[redacted] did purchase her vehicle from us on May 18, She has brought her vehicle back to us on two different occasions On 7-7-the concerns were with the check engine light, horn not working and brakes squeakingThe vehicle was scanned on computer and a code for the EVAC solenoid appearedWe then replaced the solenoid and the horn as well but nothing was found to be wrong with the brakesShe then returned on 8-7-with further concerns regarding the check engine light, transmission jerking upon take off and brakes grindingWe then sent her vehicle to Fcillo Ford of East Greenbush for transmission repairs and also to perform an open recall to reprogram PCM and TCM for transmission shutterUpon return to our dealership the technician reset the oil change maintenance light but still nothing was found to be wrong with brakes All of this work was completed at no charge to herWe, also, provided Ms [redacted] with a loaner vehicle on both occasions and feel that all concerns have been addressed At this time we are willing to offer Ms [redacted] $for reimbursement for one month's payment for her vehicle I will wait to hear back in regards to our replyThank You, William BFcillo,JrGeneral Manager

Is it the one where they tried to ripoff my wife for the "defective windshield washer reservoir"? If so, They DO have recordsThis was from the service in to change the oilI do not have the receipt so it was one of the servicesOr is it for altering the agreed upon mile lease on our contract and then "sliding" the altered contract into the pile of lease agreement paperwork (reduced to miles per year as you provided us three different monthly payments before you finally corrected the agreement to reflect the agreed upon monthly lease price Regards, [redacted] ***

Please find attached a copy of the hard copy that the customer signed to authorize us to look at their vehicleAll customers have to pay a diagnostic fee to find out what is wrong with the vehicle before we can proceedThis is not just our dealership but anywhere you go for service workThen once the technician figures out the problem, service writer will let the customer know and customer decides if they choose to have the work done or notIf the vehicle does not pass inspection then the customer most likely has the work done in order to pass inspectionI apologize for the way she felt she was treated but I am certain service was trying to take care of the customer properlyBest Regards, Nicole HController Fcillo Automotive Group

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below 4/24/This note is in response to Derek P., General ManagerNothing documented, I personally witnessed at least copies of my list from separate people added to ‘my’ fileNo, your offer is not even close I was ignored for the better part of a year, and seemingly there is no remorse for your failure to timely respond I even offered to split the cost, which would have been around $at that time, and this matter would have been satisfied But you offer me $200, additionally, this offer is only valid if I return to the place that treated me so poorly and, in fact, is made to me after the season for use has passed My truck has just over 10K miles on it and is due for the next service, and I do my service regularConsider the regular service costs for say next years, not to mention tires and the other things that would surely be needed and set that calculated number asideI also own a [redacted] ** with 33.5K milesIt has a standard transmission, and I want to move to an automatic, and I am preparing to trade How much would the profit on the new car be, and the profits on a pristine low mileage sports car like that This is no maybe, this is going to happen, the service and a new car is reality Hmmm $Let it not be said I am unreasonableThe money is of minor importance at this pointIf you were to make arrangements and come out to me to discuss this, and I mean you Derek P., it would go a long way to show just how important your customers are to you, and mend the situation Regards, [redacted]

The complaint is against Fcillo Nissan of Clay , NYas of today they have my $1,and are telling me I have to prove to them they owe it back to meWanting my bank statements showing balances and suchThey have my money and know they have it and refuse to return it It was a deposit
and I refused the sale due to it being above my budget button on web page is misleading and you either don't get a special price or you do and they claim computer glitch and won't honor price

I have looked into Mr***’s complaint. I spoke with my Service Manager in regards to this matter and he told me that *** will be goodwilling the Electronic Control Monitor. The Service Manager called Mr***
today and left him a message, that the part should be in by Wednesday and that they can schedule an appointment for after thatIf there are any other issues, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####He can also contact the Service Manager to schedule his appointment for the module, once the part arrivesThank youDerek PGeneral Manager
