Front Range Exteriors came out to do a paint estimate, but we were curious about their stucco-over-sidingGetting new stucco done over the whole house was less expensive and a much better value than we anticipated, so we went with the stuccoAnd I'm glad we did! It's like a whole new house! Great, vivid colors, and because of the material, it won't crack up like a lot of the stucco in our neighborhood isInteresting technologyIt took a few weeks to complete all phases of the job (more complicated than a paint job obviously), and the workers were clean and professionalWatching the different phases were interestingThe salesman returned frequently to check in on the job, and was very knowledgeableGood experienceA+++

Once the cold weather started hitting, we were suddenly pressed to replace three windows that gave us a lot of trouble last winterThis winter really crept up on us! Well, we called Front Range Exteriors, and they sent out an estimator to evaluate our house with a thermal camera (that was neat) and give us an estimate for the threeHe did a great presentation of the new window technology, and the price was a lot less than I expected, so we replaced all of windows in the house! After three weeks, the new windows were delivered, and a crew came to install, and they were extremely skilled and professionalWe also financed the whole thing with their 'green sky' program, because there wasn't any interest for a year, so why not? Great experience overall

Front Range Exteriors, Inc provided excellent service in repairing and resurfacing a large flat roof on my houseUsed a Uniflex coating that waterproofed and sealed the existing bitumen material that was deteriorated and leakingAlso, Front Range Exteriors did a second project concurrently with the roof repair, They patched and repaired the stucco home then sealed all stucco walls with a tinted Sherlastic coating that made our home look brand new
The crew and personnel from Front Range were very professional and took care of all the work as quickly as possible, weather permitting, They always communicated the schedule and kept us informed about the progress of the work, All the work turned out very well and looks great! Price as quoted was the final price paid

While we normally do business through personal referrals, the cold call made by Front Range Exteriors proved to be a great exception to our rule Jim reviewed all of our paint options and we were very impressed with his level of knowledge of the Sherwin Willliams line and the entire process from power wash, scraping and caulking to the actual paint application, body and trimOn the strength of his presentation, we decided to go with Frontier Range Jim remained in constant contact with us throughout the project and answered any questions or concerns we had and resolved them quickly and professionally Likewise, our painting crew, headed up by Danny, was very friendly and diligent with the prosecution of the work We love the results--our house looks beautiful and we're already getting compliments from our neighbors, friends and family

Tried to get a quote from them, but they never showed up I scheduled to get a quote from them and they said they would confirm my appointment the day before That didn't happen so I called them on the day of my scheduled quote, to make sure that we still had an appointment and they said that they were actually on the way to my house! They never showed up or called stating why they didn't make it I took time off of work for this and just wasted my time

In September of 2015, I contacted Front Range Exteriors because I had a window leakA window repair company informed me that the issue require removal of stucco around the windows and possible replacementThe project manager met with me and when he returned with a quote for the work, he brought the owner of the companyThe owner relayed to me on several occasions that he didn't usually do jobs of this magnitude and unfortunately I should have taken this as a sign to run in the opposite directionFrom the beginning, crews did not show up on days as promised and were most often unsupervisedStandard practice when challenged for poor workmanship or faulty installation is to blame the customerI had less trouble building an entire home than with this repairNo integrity at this companyPoor scheduling and no follow throughSave your money

We contacted Front Range Exteriors after another company jacked up the price the day before work was supposed to begin Front Range Exteriors came out to do the quote and we had quote in hand before they left They gave us several options to choose from based on what level we wanted We had to wait quite some time - due to weather and uncontrollable situations Once the weather cleared up they called on Saturday to come out and pressure wash Monday evening our house was completely painted! It looks beautiful!
