We do appreciate you reaching outAfter reviewing your account with our team, it appears that the Account Executive does have notes that she did make the month commitment a vivid part of your contract chatsShe also received a voicemail from you in early January and then contacted you back
explaining how to make this month commitment more viable on your end so that you do see more volume coming through the referral lines Your site has been live since 12/**/and we do normally see the referrals picking up after a few months If you have continued questions, please contact the Account Exec so they can help review your account again and make sure you are utilizing all the features available to make sure you see the maximum return

Each retailer has a different set of steps to take to avoid this sharing feature.
