Dear ***,We do apologize it is taking more then anticipated as it is busy season and our trucks are delivering all over the nation, we do aim for a business day window as a goal and assure within business daysIn this case it took more then average and we are anticipating
delivery within business days give or take so truck seems like it will be delivering 20-23.I assure you we are doing all we can to get up there as soon as possible and will be sure to keep you posted. We apologize again for the inconvenience and will be in contact when we get closer

To whom it may concern,The client has indeed asked to provide with a binding quotevia visual estimate***, our manager personally arrived for a visual thatgenerated a 3,CF quote at per Cube at over $8,*** explained thereis no way to do this with one foot truck
as an avgfoot truck can accommodateCubic feetThe client requested to build a flat rate for one designatedfoot truck at $4,and claimed he will downsize as much as neededI haveattached the quote explaining he is paying for one dedicated truck at a lockedand discounted rateWhen *** (same guy that did the visual) loaded the truckhe ended up taking over Cubic feet and had explained yet again he willload the truck as much as possible (I am sure there are no arguments on that)Theclient has received all services paid for and moreWe have explained to theclient that if he would like us to come load the remainder of the items it willbe additionalWe have provided a quote and will not be able to change anythingelse as we believe we have met all expectations

I am rejecting this response because:
when I contracted with them and paid the deposit the earliest delivery date was December 3rd I confirmed verbally that I had a delivery location, but NOT the earliest delivery to be November 21st, especially if they picked up the items on November 20th! The claimed the attempted to deliver, all they did was call, I couldn't take the call for being a meeting, when I contacted them they started attacking and threating me I still don't know what I did to receive this action, when I asked for them to deliver the threatened more and refused to set a delivery time, and then stated I owed them and have to pay them in advance and they won't deliver! I call the driver back for their claimed delivery he said they couldn't find the address even after asking the postman, so the postman couldn't find the address! I have paid them $in advance and the are blackmailing me for more money to receive a key for where they claim they stored my items, but they won't deliver! How can I pay more in advance without receiving my items? They are acting like they own are selling me my own items! They are so unprofessional they sent me emails with wrong names and facts, I don't believe they ever intended to deliver, once they took possession of the items, they started harassing and blackmailing me How can the get a window of hours to pick up and days to deliver from the earliest delivery date of December 3rd, and according to them attempted to deliver once, they never claimed any other times, and now the own my items

It has been days since my furniture was picked up in California and yet to be delivered to South CarolinaI have contacted Full House Movers (FHM) several times and have not received a satisfactory responseIf I am told that someone will contact me and follow up it has never happenedI originally filed a complaint with Revdex.com on 7/and FHM responded on 7/to contact *** as to when my furniture would be deliveredShe told me either SatJuly 18th or SunJuly 19thOn Monday July 20th I called FHM when they opened on the West Coast and asked why I had yet to receive my furniture and why I have not received a courtesy call for the delayIn hours they were unable to call me to tell me where the driver was or when I might expect deliveryBecause of the delay I have been forced to buy a bed I did not need, furniture I did not need, a television I did not need, pots, pans, etcI did not needSouth Carolina requires new residents to register their vehicles within days or face finesI arrived in SC on June 14th and today is days past that deadlineThe paperwork required includes proof of citizenship, i.ebirth certificate which is in a safe in FHM's possessionWill FHM pay my fines, or am I required to lie to DMV and backdate my arrival effective when my furniture eventually shows up to avoid the fines? I feel that once FHM received payment for moving that I am no longer relevant and worthy of a simple courtesy like a phone call that specifically tells me where my household is and when I will receive itIf I owned their business I would make my outstanding clients a priority over new onesSadly, that is not the business priority of this companyAnyone considering doing business with FHM should heed my warning and not use this callous profit driven company as a resourceI would like to have my furniture delivered todayBarring that I would like someone with authority within that organization to actually contact me by phone and give me a specific date and time within the next two days when my stuff will be deliveredI would like a substantial refund, not the paltry $per day, for the chaos and pain they have caused meI have spent an amount commensurate with the cost of them moving my goods to replace items I did not need to

Full House Movers really came through for us when we were in a tough spot, and turned what could have been an awful situation into a stress-free one
Long story short, my roommate and I had used Full House Movers to move into our last apartment and were happy with them, but opted to save a few bucks with this last move and go with a smaller companyThese other guys showed up hours late and then decided they couldn’t finish the job that day so they just left
Luckily, we called Full House Movers and they got us a date just a few days laterThey came early, brought more guys than they said they would, and took less time than they estimatedNothing was broken, no problems were caused
The kicker? When it was all said and done, the professionals at Full House Movers were CHEAPER than what that other company was going to charge us
Lesson learnedI don’t intend to move again for a very long time, but if and when I do, Full House Movers is the only company for me

Fullhouse Movers delivered within the timeframe of the contract. On the Long Distance Move Information page that was filled out and signed by the customer, it states that there are up to business days from the first available date to receive delivery. The quote also states “Delivery:
Please note that regulations state that we guarantee delivery within business days of first available day of deliveryOur average time is business days.”The customer was provided with an estimated delivery timeframe when she called for a deliveryupdate. It was explained that the driver will call when he’s hours away to schedule the exact delivery time with the customer and until then, we can only provide an estimated delivery window. We always knew where the customer's belongings were located, either in our warehouse or on the truck. We just could not provide the customer with an exact date they would arrive early on in the delivery process. The driver did call a few hours less than our standard hours ahead of time to schedule the delivery. We offered to have him wait a couple of hours to accommodate the hour notice. The customer's delivery location was not large enough for the moving truck to park and unload. Therefore the driver had to rent a smaller truck to deliver. The Long Distance Move Information page that the customer filled out and signed states that if a shuttle is needed, the charge is $700. We discounted it down to $350. It does not state anywhere on the contract that a shuttle is $each way (please see attached)

This move was pickon 11/20/15, at which time his wife “***” completed the long distance forms with the 1st available date for delivery as 11/21/15; however, he is arguing stating that it’s not correct, as is stating that his wife’s name is not “***”, and further stated that he didn’t authorize this 1st date for deliveryRegardless of what he says, the person who signed off on everything at the piwas very specific in stating that delivery needs to be ASAPThat someone was there already to accept delivery and to send it out right awayAfter receiving this information our truck left California that same day.Our standard procedure is to call the customer hours prior to arrival at the delivery locationThe customer did not answer a single one of our phone calls*** had attempted to reach out to him, the driver attempted to reach out to him, as well as Itay, at which time the move was placed into storage because we could not contact the customer and our driver could not just sit around and wait endlessly for the customer to answer his phone.During the dealings with Itay, he states we’re wrong, he doesn’t know a “***” and that’s not his wifeHowever, that is the name that was signed on the paperwork/contract upon piand those were the requested delivery dates that were written on our contracts.Itay forwarded everything to him showing the dates as outlines, and he has refused to cooperate.Because of the extra costs incurred by unloading into storage, paying for a storage unit, and needing to load into a truck again and deliver it to him, there will be additional charges to the customer outside of the original Bill of Lading.Mr*** also has not completed the first 50% of the move balance due (as required by contract) at the time of pick-upHowever, as they wanted immediate delivery, we went ahead and placed this move onto the transport truck as a courtesy, as they were ready immediately, and advised the amount due on delivery and was acknowledged by “***”.I sent him the conversion notice and he replied (see attached) that he would pay on 12/04/15, which he did not.I followed up with the Lien Notice on 12/29/advising of preparation of auction, to which he responded with the attached email.Regards** **

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
All they hey have done is take my stuff and threaten to auction every time I ask them to abide by contract

To whom it may concern,We have provided the client with the relocation service and placed everything in the room of their choice in the requested location. After the move was completed, the client called in that she would like the bed movedunfortunately this is after then move was
completed and the team had already leftwe do have a hour minimum on all service calls and were willing to waive that and end a team for one hour charge for them to move the bed to her desired locationthe client refuses to pay anything extra therefore we are unable to send a team back to move additional items

I am rejecting this response because: I have call Full House Movers so many time I stop counting repeatedly being promised that the manager was going to return my call which the manager failed to complyI have spoken to Samantha which was the person who originally confirmed the date that the move was to take place on June 30, ***, ** and *** did put the bed in the bedroom but in the process of assembling the bed I told them when they put the frame up that the bed was to far away from the wall and one of the men insisted that it wasn't to far away from the wall and refused to listen assembling the bed anywayWhen they were done the bed was sitting directly in the middle of the bedroom leaving a pathway as large as a hallway behind my bed, placing the bed so close to the sliding glass door that I can't utilize the sliding glass door or the drawers on the left side of the bed and the bed bed is so close to the TV that's situated in front of the bed that I have to squeeze by to get to the other side of the room it's a disasterOne I called and caught the Manager of Full House Movers by surprise during our conversation I invited him to come out for himself and take a look at how they assemble my bed and left it in the middle of the bedroom he didn't except my invitation but he promised me he was going to call me back that evening and never didWhen I didn't receive a call from the manager I called Full House Movers on Friday 7/31/and no one answered the phone and I left a voice message on their answering machine letting them know if the manager didn't return my call I was going to file a complaint and I gave them until Monday once again to respond and no one called so I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comNever at anytime has anyone contacted me to resolve any situation regarding my bed at any timeThe Manager is lying and needs to be professional and responsible for the mistake that his company has made and try to resolve this problem at the lowest level instead of allowing it to escalate

As a real estate broker for years and a nationally known consumer advocate; if you EVER use Full House movers you do so at your own risk Their uber friendly salesperson *** promised a full house move, and they didn't deliverWhat's more incredible is that on the other end of the move, they only had people to help move us in We had to rent an extra uhaul trailer since everything didn't fit in their truck, buy a trailer hitch and now are left with multiple broken items including a inch flat screen TV, custom art, a popped sleep number bed which they rolled up instead of using the appropriate mattress coverings and overcharged us without any negotiationWhen they asked for payment, we were still sitting with unpacked items in our home which we had to figure out how to get movedIt's unconscionable And they've offered absolutely NO compensation for the breakage, overcharges or lies they told when we booked the moveNot done complaining about this!
