I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although Gannett did not fulfill the original 1 year subscription we paid for in March, they have provided us with an offer that will allow us to pay via check on a monthly basis.  We still do not feel comfortable giving them our credit card because they like to keep increasing rates without notifying their customers.  We certainly hope the rate will remain for a while.

I have talked to Ms. [redacted].  We are going to check in again this week to confirm the paper has been received.

I have processed the refund request for $66.68 and sent an email message to confirm this action to Sarah [redacted].  I also called and left my phone number in her voicemail should she need anything further.  This should now be resolved.

I reached Mr. [redacted] today and he emailed me the proof of payment.  I will work to have those funds refunded.

The message Gannett sent read, "This issue has been resolved." But just three days ago I got another unsolicited newspaper from them. I would appreciate a little more clarification from them regarding HOW the "issue has been resolved." When will the change take effect? Essentially, when can I expect they will stop leaving papers on my driveway?

First of all it took 6 weeks to run an ad that should have taken 1...

day. Second they messed the ad up, even after I specifically told the employee exactly what I wanted listed. I even went over it 3 times and again with another employee because the 1st employee stopped responding to me. This not only cost me time but money as well. You'd think the editing would be smart enough to not list an ad stating snow services and fall clean ups in april!?! It truly saddens me that a business can be ran this way and get away with it. It's unprofessional and very frustrating. As a paying customer who specifically told them exactly what I wanted I have had nothing but a nightmare experience. And to top it off it's finally published but with the wrong wording. Sad very sad. I want others to be aware of the horrible experience. How much work have I lost because of them taking weeks to publish my ad and running my fall ad when I told them over and over to run my spring ad. In spring we mow lawns, seed, and other Services. If potential customers see an old ad they won't call. Please, please rectify the continual mistakes and train your employees. Once again very sad and truly disappointed.

I only see two recent complaints from the [redacted].  There was a missed delivery with credit on August 18th for the Herald Times and a missed delivery on 10/19 with a request to redeliver the next day for Herald Times.  Any missed deliveries should be reported at the 800 number, in the...

The account is no longer active and we have credited said account to reflect $0.00 owed.  We attempted to reach out via phone to confirm her subscription was cancelled and that the billing was resolved. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact were unsuccessful.  Please note that voicemails...

We successfully contacted our member and discussed concerns about delivery and the quarterly cost of the subscription.  Confirmed that has been improvement in delivery; we will continue to work to ensure timely delivery of the print portion of her subscription.

The Gannett company has done nothing to help me out. Yes, a woman called me, but she has no idea which complaint she is dealing with, she admitted this herself. The subscription manager, of the Green Bay Press Gazette, got in touch with me. This Gannett Company should have given me the number in Green Bay, rather than ignore my complaint, because their so-called customer service reps don't know what paper I was talking about, and then didn't even contact that paper to tell them I had complained. This is not the way to rub=n a business.
