Fuccillo Nissan of Clay Reviews (67)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFor the record, we are more than dissatisfied with Fcillo Nissan handling of our complaint. We feel defrauded, cheated and were treated with malice, lies and extremely poor customer service. They did not fix the most important issues on our we purchased from them on 2/24/car. We bought the *** on 2/24/16; the car needs brakes and tires? This is only June 5, and the car has under miles? I implore anyone reading this complaint to come to your own conclusion. We didn't get this car from a mom and pop shop or a small company that can barely hold its own. We purchased it from an established dealership that can run circles around the average dealership, as it relates to car sales, revenues, staff, product, you name it they got it. I encourage anyone looking to do business with this company to do their own analysis of the matter? It behooves everyone buying a new or used car from any company to make an informed decisionThe issues with the brakes and tires that are presenting themselves now, aren't the issues that were outlined in our original complaint, on the contrary. Yes we are grateful that the headlamp was repaired, but they didn't look at the dents, the crooked front bumper or any of the other issues that we brought to the forefront from he onset. It doesn't matter at this time point in time whether or not they knew of a collision, damage or defect with this care. I care very little what the *** *** say or don't say; there's always a way to finagle the truth and the facts to get some desired result. I think one of the most disconcerting actions on Fcillo Nissan's part is that they waited until the Lemon Law Grace Period on our car, That We Purchased From Them, Was Expired Before They Responded To Our Complaint from the Revdex.com. Based on all we have experienced with Fcillo Nissan, we can infer that we are not the only ones they have defrauded, cheated, treated badly, disrespected, dishonored, made promises to and gave car reports to. God always reveals the truth to me and everyone else who believes in righteousness and justice. I pray that he will do just that in this situation for me. I pray everyone that was wronged be compensated accordingly, so that justice can be served. In Conclusion, "We Were NOT 100% Satisfied With The Business and or Service of Fcillo Nissan, As Their Ads, Commercials, Mantra or Motto purport?" THIS IS A VERY RISKY AND COSTLY WAY TO RUN ANY BUSINESS. NO CUSTOMERS, NO BUSINESS; UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS, UNHAPPY BUSINESSONE'S REPUTATION PRECEDES THEM FOR GENERATION TO COME. SOMETHINGS AREN'T SOON FORGOTTENWE WILL NEVER GIVE ANY FcILLO COMPANY OUR BUSINESSThank You! Regards, *** * *** *** * ***

I have spoken with my staff here at Fcillo Nissan of Latham in regards to this matter. I have apologized to Ms. [redacted], but we had no knowledge of the price. at ###-###-####. Thank you. Sincerely, Derek P.

[redacted] did purchase her vehicle from us on May 18, 2015. She has brought her vehicle back to us on two different occasions.  On 7-7-15 the concerns were with the check engine light, horn not working and brakes squeaking. The vehicle was scanned on computer and a code for the EVAC...

solenoid  appeared. We then replaced the solenoid and the horn as well but nothing was found to be wrong with the  brakes. She then returned on 8-7-15 with further concerns regarding the check engine light, transmission jerking upon take off and brakes grinding. We then sent her vehicle to Fcillo Ford of East Greenbush for transmission repairs and also to perform an open recall to reprogram PCM and TCM for transmission shutter. Upon return to our dealership the technician reset the oil change  maintenance  light  but still nothing was found to be wrong with brakes.   All of this work was completed at no charge to her. We, also, provided Ms. [redacted] with a loaner vehicle on both occasions and feel that all concerns have been addressed . At this time we are willing to offer Ms. [redacted] $306.59 for reimbursement for one month's payment for her vehicle.  I will wait to hear back in regards to our reply. Thank You,  William B. Fcillo,Jr. General Manager

4/24/2017. This note is in response to Derek P., General Manager. Nothing documented, I personally witnessed at least 2 copies of my list from 2 separate people added to ‘my’ file. No, your offer is not even close.  I was ignored for the better part of a year, and seemingly there is no remorse for your failure to timely respond.  I even offered to split the cost, which would have been around $450 at that time, and this matter would have been satisfied.  But you offer me $200, additionally, this offer is only valid if I return to the place that treated me so poorly and, in fact, is made to me after the season for use has passed.  My truck has just over 10K miles on it and is due for the next service, and I do my service regular. Consider the regular service costs for say next 7 years, not to mention tires and the other things that would surely be needed and set that calculated number aside. I also own a 2009 [redacted] with 33.5K miles. It has a standard transmission, and I want to move to an automatic, and I am preparing to trade.  How much would the profit on the new car be, and the profits on a pristine low mileage sports car like that.  This is no maybe, this is going to happen, the service and a new car is reality.  Hmmm…$200. Let it not be said I am unreasonable. The money is of minor importance at this point. If you were to make arrangements and come out to me to discuss this, and I mean you Derek P., it would go a long way to show just how important your customers are to you, and mend the situation.  Regards,

Revdex.com spoke to Clayton at business and the following was relayed: The last time we saw the vehicle was when we sold it, the vehicle has not been back her since. I am not sure who the customer has been speaking to but it has not been us.
