[redacted] paid $1000.00 via personal check on 10/29/16. We electronically processed his check at the time of him presenting it to the dealership as cash down toward a vehicle. Mr. [redacted] requested a refund the following day. It is our company policy that no checks may be refunded prior to 10...

business days from their receipt; with the exception of If the customer can present proof by their bank that the funds have successfully cleared their checking account. Mr. [redacted] was refunded $1000.00 on the 10th business day from his check processing date, 11/11/16. He has since cashed the check that he was issued (check no. [redacted]). This check cleared our bank account on 11/21/16. I believe this matter has been resolved with Mr. [redacted] since his initial complaint was filed with Revdex.com on 11/17/16. This letter is in response to the above complaint. I have spoken with my staff here at Fcillo Nissan of Latham in regards to this matter. My General Sales Manager and Sales Managers have both spoke to Ms. [redacted] in regards to this matter.
 
Fcillo Nissan has repaired the headlight for Ms....

[redacted]. A brand new headlight was ordered and installed. This was sold as a used vehicle. We use the "[redacted]" system at our dealerships for our vehicle history reports. I have included a copy of the [redacted] vehicle history report that was run for this vehicle.  As you can see there are no accidents or incidents listed on the report.
 
At Fcillo Nissan we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I do not believe that we have any wrong doing in this situation. We repaired the headlight at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. If there are any further questions or concerns in regards to this matter, I can be reached at ###-###-####.  Thank you.

Please find attached a copy of the hard copy that the customer signed to authorize us to look at their vehicle. All customers have to pay a diagnostic fee to find out what is wrong with the vehicle before we can proceed. This is not just our dealership but anywhere you go for service work. Then once...

the technician figures out the problem, service writer will let the customer know and customer decides if they choose to have the work done or not. If the vehicle does not pass inspection then the customer most likely has the work done in order to pass inspection. wanted the money sent back to her. All the money received was sent to the lienholder.

This response is a lie. I never asked for money returned to me.they are not telling the truth.
