I paying almost a dollars for pieces of garbage! The fact the day of half delivery when I was freaki g out and wanting to return the products I shoukdge known this company is the closest thing to a scam! The small sectional stiching is horrible after a month one person household stiching is coming outIm literally on the floor after month of purchasing a bed frame that was not delivered with all its pieces because the store knew the bed wouldnt hold its NEVER HELDI just got tired of fixing it daily and put all the pieces in the cornerThey dont amswer the phone they act non chalnant and lie to you abd they act like these issues arent issuesI wish I knew how to take further actionMy first aptartment in philly first furniture store and I will do alternatives internet options I will deter your busimess any chance I getYpu are horrible people readoming all these reviews of poor customer serviceWe work hard for our money fool me once bet it wont happem again take your sixty dollar store credit and shove it!

This is the worst experience I've ever had, these people are so unprofessional and flat out disgustingI ordered a bedroom set last week thursday and I was told I will receive it by MondayMonday came and I called the warehouse to find out a time range for them to deliver it and I was told I woulf have to wait until Wednesday ??I talked to someone and told her I was told Monday...let's fast forward....they brought the furniture on Monday and forgot the box spring?? The delivery guy said he would bring it the following day and I told him I had to leave for work at so if he could bring it before then that would be okI waited all day Tuesday I even called out of work and NO ONE SHOWED not even a phone callHere I am once again today waiting for them to show up with my box spring...I will NOT recommend using this furniture store's delivery service to my worst enemy ??

AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE CUSTOMER WAS AWARE THE THE HEADBOARD TO HER BEDROOM WAS BACKORDEREDSHE WAS GIVEN A CHOICE OF WAITING FOR EVERYTHING AND GETTING ALL DELIVERED AT ONE TIME OR WE WOULD DELIVER EVERYTHING WE HAVE AND SHE WOULD PICK UP HEADBOARD HERSELFSHE OPTED TO GET DELIVERY OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND SHE SIGNED SALES RECEIPT TO PICK UP HEADBOARD WHEN IT ARRIVESON 3/THE HEADBOARD CAME IN AND WE CONTACTED HER AND WE DECIDED TO DELIVER HEADBOARD ON 3/TO NO AVAIL SHE WAS NOT AT HOMESHE CAME INTO STORE ON 3/STATING EVERYTHING THAT SHE AGREED UPON AND WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO ACCOMADATEI DECIDED TO REDELIVER ON 3/AND SHE AGREEDTHE CUSTOMER AND FURNITURE MECCA ARE DONEWE SATISFIED OUR COMMITTMENT TO HER AND AT THIS MOMENT WE OWE HER NOTHINGTHANK YOU, FRANK

Dear Sir,Furniture Mecca customer service department received complaint # *** regarding customer *** *** *** purchased furniture online on 2/15/(see attachment). Since it was a special order we order her furniture from *** and received it on 2/21/(see
attachment)As per customers order we transferred the furniture to our *** *** *** location for customer to pick up on 2/22/2015.We informed the customer that her furniture is ready to be picked up by her from the location she requestedIts been more than months now customer has not picked up her furnitureWe informed the customer few times to pick it up but she has notWe will be more that happy to give the customer her furniture when she go to our store. They sold me a product that clearly has a factory defect it was reported by the delivery driver and has yet to be replaced I'm at getting the run around

My experience with Furniture mecca was great They delivered my furniture in a timely manner and even helped me take out my old furniture I would recommend them to anybody in philly looking for good furniture and great customer service and ????????

When I made purchase with Mecca Furniture I was approved for a *** bank cardIt was explained that I would have interest free for 1yrI read the fine print and confirmed suchA year has passed and unfortunately I haven't paid it off in full however I was charged deferment interest which means the interest was accrued and at the end of the year I would be billed for "interest" free period When I spoke with *** *** they said the store should have explained this to meThey did not explain this nor is it in the T&C listed
I also had a remaining balance on the card and due to them updating their system they can no longer use the card I have but offered to rerun my credit to apply for a new card

I purchased two twin sized mattresses I ended up not needing the second mattress I called the store about a refund I was told that they do not do refunds The mattress is still in the original packaging, so there should be no issue with returning it

I got a matter/box fameand 3weeklater box fame is broker still pay money for it they will not replaced it

I paid an extra $for year protection plan that cover everything so I was told I am having an issue with my furniture it is won't recline I called the store and they told my my protection plan over covers accidental problems I was not given anything at the store that tells you what the year protection plan covers at the time of purchase the guy from a third party that look over the issue I was having with my couch and told me that I need some pieces and they have to order them so I have been waiting a whole year for someone to contact me so when The pieces come in so they can come out and fix it to make a long story short I paid $for a year protection plan that don't sever me any purpose

*** *** originally purchased a full size bedding set that unfortunately was not available at the point of deliveryWe (meaning a staff member) called her and told her to come and reselect and even if it was a couple dollars more we would honor the monies she paid*** *** came int store and

I took off work because I was waiting on my deliveryThe company provided a tracker to keep up with my deliveryI was stop #The delivery truck was near by and once I refreshed my page to see where they were the tracker basically stopped and said unable to startOriginally my time for delivery was between 6:00-8:00pm than my delivery time jumped to 1:30-3:pm so I waited in the house all dayThey even stopped at delivery #and never delivered my itemsI’m so upset and very frustratedNeed better communication skills

I purchase a love seat and sofa , I was told at the time of purchase under warranty if the sofa gets dirty or wear or tear they would either clean it and if they can't they would replace it The chairs has scratches but not punctured it's coming lose at the seams seats are sagging down I've had this furniture for over years and my warranty is foryears I asked to speak to the manager he would not get on the phone a female was telling me what he said ,and to go on the website and look it up because they don't cover it after I was told they did I waited minutes after I asked the female I wanted to speak to the manager she put me on hold for that minutes and no one never came back to the phone so I hung upI was treated rude and disrespected This is a leather set and I gave the all the information they asked for I kept being put on holdPlease can someone help me THANK YOU

Customer later change her mind about the coffee table set and wanted a
different oneWe tried to deliver the coffee table set but were having scheduling conflict with customer. We spoke to the customer recently and she said she don't want anythingWe cannot do refund at this point as we tried to change the set without even charging any re-stocking or additional re-delivery feeHowever, we will still be more than glad to exchange the coffee table set, if customer still wants itPlease note that customer still have the original coffee set they selected in their house which they are probably using itSincerely,

I purchased a dining room and living room set which totaled over $2,along with the year warrenty for an extra $When recieving my furniture for the first time the delivery man stated he didnt get paid enough to carry my items up my street because their big truck wouldnt fitHow rude!!! Once they were here, the set everything up all for me to realize both my couch and love seat are crookedAfter calling and having a technician come out he discovered the inside of my couches were bent and not fitting correctlyWhile the technician was here he also had to service my dining room because pieces or seperate chairs kept falling offThe technician used super glue on my $dining set So after this weeks later I received new couchesWhile the delievery men set my furniture up he noticed my arm rest didnt have a zipperSo the technician comes out againHe brings a new cushion, it was the wrong pieceSo next they bring me half of my love seat to replace the side with

Great experience! They were kind an d honest and very helpful in my decision making
