I called them several times I physically  went in on Nov 5 to tell them I wanted a refund I cancelled order within 15 days.

As of March 16, 2016 I've NOT yet to receive my REFUND it's over the time frame that was said and to be mailed to me I would like to know when was it mailed out approximate too me I've never been in this type of situation dealing with a business and taking people and there $$$ for ride I WANT MY MONEY NOW I HAVE NOTHING OF THEIRS!!!

The statements made by the business are not true. Clearly they do not address repairs in a timely manner as evidenced by my approximate 2 month wait despite multiple phone calls. The business also claims to give it repair mans number which is not the case when I asked because I have was willing to do dirty work for business and call myself. At this time I do not wish to keep my furniture because it is poor quality and they have poor customer service.  Ultimately, I did not receive what I paid for from that business

Today, Tuesday (December 22, 2015) the furniture was not delivered as they promised. This is horrible, I don't understand how could you guys (meaning your organization) let these people get away with this. I work for my money, I paid everything in full. It's been 3 months and all they do is promise, promise and promise. They are liars. I went in person at 7:17pm and Todd said that he came back from vacation and has some other things that he needs to deal with. Am I supposed to accept his response? I'm not satisfied at all with this outcome.

I am still waiting on bookkeeping to update me on the over-payment check. I will contact them again today. the customer knew there was a chance she was gonna get the floor model and that if she recieved the floor model she would get 50 off the furniture the truck broke down the day of delivery and we gave her 20 off for that the next day she was delivered the floor model she then notified the store that...
