I have been going to this business for over years, if they don't feel responsible for this theft problem then they should be shut down. My Ipod was expensive, approximately dollars, just an approximation. This business should put up huge signs stating that thieves work there and you should remove your valuables from the vehicles before washing, or shut the business down for theft! I still think more should be done and the owner should be held responsible because the police officer who responded to the crime told me that the theft of my ipod was not the first theft, obviously there is a problem and it should be looked into further. Set up a sting, use cameras, I don't care how but find out who is doing this. Even if my money is not returned then more should be done protect future customers. Sorry I am not satisfied with the owners response, I am held responsible at work for my work others should too!!!

I GOT A EMAIL STATING THE CAR WASH WOULD GET BACK TO ME ON TUESDAY.GARY the owner did that,talked to him said he would get back to me on wed,didnt get a call so I call him this morning thursday at 10:38am told me he didnt think my car got damage there,so there nothing they can do about

He made an appointment with me and personally saw to it that my vehicle was not only finished but went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. It was apparent that the integrity and customer service provided was nothing less than excellent. I will be returning to Full Circle for my car washes and detailing in the future and will recommend it to others.

Tom has reached out, yesterday, 8/15, to return my voicemail and for me to explain the situation. He has stated that he will call today after speaking with the site manager. No resolution has come up yet between the parties involved, and I await the callback today.
