These guys did surprisingly good workI mean--I read the many good reviews about the company on the web, and I was expecting to get the best bang for my buck with Front Range Exteriors, but they overdeliveredThe prep work alone was amazingI've never seen painters spend so much effort on the little details before even spraying any paintThe entire company was very pleasant to deal with, and the results were superbWill definitely use again

My wife and I have been meaning to replace our original year old windows for a few years now, and we always run out of time every winterWell, this year, we opened the phone book, and got an estimate from Front Range Exteriors, as well as from two other companiesFront Range acted differently than the othersThe salesman mentioned that sometimes window companies are like car salesmen, and put out a high price, then use various fake discounts to get lower and lower until you say 'yes'And he wasn't kidding! Originally started with an Angie's List offer for house painting Matt came out, assessed the situation and made recommendations for paint type and application His opinions were reasonable and honest As we walked around the house I pointed out other things I planned on doing (such as removal of small A/C units that the previous owner had build into the sides of the house that were no longer needed as we now had central cooling) We worked that into the deal
One thing I have to mention Matt noticed hail damage on the house and gutters and offered to do a roof inspection also He said it wasn't a lot but recommended contacting my insurance company to have them take a look also He said he would come out and meet the insurance inspector whenever he cameI made the arrangements and on the day of the inspection, the insurance inspector gave me minutes warning that he was coming I called Matt and he dropped everything at the office to come out to the house Extraordinary! But that wasn't the best Matt went up on the roof with the insurance inspector (from USAA) When they came down, the insurance inspector took me aside and said, "You've got a really good contractor there Unlike a lot of guys that go up there with me, he didn't pressure me to find anything more than what was really there I'm impressed."
From sheet rock repair on the inside to the painting, siding and gutters on the exterior the work and attention to detail has been excellent The walk around inspection after the work was done was thorough and any oversights were fixed quickly and without any hint of grumbling

Front I called FRExteriors in August 2014. [redacted] came to my home & explained 3 different plans to me & told me about the company. I chose the plan & he said it would take about 3-4 weeks to get house painted. Then [redacted] called me & explained they would power wash the house & then come out & prep the house for painting. They came out & did sand the wood, caulk & they had to replace wood on the side of my house by the chimney because water had ruined it. They replaced all the wood & then after all the prep work they got to the business of painting. The team was awesome. They were on time. They worked all day. They put up plastic liner over all the windows & doors so the paint wouldn't get on that stuff. They did paint my garage door shut & I had a heck of a time getting it open to go to work, but I did finally get it open. I, of course have to open my garage door to go into garage. The next day when they took care of doing all the trim work, they repainted the garage door & this time left if open to dry & I had no problem with it then & it came out very nice too. When the team was done, they picked up all the trash from the yard. They left the paint that they didn't use (about 1/2 can & left 1 plank of wood from replacing the wood by the chimney) & then the job was done. I was very satisfied & extremely happy when my house was done. What a difference a paint job makes to the home. I would happily use this company again & also recommend Front Range Exteriors to anyone looking for a very fair price, good explanation of all the services. Plus after all that I got a good warranty. The paint was from Sherwin Williams. Super Paint-Exterior Latex. Best of all it didn't take 3-4 weeks. It took less than 1 week. For all the work they did I got a very fair price & very good service. I would use this company again.

We wanted to get the house painted earlier in the year, but life got in the way. In a rush to get the paintjob done before the snow started falling (because we had some rot issues and didn't want the siding to get damaged more over the winter), we called three different companies to see how quickly it could be done. Front Range Exteriors was the only one who seemed to take us seriously. The salesman was great and experienced, the crew was clean and quick, and the entire experience was nice and smooth. And they do windows, too! In another month, we'll be replacing our front window with Front Range. Great company.

I expected that Front Range Exteriors would paint my house. What I didn't expect was the super positive customer service. It started with Jon [redacted] who came to my house, made an assessment, and talked me through the process. He was straightforward, honest, and best of all, no fancy sales talk. He told me that if I signed on with Front Range I'd get a good paint job from a good paint crew. Both turned out to be true. Miguel was the crew chief. His smile, helpful attitude, and great communications skills made this a great experience. Next time I need house painting, I'm headed back to Front Range Exteriors.

Our house was severely damaged in the hail storm in July. Front Range Exteriors was one of the first companies in the phone book we called. We tried to take estimates from other companies too, but they were too busy to set an appointment, and Front Range made time for us, so we had them come out. We were glad the estimator was there for the adjustor meeting. He had a lot of stuff approved that the insurance agent was trying to gloss over with us. It took some time to complete all of the work, but there were a lot of different 'trades' to do, but the crews were all friendly and professional, and the results were great! If we ever need them again, we won't hesitate to call.

We are very happy with how the job turned out. Front Range Exteriors performed a 'stucco restoration' on our house. Our old cracked stucco is now fixed up and weatherproof, and the new color looks great. They also prepped and re-painted the wood areas, and installed a new insulated garage door with windows. All phases of the job went smoothly, and all of the people we dealt with were professional and efficient. We'll definitely recommend.

After a catastrophic hail storm, Front Range replaced my roof and gutters and painted the deck and sections of the exterior. Three windows/screens and an additional three screens were replaced. All work was done satisfactorily but I want to point out one employee who went above and beyond. During the installation of a skylight, some screws were inadvertently driven through to the drywall, which resulted in several small holes. When brought to their attention Front Range was right on it. Darren came out and patched/painted the holes. He was one of the most courteous and friendly workers I've ever had work at my home. His work, although minor, was done very professionally. Additionally, Darren noticed two sections of my fence were blown down due to recent heavy winds. He offered to help put the sections back up and together we secured the fence until the fence company can replace it. Professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful, Darren is an asset to Front Range.

This business is awesome. Their estimators are very skilled and knowledgeable, their crews are competent and professional, and the office staff is friendly and easy to work with. I've had four different properties painted, reroofed, etc. by them, and I've had no regrets. I feel that the company owner is very reliable, and takes good care of his people. Strongly recommend.

Front Range Exteriors is a life saver! We made the mistake of hiring a different painting company to repaint our house's exterior without looking into them first, and that company was a wreck!! I'm not going to go into all the problems we were having before we finally fired them from the job, but then we called Front Range after researching painters on the internet, and they saved the day! Front Range Exteriors was able to fix the damage from the other company, and did WAY more prep work, and the paint job ended up spectacularly! Funny thing is, Front Range Exterior's price was LOWER then the jokers we hired first. Front Range Exteriors did good work on my home. I called them after we sustained some hail damage. They were pretty busy, but managed to help me through the claim process pretty quickly. Once the roof was delivered, the crew was very competent and professional and did a great job. The paint job and gutters turned out great too, and the office was a pleasure to work with. Will recommend, and I know who to call after the next storm. :)

Front Range Exteriors earned 5 for 5 from us too. Craftsmanship and great products added tremendous value and long term protection to our home. The fun part was getting to pick from a wide range of colors and the best part was seeing a contractor treat the project like it was their home. It now looks brand new and we could not be happier. And fair prices to boot where we feel we received more than what we paid for. I took an estimate from Front Range Exteriors for replacing two windows and got a paint estimate while I was at it. Their prices were very decent, and I was very comfortable with their track record, so I went for it. The work was fantastic, the crews involved were clean and professional, and all of the staff were easy to work with. Great results. Will use them again in the future.

I had Front Range Exteriors take a look at my home as well as a Colorado Springs rental property I own after the hail storm. It took a lot of hail damage to the roof, vinyl siding, and gutters. I was surprised at the quality of service and attention to detail, and especially the value I received for the out-of-pocket cost that wasn't involved in the claim. The paint job was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I initially heard about them from another realtor I work with who had them do a paint job in Woodland Park at his house up there. I'll be recommending them to all of my clients.
