is a priority or not is not that of friendly or the electrician they sent. The insulation for my new ducting was ordered incorrectly yet no one wanted to take ownership of that mistake either. When the insulation issue was address with Jerome I was told that Justin said he picked up the insulation at 11am on 10/23 yet I had a screen shot from a text between my husband and Justin where Justin stated at noon on 10/23 that he was not going to be able to pick up the item until 3pm, so someone was lying but here again no one will take ownership. Then on the final day of work I received my invoice emailed to me where Jerome decided that he could sign off that the job was completed to MY satisfaction and that I agreed to pay the amount, and it was signed back on 10/16 before work had even begun. Overall a lot of shady things occurred through this process and I have no faith in them to come back to my home to do ANY work.

Gene showed up when promised. He was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my issues with my water softener and hot water circulation device. He provided me with an honest opinion and did not try to sell me things I did not need. Thanks a bunch!

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. I had bought one and Gene came over and put it in . He was fast and the price was fair. If I need plumbing and Heating/AC service. The first place I call is "Friendly"!
