Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Frontier has reviewed all calls and told me that I was given incorrect information by their company for months straightFrontier agrees that I have maintained contact with their business, but still sent me to collections even though I was repeatedly told by them, that I do not owe the bill and my account would reflect a zero balance after daysThey also know that the technician came to my house, because that is what Frontier orderedI never asked them to send anyone, also the technician did no work, he only stood in my living room and the technician also agrees he did nothing, but yet Frontier stands by their $service callI was not under contract, nor did I ever agree to pay anyoneI was only told this was a valid bill when I reached out to the Revdex.comThe last call I had with Frontier customer serviceI was told they would wipe the money out simply by submitting it, in two separate transactionsWhen I was promised this by customer service, they knew they had no ability to do such a thing because my account was already closedFrontiers response, that these people are a 3rd party companyI guess that means they do not have to give correct information or this some how excuses FrontierI am simply a customer and can only believe what I am told by the customer service/ supervisors at the phone number provided by Frontier on the statements they send me Regards, [redacted]

Frontier’s refund policy is that it takes approximately days due to allowing any charges/credits to be applied to the account such as long distance calls, early termination fees, etcThis also allows the account to cycle out of our billing systemFrontier does apologize for the miscommunication and will address this internally.Frontier does not discuss the refund policy as a business practice upon installation request however this information is available at Frontier.com in the terms and conditions.Frontier did issue a reversal in the amount of $to Mr***'s Visa ending in 8906, however the refund amount should have been $48.12.Frontier will expedite a refund check in the amount of $that he will receive within 7-business days

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I called Frontier and told agent I did not want Internet from Frontier, to close this account and agent gave me a confirmation # [redacted] to close this Internet Then I got another mail from my mailbox from Frontier with another new Internet account # [redacted] $55.45, so I called Frontier again telling them I did not want Internet from Frontier, and this time I am not responsible for this amount The agent name Paula listened carefully to what I was telling her, she asked me for sure I did not want Internet from Frontier and I said I did not want Internet from Frontier When I transferred my Tel service to So Cal Tel, I called Frontier first to tell them I want my Frontier Tel & Internet close ###-###-####--because I am transferring to So Cal--The Frontier agent I've spoken with said she'll close the Tel & INternet accvount ###-###-####, was given a confirmation # 65###-###-####7-to close this Tel & INternet account I received a bill of $for my Tel & internet Svc& paid for it Then a few weeks I received a new account from Frontier acct ####-###-####- [redacted] -total $55.79, and was beginning to wonder what this was all about because I did not want Internet from Frontier the first time I closed my ###-###-#### but paid it anyway for $thinking it's a left over of acct ###-###-#### I called Frontier again telling them what's going on--close this acct because I did not want Internet Frontier, so agent close ###-###-####-confirmation # [redacted] Then yesterday 9-I got another Frontier bill with another account [redacted] -091817-total $due 10-16-so I called Frontier again, talked to Paula and told her what's going on, that I am not responsible for this bill and the past bill of acct ###-###-#### even though I paid for it, explained to her I called Frontier telling them I did not want Frontier INTERNET & TELEPHONE service because I'm transferring to So Cal Tel., and I was given confirmation # as proof that I closed accounts, and I did not want Frontier INTERNET So Paula asked me for sure I did not Tel & INternet, and I said yes, I was given confirmation # to close the accounts, plus she gave me confirmation # to close the last account [redacted] Paula told me I'm not responsible for accounts, she'll drop charges for these accounts when I portered my Tel ###-###-#### to So Cal on 9-18- Paula said I will receive Closing Statements of these Closed Accounts @ different times, she said I will get Refund of my payments of these accounts closed I told her I did not want FRONTIER TEL & INTERNET from 9-18-and to the future I did not want FRONTIER TEL & INTERNET Svc Is this hard to understand? So when Paula was done telling me what she will do, I told her she's the best agent so far that I've spoken with, and I hope Frontier will get agents like Paula to listen more closely to what the customer is telling them I hope this matter will resolve with Frontier agent PAULA who has told me what she did and I hope I will not get another account from Frontier of another account and bill As far as I'm concern my Frontier iNTERNET ends this Oct3, so I will go to the Library to use their WIFI, or Starbucks Thank you, MrsME [redacted]
