Car came back into our shop this am we are working on it will update when completed

We have gotten the registration, however NJ DMV changed the year of the vehicle, we have been working feverishly to get the registration corrected, DMV acknowledges the mistake and even spoke to the customer about it. We have given the customer copies of all of the documents in the case that
she gets pulled over to show proof of the error, The customer is able to drive the vehicle and we have refunded her $

This is in reference to Complaint # ***Per my previous complaint regarding the permanent vehicle registration not being receivedThe temporary registration that I was given had already expired on 7/**/NOT 9/*/So I was driving with an expired registration for 1-1/monthsFurthermore, I still HAVE NOT received my permanent registrationI am already anticipating having to go back to this dealership for ANOTHER temporary month registrationFurthermore, a NEW issue has come upI still have not received the title for this carIn the meantime, I have received notices from the bank from which I took the loan stating that they are required to be named as the lien holder on the titleWhich has forced me to make multiple phone calls to the bank to tell them that I have not yet received the titleAnd MORE calls to the dealership asking for both the registration AND the titleI received an email from Revdex.com saying that I failed to respond saying that the complaint has been resolvedHonestly, I don't recall receiving a request for further follow upBut rest assured that this issue IS NOT RESOLVEDI purchased this car on 6/*/and three and a half months laterI'm still following up with this dealershipIf I performed my job this way, I would be terminatedPlease, please, please helpIf you need any additional information, please feel free to email, text or call me at the contact information provided and I will be HAPPY to discuss this further I NEED MY REGISTRATION AND TITLE

I spoke to *** *** *** today as a follow up to the repairs performed on her vehicle regarding the check engine lightAs of today, with the repairs done on the ignition coil which we believe was the cause of her concern, the vehicle now operates as designed*** ***

We did offer to install the Sirius satellite at no charge to the consumer.  There is no option to buy back the vehicle for this issue.  We are able to install the Sirius radio, it wont be the same as the factory option however it is a viable solution to this problem.  I understand the...

customer  would like it to be "how it came from the factory" and if there was a way for us to install it that way we would, however at this time there is no way for us to do this.  We feel our offer of installing the Sirius radio in the car at no charge to the customer is a sufficient offer, we would even offer another year of service for the Sirius satellite.  If those are not acceptable to her, she can certainly take a check for the 250$ which is what it  would cost us to install the Sirius and the extra year (in leiu of installing the service).We understand that there was a miscommunication on this and recognize the problems the customer has had.  We are sorry of the events leading to this issue, and have been trying to reconcile the problem fairly with the customer, we value each of our customers and want to do what we can to make it right.thank youGarden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

Spoke to this customer, she tried to take car without payment.  After speaking to her and explaining that she had to pay for the work that was done she proceeded to tell us she will be in on Sat to pay and would not do any business with us ever again and will write complaints ( like this...

one).  then hung up on meAs the owner, I am not apologizing for trying to speak to her to get the matter resolved.  They authorized the work and the $ amount and if they would like a receipt when they pay for the work, we can supply that. Mike V[redacted]

We met with [redacted] on several oc[redacted]ns in in effort to resolve her dispute. We rectified the repairs  to her vehicle over a month ago and agreed to cover her rental bill. When we met on May **,2017, our used car manager showed her many vehicles that we were willing to take losses on in order to trade her out of her vehicle with minimal change in her monthly payments. We held onto these vehicles for over a week, while we awaited her decision. Unfortunately, she never got back to us on this proposal. On about May [redacted], I finally was able to engage her in another conversation and proposed that she gets back into her vehicle since we were unable to find a suitable substitute vehicle for her. We advised her we will put a service contract on her vehicle to give her peace of mind in the event her vehicle requires future related or unrelated repairs. We also agreed to reimburse up to $1500 in monthly payments. Several, calls have been made to [redacted] over the last week but we have not received a return call. As it stands, we believe we have been willing to work with her and incur a substantial financial loss to resolve this matter. We will help [redacted] with Chrysler to try to get Chrysler to buy back his Vehicle and exchange it for another, However that decision is not up to us, all we can do is give the information to Chrysler and let Chrysler know what is wrong with the current vehicle.  I know our managers have...

told [redacted] to call Chrysler and open a case an explain that he wants the vehicle exchanged.  Chrysler is the only people that can give that authority.  [redacted] Regarding the above case#[redacted] the customer [redacted] has been advised by our service manager Matt M[redacted] to come into the dealership and road test another Renegade.
