We have worked with Friendly Plumbing Heating and Air for over a year. They have always been prompt and very honest in their dealings with us. Our air conditioner just went out and we worked with Jarom. He was great, left decisions up to us with recommendations to help in the decision. We decided to replace the air conditioner as well as the furnace. We had Josh, John, and Deng come out the same day. They were working on another job but still came to install this for us so we had air conditioning for the night. They stayed until 10pm to get things working correctly. We really appreciated the job and their willingness to get this done for us.

This business is not only great but fair. I had a main line done and Wes Stringfellow was amazing and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

The name of the company should include Friendly, Prompt, Professional and Quality. I recently had a need for some emergency plumbing work to be done. Phoned "Friendly Plumbing". A young man by the name of Wes showed up and performed the work for me. I have never been more impressed of how knowledgeable, professional and "Friendly" he was. He took care of my plumbing issue promptly and with the best quality. I have since refered this business to at least 4 of my neighbors. What a great, honest and quality service! Wes and Brady came to check out a clog in our master bathroom. We have worked with Wes before and absolutely love him, and Brady was no different. What I love about them is they are honest, dependable, and they truly just want to help you out as best they can. Even though our clog ended up being way worse than we thought and it will be a huge job to repair the whole experience was anything but negative. Wes and Brady are true professionals and we will definitely work with them again.

I called Friendly Plumber when my water heater was not heating. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and made sure I could get someone out that day. I didn’t have to wait long for Brady to come and solve my problem. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. He didn’t even charge me for what he considered a simple fix. And he was a lot of fun to talk to – he even knew how to pronounce my last name! Wes, Mike, Paul, Jose, and Brady were all great to work with and did a wonderful job. Wes was able to analyze my basement flooding issue and quickly design a solution that proved to be the solution I'd been looking for for 6 months. The cleanup was impressive and they carefully dug to avoid breaking any sprinkler lines. The work was great and the price fair. Five stars

Brady was at my daughter's house to install a water softener. He was friendly and explained things to me. Since the old water softener was full of water and we did not have a shop cab, Brady bought one at his own expense saying that he really should have in his truck.
I totally recommend Brady and The business Friendly Plumber. We especially got along great because he is also a Cubs fan.

Friendly plumbing just installed 2 Navien Condensing water heaters and did a great job. Quick, Clean, and very professional.

Friendly Plumber was a good company to work with, professional, very friendly and quick! They gave a good price including a discount for doing both installations at one time. They were quick doing the installations! Did great clean up. Followed up with us. I would refer this company to anybody needing this which was hot water heater and a furnace.

During a remodel we discovered our new kitchen sink did not line up with the drain line. we needed a plumber to replace and align for the sink. The conversation with our serviceman "Tex" was clear on what needed to be done, parts and cost for service. New sink with disposal mounted, drain replaced under sink -all is good.Great job ! Quick and cleaned up after, thanks Tex.

Walter and Jason were wonderful, efficient, and knowledgeable in solving our terrible plumbing issues. Our household was completely paralyzed when we realized we were unable to use the kitchen, showers, or laundry due to the huge backup in the plumbing. I've had to use Friendly Plumber twice in the last 2 years. They are my first call if I ever need plumbing services. Tex came out last time and was GREAT! He recommended what needed to be done and arranged another company to help with a flooding issue.

Friendly Plumber lives by its name. The staff was caring and prompt in creating an appointment. The technician was a hero! He went above and beyond to assure our issues were fixed in a timely manner. He was professional and explained the process well. There were no surprises in costs or work performed. AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Friendly because of positive reviews of the company and because of an employee named Frank. He had some positive reviews, so I requested him specifically. He showed up on time and ready to help. He went step by step and got the AC blowing cold again. He discussed service options with me and let me make an informed decision about my AC. He also honored the R22 price quoted over the phone, which was much less than he understood. I felt comfortable and well informed at all times during the service call.
