when I received my furniture it was broken I called amir (the store manager) asked for a replacement they brought me a replacement which was also broken they replaced the replacement with a store display model per the delivery driver and the replacement was also bad I called and spoke with amir again and asked for a new furniture set out of the box the delivery men brought the furniture put it together and when I inspected the furniture I realized the furniture cushions were not the ones that came with the sectional and the cup holder was broken and the wood was dry rotted, I called the furniture store only to be told there was nothing they could do I went to the store and amir told me I had to call and speak with nikki the warehouse supervisor , I spoke with nikki she told me she had to speak with the general manager before she could do anything I asked what the managers name was she said muhamad I asked for the last name and she said I didn't need one I asked again and she hung up on

I wanted to cancel out my contract and lease with furniture MECCA and progressive leasing, but they don't want to saying that FURNITURE MECCA policy says they can't cancel the contractBut when I ask can I just pay for my furniture in cash they said yes and they will cancel out the contractBut my contract says that I can cancel within the first five (5) business days if I wantI don't have my furniture and I won't have it until the end of NovemberIt doesn't give me exact day it just says end of NovemberI just want to cancel my lease and contract and they won't let meI just signed the contract on October 24, and wanted to cancel the same day

On November 24, I went into the Mecca Furniture store to purchase a new bedroom set I saw the one I wanted on display and paid for it in full on my credit card I was told it was going to be delivered on December On November 25, the store manager called me and told me that the set I paid for was no longer available He told me to come in and pick out another bedroom set So that day I went back into the store, I picked out a different set that he recommended with the same delivery date I had all of my old furniture removed from the house to get ready for the delivery of the new set On December 2, I did not even receive a phone call I had to call the store in the afternoon, which is when I was told by the manager that the second set was also discontinued He told me that for my troubles, he would send the mattress I paid for over to my house, with a temporary frame and box spring I told the manager that I knew the box spring would have to be a split box spring in

NEVER would I recommend this company to anyone not even my enemy! Very unprofessional at the Venago and Hunting park locationsTheir products are cheap and do not last even a monthWhen hoping to have items replaced under the warranty that they persuade you to purchase they will tell you that your item can not be fixed and can not be exchanged which means a waste of for the warranty and also the purchase of the furnitureCompany full of crooks and shady business practicesSave yourself the headache and DO NOT buy even water from this company! Customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with from a "business."
