You sure do have communication problems. Another thing you have is staff that lies and uses Bait and Switch tactics on consumers. I car further support my statement since your company FABRICATED the "Sold Car Story" just to cover its misconduct on Bait and Switch. Instead you should have admitted the misconduct, took action, and trained employees not to do it. As I see, now you teach employees to cover up their misconduct. I will pursue this complaint with [redacted] agency and [redacted]

I just wanted to add that the new ownership and the new General Sales Manager (Christian) at Ron Carter Hyundai Clear Lake a[redacted] with the staff went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.Before I wrote this claim I was unaware that there was a change in employment at Ron Carter. The 2 people Anthony and Veronica were 2 of the nastiest people I have ever meet in my life and I wouldn't of referred  my worse enemy to them. Now that I have dealt with Christian my whole attitude has changed. He is the most down to earth, caring, friendliest guy I have ever meet and and am proud to say I have meet him. With what he did for my family and I. I won this dispute fair and square after providing time and date stamped email correspondence with your son [redacted], CEO of [redacted], to the bank.  He informed me that you no longer needed marketing services and I removed the card on file the next day.  My business is...

successful because I am always fair and never make mistakes when it comes to my clients money.  Also, the reason you no longer needed marketing services is not that my office wasn't performing. In fact, we performed so well that you offered more money (behind my back) than I could afford to pay and hired the employee assigned to your account.Working in the credit card business has absolutely nothing to do with winning a chargeback at the issuing bank or card brand level.  I go through the exact same process as any other business owner faced with a chargeback by a customer.  I provided overwhelming evidence in my favor resulting in the chargeback being reversed by the bank.  We have always had a good business relationship, why would you go the the Revdex.com and not call me first?Regards,[redacted]

Preowned vehicles per month misunderstandings can and do occur
from time to time. 
We regret that you feel that you have been misled. We take great pride &
effort in making sure that our vehicle listings are as up to date as possible, including
availability. A vehicle will show to be available until it is actually delivered.
To further complicate matters, a customer commitment does not constitute a completed
sale. In some cases, it may take days just to secure financing. Additionally, it
will then take several hours or up to a day for listings across systems and the
web once the purchaser signs final paperwork. Philip would have provided the
most up to date information available to him.
Carfax cannot certify whether or not a vehicle is accident free. It is a data
clearinghouse that aggregates reported vehicle incidents.
We certainly apologize for any confusion or inconvenience these concerns may have
caused.

This dealership engages in
unethical business practices. They falsely advertise cars at extremely low
prices to get consumers into the show room. Then they make up an excuse such as
oh the car was sold online already and ask to show you another. I have seen
multiple misleading advertisements from this company. They should be penalized
for doing so. It's a shame that would waste someone's time like that after a
long day of work. The salesman was named Philip. I called and verified the car
was available and for sale prior to heading there, so they ahve no excuse. Plus
the car had signs of being in an accident and the dealership said there was a
clean carfax.
