Mr [redacted] , Thank you for your feedback we appreciate your businessWe take our customer's concerns seriously Ron Carter Hyundai is the #Hyundai Volume Hyundai Dealership in Texas We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers each monthWhile we are proud of this fact it does come with challengesWhen regularly selling over new Hyundai’s and Preowned vehicles per month misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time While we work diligently to arrange the best possible financing for our customers by working with a multitude of lenders, we apologize if our efforts lowered your scoreThankfully, we can assure you that any impact on your credit score would be short-lived In regards to the additional down payment this was a lender requirement, not oursIt would have been applied to your balance due, reduced your financed amount and substantially reduced your monthly payment Lastly, as per your conversation with Tony [redacted] we will be reimbursing you for your expenses incurred in customizing the vehicle while in your possession Again, we apologize for any inconvenience Ron Carter Hyundai

Mr***,We understand that you are busy and it is not always easy to connect even on certain matters of importanceThat being said, I have reached out to you multiple times, without success.I can assure you that the protections that you paid for are and always have been in effectThe documents you were provided, in no way "cancel each other out"The We Owe form, appropriately stamped as "As-Is, Nothing Owed" does not negate the Ron Carter Protection Package sheet or any of it's contentsI would ask that you reach out to me at 281-283-for further explanationThank you.Chris [redacted] 281-283-

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I have voicemails and text messages from both the General Manager and Sales Manager harrassing me to come in and would change there reasonsFirst it was just to "see how I was doing", then "I needed to sign paper work" then my "trade in" and lastly now "there's something wrong with my new vehicle"? It was obvious they were trying too get it back to sell it for a higher price, and stopped at nothing to do soA contract is a contract and if you signed a month in, you can't just simply tear it infront of someone and pretend like there was no contractThat's illegalRon Carter Hyundai is a fraudulent dealership and has done this to others, and will continue to do so to innocent people if no action is takenThe Sales Manager never told me when or if I'd be getting a refund once he tore my contract he pretended like nothing happened and hid

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. You sure do have communication problems. Another thing you have is staff that lies and uses Bait and Switch tactics on consumers. I car further support my statement since your company FABRICATED the "Sold Car Story" just to cover its misconduct on Bait and Switch. Instead you should have admitted the misconduct, took action, and trained employees not to do it. As I see, now you teach employees to cover up their misconduct. I will pursue this complaint with [redacted] agency and [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
