Front Range painted and trimmed our large stucco home and it could not have turned out better! We also had some new windows installed by Front Range and their stucco guy was awesome! They also repaired some stucco and I cannot tell the difference between the original and the patch. They had never used the color I wanted and they had to trust me that it would look terrific when done. [redacted] was the guy I saw most the time and he was great. I am now hoping to use them on our new home purchase!

Great painters! The estimate was a good experience. The salesman really knew his stuff. The company was really busy with storm work, so it took a few weeks to get scheduled, but we were also waiting for a single custom window to be produced by their manufacturer. The crews were professional and polite, worked hard and efficiently, and the results were outstanding! Good price, easy to deal with office. Good overall.

Great paint job. The house looks so great! It's like a whole new home on the outside! We were looking for painters in Colorado Springs, Front Range Exteriors was near the top of the list. Their estimate was competitive, and the salesman was very professional and I felt very comfortable through the whole process. The crew was fast and clean and very polite. We took some heavy hail damage this year, and opened the phone book and called Front Range and another company. What a knowledgeable salesman! He was able to wrap up my exterior paint, gutters, roof, some window glazings, and even a portion of my deck into the insurance claim. We did SO much work for practically nothing. The other company we had look at the damage just wanted to go for the roof and the gutters. We're glad we went with Front Range Exteriors. It's like a new home! They did great work too, and guided us through everything! Very happy with the results. Will use again for sure!

We contacted 4 companies to get quotes to have our house painted. We had trouble even talking to a couple of them. Others were difficult to set appointments with and changed the appointments with very little notice.
Front Range Exteriors was by far the exception. Despite a slight scheduling mix-up, the owner made a special effort to keep our appointment. He did a great job of explaining the entire process. The company made a couple of extra trips to paint sample colors on the house so we could see what they would look like in different lighting and sections of our house.
The service and attention from the beginning was so good that we had them replace our gutters and garage door too. They coordinated and scheduled all of the work.
I was amazed at how quickly they prepared and painted the house. It took less than two days and looks great. I am very happy with the product and the final cost of the project.

Front Range Exteriors re-stained our cabin, and it looks great! Our Woodland Park second home was a bit out of repair, but they did a great job with the prep. Also gave us an estimate for replacing the windows and sliding door, and soon we'll be using them for that, as well as installing a modern garage door. Took care of the exterior first, and it turned out awesome! Changed from the generic brown that was from when the house was built, and now it's a rich darker brown and looks like a totally different home. :) Will use them for the windows and garage door when we can. A+++

We were going to wait until next year to paint the house, but had a nice young man come to the house offering a free estimate, so thought "why not?" The estimator was on time and professional, and the price was right, and Front Range had lots of good reviews online, so we went with them. The painters did a great job and were nice to deal with and didn't smoke on the property. Everything was cleaned up well, and the paint job looks outstanding! Thanks, Front Range Exteriors!

We are very pleased with the quality of service provided by Front Range Exteriors. There was a little hiccup in getting started, but once we signed the paper work and selected our colors, everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated that Mike, our project manager, came over right away when I had a momentary freak out about the color as it was initially applied. All was fine, but it was good that he took my concern seriously. The crew that worked on our house was very professional, courteous, neat and tidy. They did a good job of communicating about the status of the job. We are thrilled with our new look. Thank you!

This company presented itself as a high-quality organization. Beware! We hired them to replace some old siding and to paint the house. After a huge hail storm in May, we went ahead with our part of the agreement. The hail caused some expansion of the project. When they came to do the job, I was shocked at the poor quality of the material they provided. Shock two came when they nailed the siding on with the "rough" side out. After I complained they tore the siding off and "cut and pasted" the siding so it was a patchwork of seams and knots. Then the painter came. He said that priming the wood was not required and that the primer was in the paint. Two days after he and his crew left, the paint broke out in bubbles. We called and FRE sent him out again to sand off the bubbles and repaint. Now we have two very different types of siding and the new siding is marked with areas that have been painted and areas that have been sanded and painted. In summary, it looks horrible. Their representative said they would come back in the spring and fix it. It is still bubbling on warm days. Some of the siding is bowed away from the boards below and one board split and the painter just caulked it and painted it over. We paid them as we contracted. However, I am not at all happy with this contractor and dismayed that we were taken in by FRE. The only solution I can see is to reside the whole house or to stucco it. In addition, they "encouraged" us to use FRE for roofing and window repair. Thank goodness we did not as we are delighted with the contractors we hired to do these repairs. . .they both were competent, efficient, and provided quality products! Unlike FRE, we will recommend them highly!

I arranged for a Front Range Exteriors estimator to come to my home to do an estimate for the painting of the entire exterior. The salesman and each other person in the company I interacted with were very professional and the estimator was very interested in making sure he understood exactly what I wanted and would give me what I need. The paint crew was very courteous and each of them introduced themselves to me when they appeared. They did a lot of prep work and covered up many areas to make sure they didn't over spray, and it turned out to be a very quality job from a quality company. Front Range Exteriors is a great painting company for Colorado Springs. Will recommend.

They applied a second coat of stain to three deck floors; installed two new gutters and downspout extension; applied a new flat roof to the front door overhang; patched two large holes made by flickers in the soffit. Front Range Exteriors is my "go to" company for all the maintenance on my house exterior. This is convenient for me because they have experts in several different trades (e.g., roofers, painters, carpenters) so that I can get the repairs done dealing with only one company rather than several. Because the same workers return, they are developing a history of what they have done on the house in previous jobs. All the employees who have worked on my house have been polite, friendly and extremely competent. The quality of the work done is excellent and they are prompt to repair even the slightest hiccup (e.g. a small trim strip that worked loose). Because they do such quality work at fair prices, they seem to have many jobs with the result that there may be some lead time before they can get your job done--but I feel they are worth the wait of a week or two.

We called front range exteriors when a flying rock from the lawnmower cracked out front window. They didn't do just glass replacement as a company, but the estimator offered to give me a quote for replacing the entire window, and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. After checking into the company and learning that they were legit (and highly reviewed onthe web), we went with the quote and had the window replaced. The new window is SO MUCH better than the old original window that came with the house. The living room doesn't get hot in the sun or cold when it's cold out anymore. We're going to be getting a quote soon to have the rest of the windows in the whole house replaced too. Front range exteriors is a great replacement window company.

Good paint job, good price. The estimate was decent (we got a few others), but the value ended up being a lot more than we expected. Will definitely call again when we need something else.

Great Company to work with. I had Jon come out and give me an estimate on a new replacement window for the back of the house. He talked me into doing the whole house and I'm glad he did. Our gas and electric bills dropped about 15% and the cars that drive by the front of the house we can't even hear them any more. What a difference!!! the process only took about 4 weeks from start to finish.

Front Range Exteriors, along with 3 other local paint contractors, gave us an estimate for painting out home. Their price was middle-of-the-line, but their prep work and quality was top notch! Very organized, polite, and efficient. Great work. We'll use them again.

My name is Stephen P, and let me start out by saying that I'm very skeptical of contractors. Having moved to Colorado Springs only a year ago, I've seen my share. Jon from Front Range Exteriors put me at ease immediately. After getting several estimates, I selected Front Range Exteriors to paint my home. The company's ability fo communicate and deliver as promised was very admirable. Jon outlined the scope of the job detailing all of the agreement terms, I was kept informed from a Production manager about what the crew would be doing on any given day. Throughout the whole process, Jon consulted with me to make sure I was happy with everything. I liked when he painted on the different sample colors. That was fun. The crew spoke highly of the company as well--they were happy on the job which speaks volumes for the quality of Front Range Exteriors as a company. Overall, everyone was cordial, professional, clean, and the RESULTS LOOK GREAT!!

This is a FANTASTIC company!
If you want quality work, done right, then go with Front Range. On the other hand, if you want something done hastily and poorly, look elsewhere.
[redacted] and his crew were extremely detail-oriented and always showed us that they wanted the absolute best for our home, as if it were their own residence. They were so impressive with painting our home's exterior and replacing most of our windows that we kept finding more jobs for them to do, including replacing the remainder of our windows (including the addition of a large garden window in our kitchen), adding a new front door, building a new front porch, and re-painting two metallic roofs on our back porch and utility shed.
Future projects we plan with this company include a garage interior renovation, installment of panoramic windows in the exercise room, and a back deck re-build.
If you really want the best possible work done on your home, go with Front Range. Keep in mind that better quality may sometimes require more patience on your part, but is major home maintenance/construction something you really want to rush through?
