Full Circle Autowash Reviews (73)

Review: On 4/17 I took my car into the Full Circle Autowash location in Queen Creek on Power Road for an oil change. An employee suggested that I get the lamps on my car polished to remove hazing. I agreed. When the car was finished I unfortunately did not inspect it carefully. The next day I noticed that the rubber trim surrounding the headlamp had been damaged to the extent that parts were torn off and missing. I returned to the location to discuss the damage and the manager informed me that the damage had not occurred during the polishing, and refused to correct the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like for Full Cirle Autowash to pay for having the damaged part replaced.

Review: On Saturday, May 9, 2015, I took my truck (2008 Dodge Ram) in for a car wash to Full Circle Auto Wash on 6951 E. Southern Ave. Mesa, AZ at 1:53 p.m. I purchased the Platinum Wash for 29.99. My salesman was Joshua #[redacted]. Upon entering my truck after the wash, I noticed that my dash mat was messed up - I went to straighten it and noticed my pull handle near the door was hanging there and no longer attached. They had broken it. I went to the manger and he went to the guy and the guy said yeah, I pulled on it and it broke.....they are claiming that it was already broken and they will not fix it. However, that is not the truth as my door handle was in good repair when I took it into the car wash. The manager was very inconsiderate and rude and was not professional in the handling of this incident. They broke it, they should fix it - bottom line!Desired Settlement: I am requesting that my truck is fixed - the handle replaced! They broke it - they fix it! End of discussion. Thank-you!

Review: Took new car to the full service car wash. After paying for a wash and hand wax noticed a gauge on the bottom of my bumper. I pointed it out the person detailing the car. Made a call to the dealership to make sure the gauge was not there when purchased the night before. Salesman told me it was not there when I drove off the lot.Desired Settlement: I would like the bumper repaired to the original finish.

Review: I went to the [redacted]'s Automotive Repair located at [redacted] this afternoon to get my oil changedI have gone there for the past few years without any issues, however today when I went to get my oil changed in my car I was told that they could not do an oil changeApparently the Full Circle Auto Wash which is right next to the [redacted]'s is using some kind of deed action to prevent [redacted]'s from doing oil changes because Full Circle does oil changesThis seems very underhanded to me and as a consumer I feel that I am being denied services because of the greed of another companyI used this Full Circle Auto Wash before and found them lacking in customer serviceEver since the last time I used them more then a year ago I have avoided themNow it seems that same poor attitude towards customers is spilling out and affecting company's that I do want to useDesired Settlement: I would like it if Full Circle Auto Wash used fair business tactics and allowed other businesses around them to service customers in a fair and reasonable fasion

Review: Full Circle Auto wash damaged my vehicle in a way that tore off the rear driver's side section of my bumper on a Nissan Armada. Customer service was terrible at the franchise location and tried to conceal what they had done by not telling me. It wasn't until I went to retrieve my vehicle after service and noticed the obvious damage to my vehicle. Only then did they decide to make out an incident report after I requested a manager. I contacted the director of operations and they refuse to pay for the damages.Desired Settlement: Full Circle Auto Wash is responsible for the damage to my vehicle and I simply want the bumper repaired.

Response:

Full Circle Autowash strives for the best customer service in Arizona. I already met with Mr. [redacted] and explained to him how there must have been a pre-existing problem with his bumper. The car wash will not pull off a bumper to one car and not on any car prior to his or after his. Mr. [redacted] also stated that he had been through the car wash several other times with that vehicle and never had an issue. I did offer to help Mr. [redacted] by talking to a body shop about repairing his vehicle. The part was $82.50 and to paint and install was $100, for a total cost of $182.50. Out of customer service, I offered to pay for the painting and he would have to buy the part and the body shop would install. Mr. [redacted] refused the offer. If I can be of any other assistance please call me at [redacted]Direct of Operations

Review: Hello, My name is [redacted] and I would like to officially file a complaint with Full Circle Autowash. Today, July 4 2013 we brought our 2013 Dodge Charger for a wash. We has run over some wet tar and wanted to run it through the wash, we did not want the tar to be messed with as that was a problem our dealership was going to handle and we specifically mentioned to the employees to leave the tar alone. Our request was ignored and they attempted to fix the tar on the passenger side, however they only made it worse and spread it around increasing the problem. When this was brought to the managers attention he immediately denied that they did that and said it looked the same. I will follow this email up later today with pictures that prove otherwise. I explained to him that no it did not snd showed him what it looked like before he said that they put a solvent on it in good faith but did not finish cleaning it. I told him we informed them to leave the tar alone and that if they were so inclined to try and clean it they should have finished and not stopped at thr point they did when the car loomed ruined. When I asked for the corporate number and to file a complaint I was given a business card with the number to the store. They also refudsed to correct the problem they had created instead onky saying they could charge us 100 and clean it up. Mind you this was to clean up the mess they made which made the car undrivable. With the refusal to allow me to speak with anyone other then him and the horrendous damage to the car I was forced to give in to his blackmail.Desired Settlement: Full refund requested.

Also reimbursement for time held hostage at the location (over 3 hours) which caused both my wife and I to miss 2 hours of work each, with one hour being out lunch break.

Review: On April 19th, 2013 I had my 2012 Toyota Camry washed at the Full Circle Auto Wash location at [redacted] Dysart Rd., Avondale AZ. When I got in the car to leave I noticed the plastic remote entry portion of the ignition key was broken--nearly completely off the metal key part. I brought this to the attention of the attendant, then to the site manager. The site manager said it was 'poor design', was an old break, etc. Next I called the operations manager in Mesa, [redacted] (###-###-####, ext **) who asked me to send an estimate to him for replacement. The replacement cost from Toyota at minimum is, in round figures, $200. Apparently no aftermarket vendor markets this key. I have since sent three letters, the last one via registered mail, and have heard nothing. The key is useless as is. It can be glued together, but if it is, then future battery replacement becomes impossible.Desired Settlement: It is not unreasonable to request a replacement for this key. I didn't break it--they did, and they were willing to let me drive off with the key broken. I have been reasonable in allowing time for this to process, sent three letters and an estimate, and have gotten no response. I want a replacement key.

Review: I have the oil changed in my vehicle at one business since 2013. 2/17/15 and 5/31/15 I had my oil changed at Full Circle Auto Wash before having my vehicle washed. 9/19/15 I returned to the usual business location to have my oil changed. That business brought to my attention that the oil pan plug had been stripped (I have the plug with the shavings). They advised that they could try a larger plug that would hold until I could have the oil pain and plug replaced. They could not tell me how long the larger plug would work, only that eventually it would have to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $779.26 for parts and labor. I went to Full Circle Auto Wash and spoke with Thaddeus L[redacted], Manager of Parts and Service. I told him about the situation and showed him the plug with shavings. He stated this is common and not a big deal. He suggested I continue to come back to Full Circle Auto Wash for oil changes and they would keep a close eye on it for me. I stated that isn't what I wanted I wanted the oil pan and plug replaced and told him what the estimate was. He response was "that can't be" and he walked off leaving me at the counter with another employee. 10/15/15 I called the Full Circle Auto Wash corporate office ###-###-#### and was directed to call Tom on his cell regarding my complaint. Tom was given all the above info. He asked me for my license plate number to look up the info in their computer and he would call me back. Today is 11/4/15 and I have not received a call back from Tom. I received a second estimate to replace oil pan and plug from [redacted] Mazda for $919.72. I asked for an estimate from Full Circle Auto Wash and they stated they don't replace oil pan/plugs.Full Circle Auto Wash has terrible customer service by the way they have treated me and not returning telephone call as Tom stated he would. I want Full Circle Auto Wash to pay for replacing the oil pan and plug in my vehicle. My vehicle is not in the same condition since they changed my oil.Desired Settlement: Payment to have oil pan and plug replaced.

Review: I took the vehicle in for a normal wash on 7-13-2014 to the [redacted] location. When the vehicle was returned to me the antenna was missing. After the manager researched the problem, an employee said he could not remove the antenna with his fingers, so he left the antenna attached and sent it through the car wash. The antenna broke off in the base and they found it in the car wash track. I took the van to a Toyota dealer to repair & replace the antenna at a cost of $112. I presented the bill to Full Circle Auto Wash, who refused to reimburse me and claimed they could have repaired the antenna at a cost of $50 (even though they are a car wash company who could not even remove the antenna). They offered to give me a detail job, which I did not need since it is a newer van and had just been cleaned. The next day I told the manager I would take $50 cash and a free wash coupon. It has now been several days and they continue to ignore the request.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive $50 cash and a free coupon for a future car wash.

Review: I went to the Full Circle in Avondale on April 4th to get my 2004 Dodge Durango detailed. I was charged 250.00 to detail inside and out. I was not happy with the way the truck looked but I had to go to work. They even refused to accept the $5 coupon I had for giving a donation! My parents took the truck back and had the person in charge look at how dirty it was inside and out. The guy in charge apologized and agreed how bad the truck looked. The guy asked my parents to leave the truck there overnight and he would get to it first thing the next day and call us when it was done. We did not here anything the next day and decided to drive there at 4:30pm. The truck was not done and the girl working there came up to us and said they had not had time to finish it. We went back in and talked to the same guy who said he was going to give us free carwashes for the inconvenience the day before and he went out and finished the truck. I am telling you the truth when I say my mom still cleaned it for another hour herself after they said it was done. We asked for money back because of the hassle and not only did he not give any money back but he also did not honor his word with the car washes. This is ok because I would never go back again! I asked him for his managers name and he went back and got a business card with a cell phone number on it. I called the number and left a message and he never called me back. Worse customer service ever!Desired Settlement: At least half of the money refunded for such horrible service.

Regards,

I have had multiple visits to Full Circle Auto Wash and have given up on them! I had my 2012 Lexus there to have a complete service done on the outside and inside with carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning and Armorol the interior dash, door panels etc! The outside was washed, wheel waxed along with tire dressing! Well when I got there to pick it up it was not done...the doors were closed as the inside was still wet from the carpet cleaning and the windows were fogged up with humidity. I told the "manager" that there are three different computers under the dash that are not supposed to be subjected to that kind of environment not to mention the tires had no dressing on them and it was not done. I told him I was upset with the way his crew took care of my car and was told I would get a free car wash!!!!! Oh by the way I neglected to mention that I had my Ford F-150 there as well for the same kind of service. My cost was $300.00 and I really feel like I was robbed. I stayed away for 2 years and returned thinking that perhaps they have hired better help...boy was I wrong. On my new car they didn't wash the glass in the back or the lift gate, did not wipe the dust off the dash and instrument cluster and never put tire dressing on...all of which I paid for! I have complained in the past to there Customer Care/Quality Control people at there main office and never received a response which of course suggests to me they simply don't care. Businesses like this need to be held accountable and even regulated because they will take your money without trying to do what they say they will do. In my opinion that is robbery!
