We at Full Circle Autowash strive for the best customer service in Arizona.  Mrs Kristy's husband brought the car into our Southern location.  Later that day, we get a call from Mrs. Kristy stating that we damaged her passenger rim in the tunnel.  I was notified of this and...

immediately called Mrs. Kristy.  I asker her to meet me at one of our locations so we can discuss the damage to her passenger side rim.  After walking her through our wash tunnel, we explained to her in depth that there is no way we caused that damage.  The driver side tire goes into the conveyor and the passenger side tire never has anything touching it at any time in the wash tunnel. Her husband took the car after it being wash and there was a lengthy time before Mrs. Kristy called up regarding a damage.  Mrs. Kristy is always welcomed to call Charlie at ###-###-#### and we can help her find a company to fix her rim, at her cost only.

Everything they stated in there report back to you was a lie. NO one ever took me through the car wash to show me how anything worked I was never even asked if I would like to see it. and they took about 4 days to get back with me to tell me they looked at the video and there is no way they could of damaged my car. One if they had to watch the video knowing what side the damage was on there full of crap.

Full Circle Autowash strives for the best customer service in Arizona.  I already met with Mr. [redacted] and explained to him how there must have been a pre-existing problem with his bumper.  The car wash will not pull off a bumper to one car and not on any car prior to his or after...

his.  Mr. [redacted] also stated that he had been through the car wash several other times with that vehicle and never had an issue.  I did offer to help Mr. [redacted] by talking to a body shop about repairing his vehicle.  The part was $82.50 and to paint and install was $100, for a total cost of $182.50.  Out of customer service, I offered to pay for the painting and he would have to buy the part and the body shop would install.  Mr. [redacted] refused the offer.  If I can be of any other assistance please call me at [redacted]Direct of Operations

after speaking with the site manager. No resolution has come up yet between the parties involved, and I await the callback today.
