I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have been going to this business for over 9 years, if they don't feel responsible for this theft problem then they should be shut down.  My Ipod was expensive, approximately 150.00 dollars, just an approximation.  This business should put up huge signs stating that thieves work there and you should remove your valuables from the vehicles before washing, or shut the business down for theft!  I still think more should be done and the owner should be held responsible because the police officer who responded to the crime told me that the theft of my ipod was not the first theft, obviously there is a problem and it should be looked into further.  Set up a sting, use cameras, I don't care how but find out who is doing this.  Even if my money is not returned then more should be done protect future customers.  Sorry I am not satisfied with the owners response, I am held responsible at work for my work others should too!!!

I was contacted immediately by Mr. P[redacted] from the car wash. He made an appointment with me and personally saw to it that my vehicle was not only finished but went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. It was apparent that the integrity and customer service provided was nothing less than excellent. I will be returning to Full Circle for my car washes and detailing in the future and will recommend it to others.

After reviewing the alleged damage on Mr[redacted] vehicle we have determined it is not possible for this damage to have occurred on our property.

Review: Sunday the 3rd of January my husband and I go to the Full Circle Autowash23 to clean our car. When we get home we noticed lots of black foot prints on our formerly light beige floor mats and beige door jams. Also the inside of the back seat door jams were all ripped up. They were not ripped prior to going to this car wash as we had just recently bought the car which was in perfect condition in the interior of the car. This happened over a period of three different washes at this same car wash... we couldn't figure out how the door lining was getting so ripped up when we didn't have any passengers at this time nor had we done anything to rip it ourselves. But the last wash on last Sunday it really looked damaged to the extent that it was obvious how it was done given the damage and black foot prints everywhere. Well, we went right back to the car wash and called the manager out to look at the damage and and file a complaint. He right off denied that his employee (girl) didn't cause the damage and offered to give us a free detail inside the car. We said no and my husband told him he had watched the girl climb the door jams to reach the roof. The manager's boss at the corporate office called me two days later and said that there wasn't any footage of the girl climbing or cleaning the back seat but the black foot prints was proof that she did. The manager had to have deleted the footage. They had footage of us in the lobby and footage of them drying the car but not of their employee climbing back seat doors jams damaging our car. He even said that she wasn't even in the back east ares. In conclusion: they denied everything and I am trying to get an estimate of the damage. They really need to train their employees a lot better and how to not damage cars when drying them!Desired Settlement: They need to own up and pay the damage they did to our car. We are working on getting an estimate of the total damage done.

Review: We brought our vehicle in to be washed and waxed. We paid for a full service interior detail as well as wash and wax. The detailer never applied wax or used any dressing on the dash and door panels. The detailer pulled the vehicle out and said it was done. We questioned him about the wax and he claimed he had done it. My wife stated we were watching and he had not waxed the vehicle. The detailer rudly snapped back at my wife. We contacted the manager who examined the vehicle and stated the interior had not had any dressing applied and he could not of waxed the vehicle in the time he had worked on the vehicle. We also found dirt in several places in the interior. The manager gave me his card and told me to contact him to have the work finished. The next day, we were in the area and went back to the car wash. We contacted the manager to get the issue resolved but were told they were busy, and I had his number and should call him. It was apparent that we were not going to be accommodated at that time. I did not want to go back to that location after that but found their web site to contact Full Circle directly. I sent a detailed account of the issue and waited about two weeks. I never received a reply and sent a second account but have not heard from them at all. Their detailer did not complete the work we paid for and then lied about it and we can not resolve the issue through their contact page. We observed the detailer while waiting outside not doing the job we paid for. People that choose to wait inside might be paying for services that never get done and they would never know. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident and this can be resolved.Desired Settlement: For Full Circle Autowash to either finish the job by waxing the vehicle and applying dressing to the interior like we paid for or by refunding the 124.99 we paid minus the car wash and the carpet cleaning which did get done. If they would like to complete the work, I do not want to go to the power location after this incident.

Review: My Ipod nano was stolen from my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded or my Ipod replaced. The manager did nothing, has not called me or offered to replace the stolen property. They need to warn people about the problems in this establishment.

Review: I moved into area and needed an oil change. Found a coupon for this business for $24.99 incl. wash. Was asked by attendant if I wanted high milage oil (?). Since my car has 123,000 I agreed. He did not tell me it was an extra $15.00 for this "special" oil. While servicing my car, called me out and told me numerous problems with my car totaling $308.00. I asked for a copy to show my mechanic (but didn't get that either). I declined and told him I had a mechanic and again just an oil change. The car was washed and when I went to counter to pay was told that my bill was $58.66. I showed him the coupon again and told him that he did not mention the charge for the "special oil pkg". After some hesitation, he apologized and deducted the $15.00, but I still paid $43.66 for this oil change. He didn't seem to know how to handle the register or call in a manager to assist or calculate the difference between the $43.66 and the $24.99. Also the sales tax on the $58.66 and the sales tax on the $43.66 is the same ($1.67)?? I paid and got into my car and left. I sent their website comments regarding this incident. I will not go back to this business or recommend them to anyone else. I wasn't there for auto repair or purchase detailing. I was simply there for an oil change. I know that women are targeted. I don't appreciate how this was handled.Desired Settlement: I would like FullCircle reimburse me the remainder of the money due me. I believe that they owe me about $18.67. I do not want service with them in lieu of this. I have never been charged for an oil change for nearly $60.00 even when the business rotated my tires. I will not recommend them.

Review: Went to get 2013 Nissan Rogue detailed at the Full Circle Auto-wash in [redacted]ith all equipment in the interior of the car working. When wife picked up the car she drove to [redacted] and discovered her display of her radio wasn't working. This was confirmed when she backed out of the parking place and the backup camera didn't display on the LCD. When she got it home I looked at the radio and the display light for the radio was blinking on and off with the key out of the ignition. The LCD display also was flashing black to white. She called the car wash place and told the stand in manager of our problem with the radio and he asked us to bring it back which I did. The replacement manager saw the problem said he would talk to Mr. J[redacted] the real manager about the problem and asked us to bring it back the next day. On the way home the radio would turn itself on with no actuation of the power button. I turned it off. When I assume what moisture that was in the radio dried out in the radio during the night the intermittent display light flashing on and off stopped but the display is still FUBAR.Desired Settlement: Pay for replacing the radio with the OEM radio that I bought when I bought the car.

I went to get a wash and hand wax and inside of my car was not wiped down at all plus still have wax not wiped down on some areas of car .

Horrible service at [redacted] location. Armor all on the back of mats to transfer on to the carpet? Why would they do this ? Second time I have used them. Will most likely never come back. Armor all put right over dirt, dust and grime to seal it in all over the interior. Multiple areas of the interior not even touched! Low quality work, low quality people and now a low quality location after full circle took over from [redacted]'s. All this for $120. Stay away and give your hard earned money to a business that deserves it.

The service was horrible. I came in for a car wash and wax but noticed while picking up my car that my back tail lights were scratched by the cleaning. I brought this up the the worker and he grab the store manager for a resolution. The store manager was very unprofessional. Not only did he shout a me in front of his workers but he tried his best tp belittle me in front of other paying customers. I informed him that the car was brand new and that these scratches did not exist before the was and he shouted with a smirk on his face that the dealership did this and that I jus never noticed. Not only did his employee agreed and try explaining to me once he would walk away that he would fix it but the manager would then return and raise his voice at me again. I demanded to speak with his boss, he replied, " I am the boss, and you cant get anyone else". Then he began to smile. I then asked him I needed to speak with someone above him and he walked away. After going back and forth his employee agreed with me and decided to give me a car buff. I can not see myself nor anyone else attending this car wash due to this type of unprofessionalism from the store manager. He would not even give me his business card because he knew after I took the picture of the scratches that I would complain. Overall horrible customer service, I recommend this car wash to no one.
