the full bed has bed has been on back order we have told this to ms [redacted] several times we were told by our distbuter it will be here this week I am really sorry  for inconvence we are trying our best to resolve the issue and we are trying to get it done as quickly as possible for the customer...

I do understand her fustration and I am going to be delivering the bed as soon as it comes in

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was notified after 3 and have the phone records to prove it. The company refused to refund my money unless I gave them back my original receipt. I had to call the finance company to try to obtain the refund myself. You promised a delivery date that you could not make, wasted my time and money.
