advises she has been using her telephone service since last year. It is listed as a business opposed to a residential line in Frontier system and needs to be corrected in order to port out the telephone numberFrontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier investigated Ms***’s account and determined the working telephone number that Ms*** has is a Frontier telephone number that Frontier uses. The telephone number was set up in error which results in not being able to be ported out.Frontier spoke with Ms***, on February 9, and advised her of what happened and that her working telephone number cannot be ported out.Frontier advises that Ms*** requested that her account be closed out as of February 9, and was back dated to January 26, for credit We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms*** has experienced as a result of the above matter

I would like to keep this open until Dish contacts me to tell me that they have waived the feeI believe Frontier has done all they can and I appreciate their help in this matterI like the fact of Dish waiving the fee, but I do not trust that it will be done until they contact me and send me a paid in full bill or some other notice showing it has been taken care of by them

matter to our attention.The Complaint states that: *** & *** *** states they have a telephone line that is strung through trees and exposed to the elements. As a result, this interferes with the service. Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:Frontier’s investigation found that *** Energy widened the road and cut our line. Due to the widening, there is no longer an easement for us to work with. In order to get the service working, we rerouted the line through a wooded area. Frontier sent this to our buried contractors who stated that they were unable to plow due to brush. Frontier dispatched a technician on January 8, to clear the right of way needed so that the buried drop group can place a new line. This has been expedited, however, we may have to wait until the weather warms to be able to physically bury the line. Frontier has made attempts to reach Mr& Mrs***, however, our attempts have been unsuccessful. We left our contact information on the message device, should they have any further questions or concerns.We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint. I do not accept the response made by the businessI have been dealing with this issue for almost months right now.It is certainly not my fault that I was misquotedI was promised a certain quote and I reconfirmed the deal with the agent who started my membership.I tried solving the issue internally and I forwarded you the the thread of emails between the executive and I, it did not work.All I am asking is for you to help me remove my balance completely and cancel my membership all together.Thank you,
