I was told the first time I called that it shouldn't be an issue and they'll
rerum my checkIt should have been taken care of the first time I calledI get paid $an hour at my job and I've spent literally probably about a day between calling, being out on hold, calling back, leaving messages, following up, driving back and forth, getting cashier's check, etcI live in Mason Ohio, that is about hour away from your officeIt's literally harder to get ahold of someone at Toyota direct than it is my own doctor

Please see the attached quotes-nine (9) pages total- for the above referenced complaintI believe these provide ample documentation of the condition of the Corolla within a few days of the incident at Toyota Direct, as you will note there is no reference to any missing lens cover on the passenger side turn signal on three quotes which were performed on the dates 8/22/and 8/23/The loss occurred on 8/The final quote is what it will cost for *** Collision to repair the damage which took place at Toyota Direct on 8/25/Please respond to this email for receipt confirmation. I am sorry if you are not happy but the lender information and payment dates are all on your signed contractYou paid the first payment at delivery and the second is due days laterThis is the same as most leases
including your last lease on your ToyotaEverything is clearly spelled out on the lease contract

am rejecting this response because: They didn't offer a resolution. The quote I got from Firestone Complete Auto Care was $for shoes and $for labor. I would like Toyota to install the brake shoes at no cost to me. Again, I've assumed full responsibility for everything else; however, I am not sure why I should assume responsibility for something that should've been included in the purchase of the vehicle? Aren't brakes normally inspected before sale?

Thank you for contacting Toyota Direct regarding my complaint and for sending me the response from the general manager, Ryan B*** The advertisement was definitely on the Toyota Direct website and not on another website as suggested by MrB*** The advertised price for the vehicle that were interested in was the only reason for our trip to Toyota Direct-Columbus It's disappointing that after we questioned the salesperson about the increased price, no one in dealership management approached us to check out our claim or look at the websiteWe were told flat-out that they didn't know where the price came from Again, the advertisement was definitely on the Toyota Direct website!! And, it definitely was not a coincidence that the price on the Toyota Direct website was changed within minutes of our leaving the dealership--all evidence gone! Same website we have been looking at for two days!!There is really no resolution to this situation and you can consider the dispute closed Consequently, Toyota Direct will never get my business

This product protects the paint from many hazards and provides a warranty on the paint and interiorIt will not keep bugs from sticking to the vehicleWe offered to re clean the car and re apply the product but the customer hung up on our finance managerI would like to resolve this but I can't
just pay the customer $1,the product is not able to be canceled

I am very sorry but we don't hold carsMost cars have multiple customers looking at them and more than one sales person trying to sell them on any given day so they are sold to the first person ready to sign the paperworkI am sure Reggie did not know another salesperson had a customer also in the
buying process on that car

We did not damage the vehicle and if the turn signal fell off during service, car wash, or soon after it was due to the fact the front of the vehicle was in an collision prior to its serviceWe have given free service times in the past and on another visit made repair to the vehicle when you claimed the car wash caused damageI am sorry if you are unhappy but we are not repairing the car

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our records reflect we did a rear suspension arm recall for this customer. This is to check the tightness of the attaching arm. Sometime later that day or the next the car suffered from a failed brake booster. This will cause the check engine light to...

come on. The customer shared with our service manager that the check engine light had been on intermittently for some time. This is not related to the recall work we did, it's not anywhere near the part we looked at. We've left three messages for our customer as we would be willing to work with him on the needed repairs. He has not returned our calls.
