I am rejecting this response because: In addition to my first response that the manager never returned on of my calls and never called me offering me the opportunity to pay more money for him to resolve the problem. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay them any more than what I paid. I was quoted a price of $330.00 but because it took Full House Movers so long to disassemble and reassemble my bed I ended up paying the and addition $440.00 not including a $60.00 tip that I gave to the three men totaling 500.00 in cash. I kept the email of how much is was suppose to cost me for the move and I also have the receipt of how much I paid the Full House Movers. If you really want to know who's telling the truth just request a copy of his phone bill for his company calls for the month of July 2015 and you will see that he never contact me via phone. I know I can furnish mine phone bill regarding how many times I contacted his company in an attempt to solve this problem.

Dear valued client,We apologize for the difficulties in explanation on the contract as our worker was still in training as a forman and may have not explained all documents the way they should be.if you wish to file a claim I will be more then happy to provide the claim department details...

and am available for direct contact @   [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have directly emailed the business with specific questions that I still need to have answered- such as, where EXACTLY is the location of my belongings. When EXACTLY will I be receiving my belongings. WHY has it taken so long to reach me, with specifics! I still have not received a response back from them. Today is day 19 with no contact from a delivery driver. I am furious. I keep getting these canned responses back with no specific details and I am now assuming the worst-- my property has been lost or stolen and is not ever making its way back to me. My entire life was in this company's hands and they are acting like it is no big deal. I was told it would take 5-7 days to receive my goods. Then it changed to a week. Then it changed to the 12th-15th of the month. They just keep pushing it back without any excuse. Please help me understand why I have paid for a service that I have not received. If it is because they are just waiting for enough cargo to fill up a truck and make a trip, then they are a bunch of criminals because that is NOT what I was told when I hired them. I did not pay to have my things stored in some random location while I helplessly wait for enough people to magically decide to move to Seattle so that my stuff can be delivered with theirs.

revoking our Revdex.com accreditation due to us not willing to do something that is against our contract with the client. But I will make an exception as this client seams to not understand a simple fact, he needs to take possession of his items and pay his balance.

This client was not available to accept delivery although his wife placed on the paperwork that she is ready for delivery right away, he confirmed he is ready right away as well verbally through the phone with our lead Forman.

At this point we have sent an SIT conversion converting the items from storage in transit to long term storage allowing us to place a lien on his items (he has received a notice for that as well) and now we have sent an auction notice.

The customer MUST pay his balance and take his items from storage as we have completed transport on our end. Anyone misleading him to do otherwise will be in fault of his items being sold in a public auction and him losing all of his life possessions. We are following all necessary regulations and are only concerned this client will wake up once it’s too late.

To whom it may concern,The client has indeed asked to provide with a binding quotevia visual estimate. [redacted], our manager personally arrived for a visual thatgenerated a 3,000 CF quote at 2.8 per Cube at over $8,000. [redacted] explained thereis no way to do this with one 24 foot truck as an avg. 24 foot...

truck can accommodate1800 Cubic feet. The client requested to build a flat rate for one designated24 foot truck at $4,500 and claimed he will downsize as much as needed. I haveattached the quote explaining he is paying for one dedicated truck at a lockedand discounted rate. When [redacted] (same guy that did the visual) loaded the truckhe ended up taking over 2150 Cubic feet and had explained yet again he willload the truck as much as possible (I am sure there are no arguments on that). Theclient has received all services paid for and more. We have explained to theclient that if he would like us to come load the remainder of the items it willbe additional. We have provided a quote and will not be able to change anythingelse as we believe we have met all expectations.

To whom it may concern,We did an initial quote for the client based on an average of 3,000 LBS due to the client not being present at the house to provide with a detailed inventoryThe quote from the beginning was based on a non binding per pound estimate 3003 pounds @ .95 C per...

pound  with a 13% fuel totaling an estimate of $3223.72. On load date the customer requested in writing and signed for a non binding revised estimate based on 4,200 LBS that was filled up right away through a visual survey prior to PRIOR to loading. The load was taken to a certified guaranteed truck scale and weighed before and after at a total of 4,080 LBS @ .95 C per pound + 13% fuel ==> 4379.88. For some reason there were payment issues and the 50% payment (due on pickup and prior to shipment) was declined by our credit card merchant. as I explained to the client, this payment will need to be taken care of asap in order to avoid any delivery delays. We will be willing to offer a gesture of good faith in the total of $379.88 to the client that will require a signature on a satisfactory release.

To whom it may concern, we have moved Carly on 1-8-15 everything she requested was moved and delivered as well as put in place and assembled.[redacted] has signed everything was received (as you can find in attached paperwork) per our regulations we offered the client although she only called...

in on Monday(11 days after her move)  claiming she has a missing [redacted]. We also questioned the team and checked the truck to find we most defiantly do not have the phone. We advised the client to file a police report if she believes something was stolen from her house and recommend to check other options as well, as many things can happen in 11 days.

To whom it may concern,We have provided the client with the relocation service and placed everything in the room of their choice in the requested location. After the move was completed, the client called in that she would like the bed moved. unfortunately this is after then move was completed and the...

team had already left. we do have a 3 hour minimum on all service calls and were willing to waive that and end a team for one hour charge for them to move the bed to her desired location. the client refuses to pay anything extra therefore we are unable to send a team back to move additional items.

The inventory that Ms. [redacted] gave [redacted] prior to her move, the inventory that [redacted] based her quote on was for 136 pieces.  The actual inventory at pickup was 247 pieces.  The price is based on cubic feet.  When her inventory increased by 111 pieces, the cubic feet increased,...

thus the price increased.   On December 22, 2014 a quote (not a purchase order) for $4299.98 was emailed to Ms. [redacted] by [redacted].  The quote clearly states in large red letters “The above estimate is a binding quote for the inventory listed below. Customer may add or subtract any item and final charges will be adjusted accordingly.”  She was not emailed a contract, she was emailed a quote.  We only fill out the contract at pickup. The movers loaded her apartment first.  There were only a small amount of items in the apartment and garage.  Once the movers arrived at the storage units, the foreman immediately notified Ms. [redacted] that she had more items than what she had on the quote and therefore the price was going to increase.  He communicated this information as soon as he arrived at the storage unit and continued to keep her updated throughout the loading process.  As Ms. [redacted] stated, we did give her 2 separate discounts, one for $487.50 and another for $150.  The total cost for the move was$9208.00, not $10,195.50.  Ms. [redacted] went over the contracts and signed them at pickup and she was given a copy of the contract on the spot. [redacted] is customer service and it is her job to speak with customers after pickup, not the salesperson.  This is our standard practice.Once a move is picked up, we update our system and the job is marked as closed.  Once a job is closed, the quotes are no longer available online.  Again, this is our standard practice; it was not done to deny access to the quote. We apologize that everyone was out in the field working when Ms. [redacted] stopped at ouroffice.  We would have gladly scheduled an appointment with her had she let us know she was coming ahead of time.Ms. [redacted]’s contract was not violated.  We must collect 50% of the payment before sending any shipment out for delivery, as stated on the contract.  We gave Ms. [redacted] a breakdown of the cost of the labor if she wanted to pick up her belongings instead of having us deliver them to Georgia.  She chose to have us deliver to GA.  We also discounted the transaction fee for her to pay with a debit card.  [redacted] gave Ms. [redacted] an estimated delivery timeframe when she called for a deliveryupdate.  She explained that the driver will call when he’s 24 hours away to schedule the exact delivery time with the customer and until then, we can only provide an estimated delivery window. The contract does not state that delivery would be within 14 days of being loaded on the truck.  On the Long Distance Move Information form that Ms. [redacted] filled out and signed, it states that there are up to 21 business days from the first available date to receive delivery.  Ms. [redacted] listed 12/29/14 as the first available date in which her shipment could be received.  Delivery information is also available on the quote.  The quote also states “Delivery: Please note that regulations state that we guarantee delivery within 30 business days of first available day of delivery. Our average time is 14 business days.”[redacted] is not [redacted]. I don’t know who this individual is but he is not our employee and never has been our employee.

we have actually received an inquiry directly from the client and responded via email and phone conversation with an update and discount sent via email 10:41 7-21-15:"I apologize it has taken so long as we are much longer than ourusual delivery ETA’s. The driver is actually very close and claimed he will becalling you tomorrow for an ETA.I will provide reimbursement up to the weekend based on 30$ perdiam for any day beyond the 21 business days. The 21st business daywas 7-14-15, there will be a $300 discount upon delivery when the driver getsthere. I will be sure to notify him of the change in balance "

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern. I have contacted their 3rd party claims department and have not received a response but at this time I supposed I have to close this complaint. My issue was never resolved but I don't see that I will be receiving any compensation for my damaged items any time soon.

I am rejecting this response because:when I contracted with them and paid the deposit the earliest delivery date was December 3rd.  I confirmed verbally that I had a delivery location, but NOT the earliest delivery to be November 21st, especially if they picked up the items on November 20th! The claimed the attempted to deliver, all they did was call, I couldn't take the call for being a meeting, when I contacted them they started attacking and threating me.  I still don't know what I did to receive this action, when I asked for them to deliver the threatened more and refused to set a delivery time, and then stated I owed them and have to pay them in advance and they won't deliver!  I call the driver back for their claimed delivery he said they couldn't find the address even after asking the postman, so the postman couldn't find the address!  I have paid them $1000 in advance and the are blackmailing me for more money to receive a key for where they claim they stored my items, but they won't deliver!  How can I pay more in advance without receiving my items? They are acting like they own are selling me my own items!  They are so unprofessional they sent me emails with wrong names and facts, I don't believe they ever intended to deliver, once they took possession of the items, they started harassing and blackmailing me.  How can the get a window of 72 hours to pick up and 14 days to deliver from the earliest delivery date of December 3rd, and according to them attempted to deliver once, they never claimed any other times, and now the own my items.

All they hey have done is take my stuff and threaten to auction every time I ask them to abide by contract

Stay away!! First they showed up to my apartment with a truck already 3/4 full. They fit what they could and said they would have to come back tomorrow. The problem was I didn't have the place tomorrow, AND, I needed to begin my drive that night (moving across two states). Their solution? Give me your key and we will come back tomorrow without you here and we promise to get all your stuff. How frightening to have to wait 9 days to see if they upheld their end of the bargain. Then, I go to pay them with a money order (money order or cash they told me) only to be told it has to be a "postal" money order. How archaic! Not every post office even does postal money orders anymore. What could possibly be wrong with a [redacted] money order? Off I went to find a bank so that I could cash the money order into cash. To top it all off, the truck arrived with just two guys to unload and set up all my furniture. This was horrific because the condo property I moved into states this type of activity must be completed by 6pm (which I had communicated clearly up front). The truck arrived at 4:20pm. Two guys. I was told it would be four. Really. There were also several items damaged along the way. One was a dresser that someone had clearly stood on and caved it in. Stay stay stay away from Full House and [redacted] (the parent company)!!!

Dear [redacted],We do apologize it is taking more then anticipated as it is busy season and our trucks are delivering all over the nation, we do aim for a 14 business day window as a goal and assure within 21 business days. In this case it took more then average and we are anticipating delivery within...

17 business days give or take so truck seems like it will be delivering 20-23.I assure you we are doing all we can to get up there as soon as possible and will be sure to keep you posted. We apologize again for the inconvenience and will be in contact when we get closer.

It has been 42 days since my furniture was picked up in California and yet to be delivered to South Carolina. I have contacted Full House Movers (FHM) several times and have not received a satisfactory response. If I am told that someone will contact me and follow up it has never happened. I originally filed a complaint with Revdex.com on 7/6 and FHM responded on 7/8 to contact [redacted] as to when my furniture would be delivered. She told me either Sat. July 18th or Sun. July 19th. On Monday July 20th I called FHM when they opened on the West Coast and asked why I had yet to receive my furniture and why I have not received a courtesy call for the delay. In 8 hours they were unable to call me to tell me where the driver was or when I might expect delivery. Because of the delay I have been forced to buy a bed I did not need, furniture I did not need, a television I did not need, pots, pans, etc. I did not need. South Carolina requires new residents to register their vehicles within 30 days or face fines. I arrived in SC on June 14th and today is 8 days past that deadline. The paperwork required includes proof of citizenship, i.e. birth certificate which is in a safe in FHM's possession. Will FHM pay my fines, or am I required to lie to DMV and backdate my arrival effective when my furniture eventually shows up to avoid the fines? I feel that once FHM received payment for moving that I am no longer relevant and worthy of a simple courtesy like a phone call that specifically tells me where my household is and when I will receive it. If I owned their business I would make my outstanding clients a priority over new ones. Sadly, that is not the business priority of this company. Anyone considering doing business with FHM should heed my warning and not use this callous profit driven company as a resource.I would like to have my furniture delivered today. Barring that I would like someone with authority within that organization to actually contact me by phone and give me a specific date and time within the next two days when my stuff will be delivered. I would like a substantial refund, not the paltry $30 per day, for the chaos and pain they have caused me. I have spent an amount commensurate with the cost of them moving my goods to replace items I did not need to.

to whom it may concern,we have provided the client with claim info and she will need to move forward with a claim if she believes she is entitled for any form of restitution for them to look into

had a very positive experience with Triple 7 Movers. I worked with [redacted] via telephone to schedule a pickup time, and I also spoke with her a couple of times to revise our inventory after I had submitted it online. The driver, [redacted], handled both pickup and delivery, and he was a pleasure to work with. He and his partner were very efficient and thorough. They wrapped up some items that needed additional care, and [redacted] also made sure that I looked over and understood all the paperwork before signing anything. He stayed in touch with us by phone prior to both pickup and delivery, so that we knew exactly where he was and when he planned to be at the site so we could meet him. We moved from Las Vegas to Idaho, and I am happy to report that all items in the inventory have been accounted for (I am always worried about items getting lost or damaged during moving!) and everything is in great condition. All in all, a very good experience.
