Frontier Communications Frontier has received the following complaint : Ms*** alleges that her brother was quoted $per month for two years but is being billed for $per month. Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the
following response: Frontier records demonstrate that Mr*** was installed on June 14, The promotion provided for the voice, internet and video service bundle at $per month for six months and $per month thereafter. Additionally, the customer is billed $for an additional set top box, half price for the DVR at $and half price for the router at $per monthFrontier records demonstrate that the customer’s first bill was July and billed for June 14, through July 1, and July 2, through August 1, 2017. The total was $122.10.Frontier records further demonstrate that this account has had three payments made in total for less than what is owed on the account each month The first payment was due on July 26, but was not paid until October 2017. Per Frontier records, Ms*** currently bills $59.99/FIOS 50/Data + $93.99/Ultimate HD TV + $15/MDVR + $19.99/Rm HD Receivers + $10/Router + $14.99/Starz and Encore = $- $50/Discount = $163.96 plus taxes monthly I spoke to Ms*** and she advised that she was told her
monthly bill would be approximately $per month plus taxes. Unfortunately with the current products on her account, we have no way to make them bill a total of $+ taxes per monthThere aren’t any notes confirming that she was given that monthly amount by a Frontier agent As a courtesy, I offered to adjust her January, February and current billing statements for the difference in price (price billed and $129 plus $31/taxes)….as long as she understood that she would bill $163.96 plus taxes going forward. Ms*** accepted the offer. Total credit is $189.29… Jan/$+ Feb/$+ Current/$56.27. I advised that it would take up to hours for the adjustment to apply to her balance. Once applied, she will owe $ Mrs*** is satisfied with resolution.Case Closed

I contacted frontier fraud.I told them I have moved for the business I am in times since this happened.I explained I don't have rental agreements or utility bills from years ago.I have no idea who is responding to this,saying they have tried to reach me and couldn't.I was on november 11th I contacted them explained my issue with the fraud packet.they agreed to remove it if I paid(someone elses bill)i agreed.we spent enough on this.it was removed for one cycle then they added it back on.so not only frontier doesn't want to be bother with id theft.they also lie to people involved in fraud cases.I paid as we agreed then they lied about removing it.now this started in august here it is december 2016.all I want is it removed as frontier agreed to do when I paid the whole amount.I am so tired of this lady thinking I can fly to florida and get her postal records,they request court documents.it would cost me thousands of dollars to do the fraud packet she wants.stop being so ignorant I agreed to pay rontier agreed to remove it.you people lied for 161.00.its to bad businesses lie and do nothing but send out a fraud packet that is not possible to fill out if you move once let alone times.its dollars.really frontier should consider better public relations.my next move it to contact frontier corporate and explain how many man hours where spent on this.f november 25th I was on the phone with frontier for 1/hours,november 26th I was on the phone for over hours with frontier.so I resent this person talking about trying to contact me.I have the same phone they have my new address.so again instead of doing the correct thing,she wants to play dumb,frontier has agreed to remove when I finish with eqiufax.so I am not sure what this person is talking about.it just needs removed

Ms*** states she was not advised of an early termination fee if she decided to cancel her Internet service.Ms*** stated her Frontier Internet service never worked properly, which caused her to cancel her service.Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:Frontier may offer promotions on pricing and service to eligible customers at various times. Frontier explains the policy of accepting a gift card to the customer, where he or she would agree to stay with Frontier as their Internet provider for a period of one year, or if he or she were to cancel before the year is fulfilled, there would be an early termination fee, which would be prorated.Frontier has agreed to waive the early termination fee ($56.83) which is the prorated fee for the Visa gift card Ms*** received.Ms*** has been notified of the above, and is satisfied with the resolution.We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint. quoted a monthly rate that would be $less than what he had been paying. He also advises that the following bill came out to be higher than what his previous monthly rate had been.Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that when Mr*** made a change to his TV equipment package, it caused a previous promotional discount to drop off the account, which resulted in a higher bill the following month. Frontier advises that on December 9, 2017, Mr*** requested cancellation of his Frontier services, which will be effective as of January 1, 2018, the end of the current billing cycle. Frontier spoke with Mr*** on December 12, 2017, and offered to investigate the possibility of getting him a lower monthly rate. The customer declined and stated that he still wants to cancel his services. He was advised that his remaining balance is $129.73. This complaint was filed recently and closed after 'Frontier' contacted Revdex.com and stated that the issue was resolvedI am still being overchargedThey credited some of the overcharges but continue to bill me for the same thingIn addition I am still receiving late charges because of these charges being carries from month to month...I want my billing corrected so that I can look for another provider who will not attempt to bilk me for funds not due...I believe this company is purposely trying to 'steal' money unscrupulously

Frontier's settlement is equal to four months of overcharging, and does not cover the nine months they billed in excess for services that were advertised as 'specials', but not billed at that amount.Do I have to contact them for the settlement, or depend on their stellar reputation that they will refund the agreed upon amount within a certain time period?I would prefer that this case not close until the refund is received Did someone from Revdex.com contact Frontier for phone recordings I made to get the account billed correctly? We received a notice from Frontier with a code that anyone should use when requesting those recordings Please let me know if you need this code to access recordings from Frontier

This has been an ongoing problem for many years with Frontier. They have been overcharging me every month for years. I have asked for complete copies of all my bills dating to the start of service, but they refuse to provide this and they have no deleted all prior bills from my account page. They owe me well over $3,so while I appreciate that they are finally now making an effort, it does not go far enough and I would like the phone line that they lied to me about needing to have, be refunded from the start of service until termination.
