3/19/I purchased a bed room set with a year furniture warranty, the total price $ The year warranty cost $ and is included in the $ costDuring the purchase the sale representative stated the furniture warranty would come in the mailweeks past the delivery date I had not received the , I called the store and was directed to call the company warehouse on *** ***PhilaI called and spoke with a representative who took my name sales date and stated she would have some one send the warranty in the mailweeks past and I have not received the warranty

Sold me a broken table set was told to email funiture mecca and send pictures of the broken item I did it several times no one never emailed me back or returned my calls until I asked for a refund I have all emails in my account and also every time I called to find out about my table They send someone out to try and fix it and was told that it was unfixable have pictures of broken leg and wood that was not connected to table I do not want another set at this point I want my money back if I spent dollars I shouldnt have to fight are go through this to get what I paid for

This is an update to complaint #[redacted] The electrical sectional was delivered to my home without one of the power packs So I'm unable to operate the sectional fully I was told it would be delivered the next day It has now been over four days...I'm not getting any responses from the company and no one from the company has called us since Issue therefore not resolved I wish to continue until resolved

This is the worst experience I've ever had, these people are so unprofessional and flat out disgusting. I ordered a bedroom set last week thursday and I was told I will receive it by Monday. Monday came and I called the warehouse to find out a time range for them to deliver it and I was told I woulf have to wait until Wednesday ??. I talked to someone and told her I was told Monday...let's fast forward....they brought the furniture on Monday and forgot the box spring?? The delivery guy said he would bring it the following day and I told him I had to leave for work at 145 so if he could bring it before then that would be ok. I waited all day Tuesday I even called out of work and NO ONE SHOWED not even a phone call. Here I am once again today waiting for them to show up with my box spring...I will NOT recommend using this furniture store's delivery service to my worst enemy ??

The reason I do not accept the response is because they are not being truthful. Yes I selected the mattress in the store, however the one I received sank in the middle after a few days. A mattress is suppose to last about 10 years. When I went to the store to let them know the mattress was sinking I was told that because I had a warranty someone would come out to inspect it. I know they do not give refunds I am just asking them to come look at the mattress and see what I see, it could just be that it is defective. I did not buy an as is item. What about customer service after you buy an item.

[redacted] put the dispute in thru his credit card company and they favored furniture mecca and closed the case. At this point we proved our case and [redacted] is looking for other avenues.

response because:I am still awaiting 50% of the promised furntiure. The base if the table was not new,.was damaged and I was promised in writing that a new peice would arrive with in 7 business days. It has been 15 days still no base. And the.base.is now falling apart. This was not satisfied.

AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE CUSTOMER WAS AWARE THE THE HEADBOARD TO HER BEDROOM WAS BACKORDERED. SHE WAS GIVEN A CHOICE OF WAITING FOR EVERYTHING AND GETTING ALL DELIVERED AT ONE TIME OR WE WOULD DELIVER EVERYTHING WE HAVE AND SHE WOULD PICK UP HEADBOARD HERSELF. SHE OPTED TO GET DELIVERY OF EVERYTHING...

THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND SHE SIGNED SALES RECEIPT TO PICK UP HEADBOARD WHEN IT ARRIVES. ON 3/11 THE HEADBOARD CAME IN AND WE CONTACTED HER AND WE DECIDED TO DELIVER HEADBOARD ON 3/12 TO NO AVAIL  SHE WAS NOT AT HOME. SHE CAME INTO STORE ON 3/13 STATING EVERYTHING THAT SHE AGREED UPON AND WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO ACCOMADATE. I DECIDED TO REDELIVER ON 3/13 AND SHE AGREED. THE CUSTOMER AND FURNITURE MECCA ARE DONE. WE SATISFIED OUR COMMITTMENT TO HER AND AT THIS MOMENT WE OWE HER NOTHING. THANK YOU, FRANK

Review: I made a purchase at Furniture Mecca on 8/7/2014. I utilized the [redacted] option, that allowed zero interest for 3 months. I was told on 8/7/2014 that the items I choose were on back order, and that it should be about a week.

During the next two week period there was no contact from the store about my purchase. In the mail I receive a statement from [redacted] that my payment will be taken out. I call [redacted] to be sure that it is appropriate to may the payment when I still did not have an items. [redacted] shared with me that there was a receipt of goods signed by me, with a delivery date of 8/7/2014. Which is the same day I made the purchase, however the items were on back order and no delivery date has been established. I called the store numerous times no answer, so I went to the store in person, I was told that Furniture Mecca did not submit any delivery receipt as it was not delivered. During the conversation I asked to see the paperwork from the original purchase. I reviewed the pages that I signed one, was an acknowledgement of goods.

I did not understand why I was asked to sign this paper in the first place, however there was no delivery date on this page as again, the items were on back order. The salesperson at that time begins to make calls, as if there was an issue with me seeing this paper. I asked how could there a date of 8/7/2014 for delivery when the items were not available. I was told that is for internal tracking. Still Furniture Mecca stated this was not sent to [redacted], yet it was. In order for Furniture Mecca to be paid by [redacted] they must produce the receipt of delivery. SO, Furniture Mecca received their payment, [redacted] received their payment and I still had not items. On 8/25/2014 I receive a call that they have "found my items" and they will be delivered today, 8/27/2014. The items arrive and they are damaged! The table top is cracked and an additional part on the base is also broken. I was asked by the driver if they could set this set up and come back with the new set in a few days. I agreed, now I am concerned that I didn't refuse the delivery I will be stuck with this broken table.

I am concerned that they are falsifying documents to [redacted] in order to receive payment on goods that were not produced to consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like to ensure that I receive a product in new condition in the time frame that was told to me.

We (meaning a staff member) called her and told her to come and reselect and even if it was a couple dollars more we would honor the monies she paid. [redacted] came int store and handpicked a mattress laid on it and fully inspected it. This was the mattress set she wanted. Review: On June 27, 2014 I purchased a 2 piece right faced sectional living room set with a 3 piece coffee table set at [redacted], PA [redacted] which was delivered to my residence from your warehouse at [redacted], PA [redacted] on Saturday July 5, 2014 approximately at 12:30 p.m. by an independent contractor associated with the store.

Unfortunately, the product was damaged along the back of the couch excessively, along with severe damage to my front door and the assembly of the services was not completed. I am disappointed due to the damaged of my front door and furniture. These services were performed unprofessionally and abruptly which resulted in various damages.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your assistance with the replacement of my front door and also a partial refund of $400.00 which includes the furniture amount and delivery charges totaling $934.52.

Review: Furniture Mecca's delivery process is 100% disjointed. The customer service is less than stellar, and we were very displeased with the service. When we initially purchased our furniture on 3/2/13, we were informed that we would receive our purchase in 2.5 weeks (which would have been the week of 3/18/13). I began corresponding with the company the week of March 18th almost everyday. On Friday, March 22, 2013, I was informed that our furniture would be delivered on 3/26/13, as all of the pieces had arrived. On 3/26/13, I received a phone call from the company stating that they did not realize that we ordered a king-sized bed, so we would have to wait until 3/27/13, as the bed would be coming in the truck that was scheduled to arrive on 3/26/13. The warehouse employees were informed that the delivery would have to be scheduled after 4pm, as no one would be home until that time. The warehouse employees made a notation on our paperwork. On 3/27/13, the delivery drivers arrived a bit sooner than 4pm. Once our furniture was set-up, we realized that we had no bed, and no chest, despite being told multiple times by the warehouse that everything would be delivered at one time. Completely upset about the entire situation and the disorganization of the company, I went directly to the store to speak with the manager. The manager contacted the warehouse and informed me that our bed and chest would arrive on 3/28/13. A notation had previously been made on our paperwork that no one would be home before 4pm. On 3/28/13, the delivery drivers arrived at our home at 2:30pm, for which they were informed that no one was home, and were asked to come back later. At 7:00pm, I had not heard from the delivery drivers, so I went back to the store, and the manager attempted to place the blame on us for not being home, when the initial delivery was supposed to be a FULL delivery not a partial delivery to begin with. The manager was informed that this was completely unacceptable. He attempted to notify the warehouse, and informed me that everyone had gone home for the night, so we would have to wait until 3/29/13. Whomever he spoke with, he informed them that we needed to be the first delivery. The manager informed me that deliveries begin at 9:00am. On 3/29/13 @ 9:23am, I received a call from the warehouse stating that they could not give me an exact time that the delivery drivers would be present, and that the deliveries would begin from either 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm. So, not only would the delivery begin 1-2 hours after we were initially told, but my spouse had to take off of work longer than he expected to wait for a delivery that was supposed to be completed on 3/27/13. On 3/29/13 @ 10:00am, I received a call from one of the delivery drivers ([redacted]) stating that he would not be able to arrive to our home until the hours of 12pm and 2pm. So, the delivery would actually be 2-4 hours late. So, my spouse had to take the entire day off to wait for a delivery that should have been completed two days prior. Throughout this entire ordeal, we received misleading information and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I think that the Revdex.com should be cognizant of the poor customer service practices that this company displays.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of our $75.00 (plus tax) $83.00 delivery charges that we paid, as our furniture was supposed to arrive in full on 3/26/13, yet we received a partial delivery on 3/27/13. We did not receive the rest of our items until 3/29/13. We would also like to be refunded $281.28, as my spouse had to miss a day's pay in order to be present for our late furniture delivery. The total that we are asking to be refunded is $364.28. Thank you.

Review: I purchased a sectional and coffee table from said distributer (paid in full) for furniture I never recieved. I've called this establishment numerous times and every time ive gotten a different story as to why I have no yet recieved my furniture. The first time I called they told me that they did not know why the shipment was taking so long because it was NOT on back-order, so I decided I would give it another week. The next week I called and they said they had the sectional but were waiting on the table and it sould be there within a couple days. So instead of calling in a couple days, I gave them another week. The week came and went so I called again. This time they told me they had the table and were waiting on the sectional. At this point I was confused because the week before they said they had the sectional. I was upset of course but decided to give it another couple of days. Finally I called for the last time expecting some kind of results, they told me my order was suppose to be there on march 13, 2013 but is now saying that the sectional was on back-order. By this time I wanted to know what was going on and how it could be on back-order and no one knows about it nor did they tell me. They said when I oredered my furniture it was not on back-order but now it is and told me to come into the store to pick out another one similar to the one ive already purchased but from a different company. I looked through all catalogs and found one. They told me the one I chose was $1, 400 and they could take off $200 but I would have to give them $200 more because the sectional I purchased was $1,000. I was upset because the point of me coming out there was to get a deal since their was a no refund policy and ive waited longer then planned. It was not for me to give them more money not knowing if I was going to get what I wanted the second time. So I declined and I did not see anything else I liked and did not want to settle for something I really did not want. As I sat in the establishment for about 2 hours trying to figure something out, I noticed 5 different people come in with the same issue. Ive done as much as I could and they're telling me they cant do anything else for me and could only give me a store credit unless I wanted to wait two more months for the sectional I originally ordered and thats not something I plan on doing. All I would like is my money back since they have failed to come through with their part of the contract. I plan on calling the media or doing whatever it takes to get my demands met because of the inconvenience they are causing me.Desired Settlement: To recieve my money back for breach of contract

Review: Brought a [redacted] Mattress on 3/27/14 from Furniture Mecca.The same week the mattress start caving in and we call the store. They a man it to fix the frame and take pictures. We call them again they said call the warehouse.The warehouse said give us a new one. It took them one moth and they come with the same brand not one of equal value.Two months later the hole in the mattress is getting deeper till she can't get out bed. They day its nothing she can do she have to take the same mattress.The total cost was 580.88. We would like the money for a new one or a different mattress.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund to purchase a new mattress.

Review: I order a living room set and the octtamon came damage and when they deliver the furniture they damage my walls in my home.plus I paid for it in full cash Nov. 10...and didn't received it until after Thanksgiving because the first delivery was the wrong set(the sign says delivery the next day)...when the delivery guys show up they smelled like they been drinking. I have call the store several times and all they do is give me a run aroundDesired Settlement: Either replace the octamon or give me my money back...paint the walls or give me paint and brush and I'll do it my self
