Our house was decimated by the hail in July. We found Front Range Exteriors in the phone book and they were extremely helpful. The estimator walked us through the entire insurance claim process, and was even present for meeting with the insurance rep. The estimator got the insurance rep to approve things he wasn't intending to! Well, the work took a while (roof, siding, gutters, paint, window glazing, vents, some other minor things), and there were multiple different crews involved, but they were all professional and highly skilled. The estimator stayed involved the entire way, and everything went smoothly. What a transformation! Very happy, and we know who to call next time the weather goes insane...

I had this company install stucco, gutters/down spouts and downstairs windows to my house in 2016. This company ignored all concerns that I brought to there attention (dryer vent covered for about a month, front door physically blocked by scaffolding for the same period of time and other issues). The crew actually propped a gutter down spout on the front of my car (metal on metal) and pulled away parts of my back deck support beam away from the wall. If you get anything done by this company make them wright it down (not like the site manager is going to read it anyway) any verbal conversations about the job (things like they dispose of waste or clean up the broken glass on the floor in your house) will never get done. On completion of the job (we can call it that) the same gutters that they installed were filled with stucco and were never cleaned out (as requested). The final product looks great however the lack of customer support and excuses made this a regrettable experience.

Front Range did a stucco restoration to our home in Peregrine, also replaced our garage door and some pieces of rotten soffit. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience overall. The man who did the estimate wa very knowledgeable and helped us through the process. We also chose to finance through their 'green sky', which was a great deal. The workers were clean, didn't smoke on my property, and were careful with the dogs. Cleanup was good. Our house looks great! They did a lot of the houses on our street, so I thought I'd give them a call to see what price they'd give us, and I was glad I did! Will definitely recommend.

A co-worker referred me to Front Range Exteriors after they painted his house. I'd heard of them and saw their trucks around, and I'd been meaning to get a paint estimate for a few years now, so decided to give it a try. The estimate was cheaper than I expected. After I received a competitive estimate from another company, I was surprised with how much emphasis Front Range put on prep work compared to the other guy. Went with Front Range, and it was a great job. They weren't lying about all of the attention to detail and time they put into prepping the house! Well the job was done well and professionally, and was a pleasure the whole way. Will recommend. And they do windows, too! I've been meaning to replace a big front window that's really drafty, so will probably have them do that closer to winter.

These guys did a great job on our house! We researched around for painting contractors in Colorado Springs, and found Front Range Exteriors among others. Their estimate was middle-of-the-road, but their quality and credentials were fantastic! Everyone involved in the project was knowledgeable and professional, and we were very happy with the results. I'll be telling all of my friends about them.

Great work for a great price. Our house looks new! Very fresh looking colors, impressive prep work. Process was easy from estimate to payment. Decent warranty, too. Very happy, will recommend.

We did a lot of research to finally decide on front range exteriors. We could not have been more disappointed! The job took over 3 weeks to complete after we were told it would only be a 2-3 day project. We were lied to, misled, and left with a sub-par paint job. I won't even consider letting them back to my house to fix the work they did. The sheen on the paint is inconsistent due to spraying the house then touching up with a brush. They did the same thing on our doors and there are brush marks and inconsistencies on them as well. I feel like we were treated like a small job and should have gotten a lot better quality for the job that was done. There is no oversight from the managers, they are just too busy to do any quality control on the paint jobs that are done. I would recommend going with a different company. I am completely surprised with the high reviews that this company gets from various sources.

Front Range Exteriors did a great job painting our house. We had some complications when some siding they uncovered was rotten and needed to be replaced, but they were very professional, adjusted the estimate, and produced great results. Jim was very helpful during the initial estimation and overseeing the project, and the office lady was pleasant to deal with. Will tell my friends about the company.

I'm a call center rep for [redacted]. When I had hail damage on my own house this July, I called Front Range to do the repairs because I was hearing about their involvement with a lot of customers. They were very professional, and knowledgeable, and did good work. Will be recommending.

Front Range Exteriors gave us a great deal on a late season paint job for the house. All of the workers involved, the estimator, and the office girls were all very helpful and professional. Work was fantastic! Much better than we anticipated. It's all in the prep-work, they say. We'd use Front Range Exteriors again any time!

FRE installed a new insulated garage door and door opener with extra keypad. Everything went perfect! Installers were highly professional and thorough, and did a great job.

We got an estimate from them for painting, but used them for a window replacement. Two guys came out to measure and two came back to install the window. The measuring took less than 30 minutes and the installation took an hour or two. They guys were friendly. They did what they needed to do then left. They left the work area clean. I thought they were good. There was one small part on the inside that was missing and they told me to call, but I forgot. The installers remembered and came back and put it in.

This year we really needed to repaint the house. My husband was planning to do it himself, but I don't like him doing the high areas anymore, so we thought we'd consider a few estimates. The estimate from front range exteriors was just right, and cost less than we thought it would. We decided to go with a totally different color scheme, and the house looks great! Everyone was professional and clean, and spoke english, and were easy to deal with. What a deal!

I accepted the offer of a free estimate to have the exterior of my house repainted. I was curious, so I said yes. My wife was there during the estimate and I looked at the paper work when I got home. They offered 3 levels of paint with different warranties. I knew the price was competitive based on what my neighbors had done in the past several years due to hail damage. We decided to go with the high end paint to hopefully lengthen the time till it needed to be painted again. I signed the paperwork to have the job done and waited for some decent weather to got the job done.

[redacted] called on Thursday to let us know he would start on Friday at about 10:30. He showed up on time and told us what he planned to accomplish that day and the next day or two to complete the job. To my surprise, thursday was spent "prepping" the house for paint. I expected taping the windows and exterior items attached to the house (lights etc..). Actually they did that and caulked, and primed. I hadn't seen that level of work on all the houses I had seen painted around me. The next 2 days were the same. Highly professional workmanship with wonderful attention to detail. I tend to hover when someone is working on my house. They didn't mind and seemed to relish explaining the process. I was completly comfortable with their ability. [redacted] was in the business for 25 years and the 2 poeple working with him had 15 and 7 years of experience.

My wife and I are both very happy with the experience and the outcome. We will call them again when we need work done.

Did a thermal imaging consultation. They consulted with me on making my home more energy efficient. The gentleman showed on time, did a thorough assessment, and provided me with advice on what I should do immediately after his inspection. Very happy with the experience.

Installed light over dining room table and was done cleanly and looked beautiful.

When I needed my garage door replaced, I called Front Range to get an estimate after they painted my house last year. They did a great job with the painting, so I was glad that I remembered that they install new garage doors too. We were very happy with the value of the garage door ([redacted]) we received for the price we paid. The installers were quick and skilled, and now it's like a whole new garage! Windows in the top panel make such a HUGE difference in the lightness and open feel of the garage. So 2 for 2 with Front Range. Next time we need something, I know who to call again.

Wanted to get my house painted to put on the market next year and called FRE based on reviews on Angie's List. Worked with [redacted] at FRE and was quoted about $4400 for paint/trim out the door and he suggested we also do a roof inspection as he saw some minor hail damage that we might be able to get our insurer (USAA) to cover the cost of not only the roof, but also get some of the paint done on 2 sides of the house. I did get 2 other quotes from other A rated companies but NO ONE could do both the roof and the paint under the same USAA claim.

USAA came out and [redacted] was right! Put in a claim for the roof and they were also covering 2 sides of the house paint/trim. So, out of pocket only had to pay my deductible (2,900) to cover the rest. [redacted] was great to work with and we went with the Class 4 roof from Atlas and Sherwin-Williams Superpaint.

Awesome service and awesome job, would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Good experience and it didn't break the bank. We waited until we had several estimates for painting the house, and then went with Front Range Exteriors because they were so well reviewed and well received by the community. Their price was in the middle of the estimates, and they promised lots of prep-work. The work was fantastic and the house looks great! Will definitely go with them again in the future.

When our garage door failed, we got an estimate from Front Range Exteriors for just replacing it with a new modern garage door instead of replacing the springs again. They had lots of doors to choose from, and they were less expensive than we anticipated. Overall very happy with the new door. Decided to have windows in the top panel, and what a difference it makes in the garage! Thanks, Front Range!
