Ms. [redacted],Thank you for feedback. We apologize for it taking longer than expected to get your vehicle registered. Our understanding is that Casie has been back in touch with you (now that she has returned to work following the hard freezes of the past two days) and is finalizing a resolution with...

you. Please feel free to reach out to Casie should you have any additional concerns.Thank you again and have a great day.

Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for your feedback we appreciate your business. We take our customer's
concerns seriously.
Ron Carter Hyundai is the #1 Hyundai Volume Hyundai Dealership in Texas.
We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers
each month. While we are...

proud of this fact it does come with challenges. When
regularly selling over 400 new Hyundai’s and Preowned vehicles per month
misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time.
While we work diligently to arrange the best possible financing for our
customers by working with a multitude of lenders, we apologize if our efforts
lowered your score. Thankfully, we can assure you that any impact on your
credit score would be short-lived.
In regards to the additional down payment this was a lender requirement, not
ours. It would have been applied to your balance due, reduced your financed
amount and substantially reduced your monthly payment.
Lastly, as per your conversation with Tony [redacted] we will be reimbursing you for
your expenses incurred in customizing the vehicle while in your possession.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Ron Carter Hyundai

Regards,
I have voicemails and text messages from both the General Manager and Sales Manager harrassing me to come in and would change there reasons. First it was just to "see how I was doing", then "I needed to sign paper work" then my "trade in" and lastly now "there's something wrong with my new vehicle"? It was obvious they were trying too get it back to sell it for a higher price, and stopped at nothing to do so. A contract is a contract and if you signed a month in, you can't just simply tear it infront of someone and pretend like there was no contract. That's illegal. Ron Carter Hyundai is a fraudulent dealership and has done this to others, and will continue to do so to innocent people if no action is taken. The Sales Manager never told me when or if I'd be getting a refund once he tore my contract he pretended like nothing happened and hid.

Mr. [redacted],We understand that you are busy and it is not always easy to connect even on certain matters of importance. That being said, I have reached out to you multiple times, without success.I can assure you that the protections that you paid for are and always have been in effect. The documents...

you were provided, in no way "cancel each other out". The We Owe form, appropriately stamped as "As-Is, Nothing Owed" does not negate the Ron Carter Protection Package sheet or any of it's contents. I would ask that you reach out to me at 281-283-7023 for further explanation. Thank you.Chris [redacted]281-283-7023

Sent: Thursday, June 01, 2017 11:38 AM Subject: Revdex.com Complaint - [redacted] - 10/3/15 - 2016 [redacted] Ms. [redacted], In a recent review of our account with the Revdex.com we noticed that your complaint was never resolved. As of 11/1/15, we see that you were expecting a response from our then General Sales Manager. It appears as though that response never came and we certainly apologize. Considering the time that has passed, we would assume that you are no longer vehicle shopping. In any event we would like to close the matter and to do so would like to provide you with a $300 Gift Card to [redacted] or [redacted] to spend as you wish. Please "reply all" with your current mailing address if you find this acceptable. Thank you and again we apologize for any missteps and delays. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The company has not presented me with any documents for a resolution. I've only received a statement that paperwork will begin after I close my complaint. I will not close my complaint based on the words of an untrustworthy company. Previously I was promised to have oil changes covered and they have not fulfilled this. Ron Carter is a shady company.

Regards,I have attempted to call but have not received a call back. The cookie cutter message/response from their representative does not portray the experience of a lot of customers. I paid for a service yet received less than subpar service. Again I am waiting for the refund of my service plan.

Sent: Friday, August 28, 2015 1:55 PM To: drteam <[email protected]> Subject: Complaint #[redacted]   Dear Houston Revdex.com,   I filed a complaint against an auto dealership (Ron Carter Hyundai - Complaint #[redacted]).  The business proposed a resolution (fix my damaged vehicle (damage that their salesperson caused during a visit to the dealership) and provide me with two gas cards for my travel expenses.  I accepted the proposed resolution and the Houston Revdex.com closed the case.   I have contacted the general manager (Anthony H[redacted]) via email on August 3, August 13, August 17 and August 25 to arrange for them to fix my bumper as well as provide me the gas cards.  I heard back from Mr. H[redacted] on August 17 with the response:   "[redacted],  I have been out of the office on vacation. I will check on this as soon as I get in tomorrow."   I followed up one final time on August 25 and still I never received additional communication from Mr. H[redacted] or anyone else at the dealership.   Unfortunately, I could wait no longer and traded in my vehicle on August 26 to another dealership and suffered a loss in value due to the damage on my vehicle caused by Ron Carter Hyundai.  Thank you,   [redacted][email protected] Mobile: [redacted]
