I do really appreciate where you are coming from. We again hope you are able to revisit the privacy policies with each retailer, as we do not take or post any information that is not sent to us directly from these retailers with their permission.  We do take your concerns to heart and as always, will continue to evaluate our internal privacy policies for each of our members and will review the future contracts with retailers so they are encouraged to make their policies a bit more transparent as well so you are not agreeing to a policy that is hidden away in legal language on the site.We wish you all the best.

just want my contract cancelled and profile/all reviews removed and we can close this chapter folks.

I believe your business has an ethical responsibility to respect the privacy of the customers of your strategic partners.  Based on your behavior, I do not believe you have done so.  You may be within your contractual rights with your retail partners, however, you should hold yourself to a higher standard.  I should not have to jump through any hoops to have my data removed from your system; it should not be there in the first place.

[Your Answer Here]I understand the company is holding to their "party line".  The time and energy that is going into this is amazing.  The fact that I clicked on an email that the Account Exec told me to click on does not constitute understanding the term "storefront".  The Account Executive told me that if I paid, my LISTING would come up higher in a search!!!!  LISTING.  If you use the term "storefront" then you need to completely explain that the "storefront" requires you to add content with reviews. THIS IS NOT A GOOD STRATEGY FOR A BRAND NEW BUSINESS AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY FOR ME.  I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IT WAS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED.  WHEN YOU LOOKED AT YOUR RECORDS, DID YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOW YOU THEIR EMAILS WITH ME?  STATING HOW THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AND NOT WHAT I HEARD THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE SELL ME?Allie was so QUICK to get me to "sign" electronically. Now I know why....once you HOOK people in they are locked in. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW and do business with NOT to shop from your site.  This iis DECEPTION AND FRAUD.  If I do not receive a refund, my next email will be to the NY State Attorney General.

full last name when pulling up the page and within 24 hours the listing will be removed from search. We have also notified Google to remove the link from their sites, and they have stated it can take 3-28 days to be removed.We wish you all the best.
