Brady came out and did a through inspection on my plumbing system. When he came we had horribly low water pressure, he turned up our pressure and now we have great pressure. He didn't even charge us a dime. Friendly plumbing is the best company out there and Brady is the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest person we have ever dealt with. We for sure will be using them in the future.

I don't want to sink Wes's chances of getting tapped for the company honor, but I'm basin' this review on hot and cold service--that is, we now have hot AND cold water! Wes and Walter were professional, personable, and even though Wes had to come over three times, he got the job done. We found previous plumbers to be a drain of our patience and just wanted to wash our hands of them. Finally along came Wes and now we can do just that--with a fully functional bathroom sink! Wes is a true angel--we've really never seen a fairer faucet.

Called Frank at Friendly Plumber last night and he came over at 8:00am and had the blown capacitor on our AC fixed by 8:30. Amazing service!!! Thanks Frank.

Brady with friendly plumber was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were so impressed we referred him to a friend already.

Finally a plumbing company that communicated and kept their time window! Wes called before he showed up (with his squeaky shoes) and asked questions to make sure he had the right tools the first time. A snake couldn't fix my problem but Wes crawled around under the house, dirt and cobwebs and all, to explain what the root cause is. Wild definitely call them again and recommend!

This Company has exceeded my expectations. A few years back we bought a older house so as you can imagine the plumbing is not the best. We have had 4 different plumbing companies out to the house for various reasons and we were always mislead about pricing and left disappointed and angry every time. Last week we called the friendly plumber because our sink kept backing up they had gave us a quote over the phone and honestly I was thinking YA right, and planned on it being a couple hundred more once they got here and assessed the situation because of our previous experiences with other companies. Wes showed up looked at the sink and fixed it in under 30 min and the best part... It WAS exactly what they had quoted!! I was so happy with the services I received, Wes was so nice and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were an annoyance. I Give these guys 5 stars and will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs. THANK YOU!!

Anxiety about dealing with a water leak and the possible $cost$ associated with it made me search on-line reviews before making a call to Friendly Plumber today.My exceptional experience began the moment I made the call.I was put at ease from the beginning.The plumber Wes came in the window of time they set-I even got a call when he was on the way.He was personable,super pleasant and very professional.I trusted everything he told me because he showed me what he was seeing.New hot water heater,leak origin identified.ThAnn you Friendly Plumber and Wes!I won't be afraid to call again.

Im so thankful for Wes and Bradys services they provided at my house. I jist bought a home and one year after I buy the main drain is backing up. Wes and Brady both knew exactly what do do, I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm excited to do some laundry again.. thab k you guys u r the best

Wes, Brady, and Walter were all great. The house pressure regulator failed and caused the heat exchang on my tankless to fail. Wes and Brady came out, changed the tankless, BUT when I was not getting the volume of water I wanted upstairs Wes and Walter came back out, promptly, without excuses, and during the busiest time of the year, worked on the problem until we all knew it was resolved. Turned out to be builder installed it wrong, but they have a fix. When their schedules slow down this fall, you can bet I be calling them.

Frank was awesome today he helped us out with our air conditioning today.. and he saved us ... I will be getting a hold of this company in the future if we need any service's done... Thanks..

Frank did an amazing job of fixing our AC. He was so personable and slowed my toddler what he was doing. It was nice to have such a friendly tech in the house.

Above and beyond the call of duty! Frank installed a new air conditioner on the hottest day of the year. He worked from 4 pm to almost midnight! Congenial and a wonderful job.
