Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing this matter to our attentionThe complaint states that: Mr [redacted] advises that he was having issues with his current provider and wanted to test out Frontier’s Internet service He placed an order and the technician went out and was advised by the technician that he would not be able to get the speed that he signed up for that he could receive the next lower speed with a lower price because he was too far out and that he would call the office to make the change and Mr [redacted] agreed.Mr [redacted] advises that he called into Frontier to cancel his service and was advised that he needed to pay the full amount to cancel the service He advises that he called almost every other week to negotiate to get the service turned off and was told after a few months that it had been written offFrontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises that Mr [redacted] was too far out from the office to receive the Ultimate Internet service when the technician installed it but he could get the next speed down the Ultra Internet serviceThe technician called the office and the change was made to the Ultra speed.Frontier advises that there was a disconnect order placed on August 29, to cancel the Internet service.Frontier advises as of March 20, credit has been applied to the account in the amount of $and it now has a zero balance and will be sent to the outside collection agency for update.Frontier attempted to reach Mr [redacted] to advise of the above but was unsuccessful Frontier has left messages for Mr [redacted] that included direct contact informationWe apologize for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

The installation of Ms [redacted] ' internet service was delayed due to inclement weather in California We needed to pull technicians off of install duties, in order to restore service to flooded areas

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Mr [redacted] states he had Frontier internet service installed on 12/14/and was unhappy with the installation and the overall performance on their Wifi router and contacted Frontier cancelling the service the following day 12/15/Mr [redacted] states he was advised there would be no charge, then received a January bill for $ Mr [redacted] further states he was advised to disregard the bill and then received another bill dated 02/07/stating $is dueFrontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier records do show the installation completed 12/14/with a field technician installation The records do show Mr [redacted] did disconnect the internet service on 12/15/Frontier records show Mr [redacted] was billed a month minimum for the internet service, installation and shipping and handling charges However in this instance Frontier has credited the balance in full Mr [redacted] will see the credit of $applied on the 03/01/statement Frontier has left Mr [redacted] a voicemail with a direct contact number and provided the details listed aboveWe trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaintWe apologize for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter Sincerely, Frontier Customer Relations
