Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: On April 13, 2018, Frontier reversed the charges for the un-returned equipment fee in the amount of $600.00. This credit appears on the April 13, 2018 billing statement.On April 17, 2018, Frontier issued a late... payment fee credit in the amount of $9.00. This credit appears on the April 13, 2018.Frontier has reviewed Mr. [redacted] ’s account and discovered that Mr. [redacted] ’s grandfathered Verizon promotions have ended. Frontier has adjusted and applied the newest two-year promotion on Mr. [redacted] ’s account under service order number [redacted] . Mr. [redacted] ’s monthly service charges will be approximately $129.99 plus taxes and surcharges.Frontier has issued a credit in the amount of $82.93 for the discounts charged back on Mr. [redacted] ’s account. This credit will appear on the May 13, 2018 billing statement. We regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter.

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] J [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing this matter to our attentionThe complaint states that: Ms [redacted] advises Frontier offered Ultimate Internet for $a month and offered Ultra Internet which is less per month Ms [redacted] advises she was originally signed up for the Ultimate Internet instead of the Ultra Internet.Ms [redacted] advises she called Frontier to get her service lowered to the Ultra Internet at a lower price Ms [redacted] received her next bill and it is higher than what she had with the Ultimate Internet and was advised she ended her contract and Frontier would give a onetime credit of $ Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier advises Ms [redacted] changed her service from Ultimate Internet to Ultra Internet which downgraded her service and the credit dropped off her account.Frontier advises the credit has been added back to Ms [redacted] ’ account and she will be charged $a month going forward.Frontier advises credit has been applied to her account in the total amount of $for the past three months.Frontier attempted to reach Ms [redacted] to advise of the above but was unsuccessful Frontier left a message for Ms [redacted] that included direct contact informationWe apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter
Closeout Comments: I contacted [redacted] and told me that he canceled his serviceI put in a ticket to cancel his service and told him that the bill he gets at the end of the month will be his final balance
Frontier has reviewed the account of [redacted] and finds that service was never installed.Frontier has issued an adjustment in the amount of $which leaves a zero balance.Frontier does apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience caused

Frontier has agreed to follow up on Monday, March 6, 2017 to further discuss additional credits for the previous months of Dec 4, 2016 - Feb 3, 2017 that should also be made on the account. The Complaint states that: Mr. [redacted] states they he was offered a $400.00 Amazon gift card however he was just advised that he would only get a $100.00 Amazon gift. Frontier spoke with Mr. [redacted] on January 6th and confirmed his service was repaired on December 29th. We apologized for the time it took to repair his service, advising of limited staff availability on Christmas Day and existing workload. Service credit of $24.56 has been issued per Ohio... guidelines. Mr. [redacted] has our contact information if he would need to reach back to us. Regarding repeat outages of service, the repair prior to this was resolved on July 12, 2015. A message was left for Mr. ***' daughter ( [redacted] ) on January 6th advising of our findings as well.

Frontier issued credit for time out of service and sent a new Internet modem.Frontier spoke with Mr [redacted] on 5-11-and confirmed his services were working and the new Internet modem was receivedAdvised of the credit issued
