On February 18, Mr [redacted] brought in his [redacted] with milesMr [redacted] 's complaint was the vehicle would only stay running for a few seconds and then shut offAlso after getting gas he would have to put the gas pedal to the floor to keep the vehicle runningThe tech tested the fuel pressure and took a fuel sample The fuel looked contaminatedThe tech replaced the bank catalytic convertor At this time the engine still would not run properly After extensive diagnostics the tech removed the front valve cover and removed the intake cam bank He found intake cam turned on cam hubThe vehicle needed a new cylinder head do to the journals being scoredThe intake cam bank was spun off center to the cam hubTech replaced front cylinder headThis repair was covered by an aftermarket extended warranty companyThe amount of the bill was $ The warranty company covered $ Mr [redacted] was responsible for the differenceOn March 23, Mr [redacted] came to the dealership to pick up his [redacted] **At this time he complained of a banging noise in the suspension and the check engine light came onThis complaint was not brought to our attention before March 23rd, Fcillo Hyundai provided Mr [redacted] a loaner vehicle at no chargeThe vehicle was diagnosed and we replaced both lower ball jointsThe extended warranty covered percent of the repair of the suspensionThe extended warranty company would not cover the repair of the check engine lightFor good customer relations Fcillo Hyundai paid for the check engine light repairFcillo Hyundai also gave Mr [redacted] $to cover lost vacation payAlso for good customer relations we delivered Mr[redacted] 's vehicle to [redacted] and picked up our loaner vehicleFcillo Hyundai appreciates Mr [redacted] 's business and we want Mr [redacted] to be completely satisfiedWe feel we have provided Mr [redacted] with sufficient customer serviceThank you, Tom MGeneral Manger

Fcillo Ford of Seneca Falls received a electronic credit application from [redacted] on March 10th, He was submitted to some of our lenders as a co-signer for his brother [redacted] ** There was no credit extended to either party in that transaction so that was the end of it for us I am guessing that he may have received an adverse action notice later stating such, and that could have been June or July Once the deal was dead on our end we did not send Mr [redacted] 's application to any lenders at any later date We do have both hard copy and electronic copy of Mr [redacted] 's credit application on fileJohn TGM Fcillo Ford of Seneca Falls
