We called Mr [redacted] on June 23,, to let him know we called the bank that is holding his title to the trade in It it a bank and title in Florida They will be sending it digitally to us We have already paid off the trade in and gave him a check for $overpayment.He was very happy and considered the issue resolved

Ms*** took delivery of our vehicle on or about the 16th of SeptemberWe in good faith allowed her to take
possession of the said collateral upon the information given by Ms*** on her credit application was truthful and accurateShe stated on her signed credit application that she had been employed full time with *** for two months and her monthly income was $before taxes were taken outWe, the dealer, have no right or jurisdiction because of privacy laws to verify this informationThe verifications are always performed by the lender in which the customer is trying to obtain financingMs*** knew prior to leaving in our vehicle the bank would be verifying her residence and employmentShe took delivery of our vehicle knowing she had misrepresented on her credit application
About a week after her taking the vehicle and the bank receiving all documents, Sierra finance informed the dealer per their faxed and verbal verifications with ***, that the manager of the human resource department, "***", verified that Ms*** was part-time, had only been employed for three weeks and she was only going to be making under $a monthShe also verified to the bank that the information about employment was also known to the employee upon being hired at ***When I received this information I then called Ms*** and allowed her an opportunity to get a co-signer in which was suggested by the bank to complete her loan because of in the inaccuracies in her verifications they would be willing to look at the loan with a second buyer with verifiable and stable job timeShe told me she could not get someone to sign with herI then told her she would have to return the vehicle right awayShe then became aggressive and belligerent and started to swear at me, stating "we should have verified her info before she left the lot", that "it was all on us to get the car back", that was basically omission to knowing she misrepresented
It benefits nothing of getting a car returned that we have to pay to detail again, re-inspectThen the vehicles devaluates because of the ware and mileage put on the car while the customer is driving around with incomplete financingI am demanding at this point Ms*** return our property todayI will no choice but to contact the St Louis County police tomorrow along with my recovery company if it is not returned to my lotI will not be refunding the $down payment for Ms*** as there will be accumulated fees that I outlined above to get the vehicle on the lot marketable againI do not want to have to pursue Ms*** for fraud/misrepresentation Simply returning our collateral undamaged will be sufficient

STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT! We have taken our Acadia in for service several timesThe vehicle has less than 65K miles on it yet we've had to change the water pump, fuel pump and two catalytic convertersWhile these could be results of GMC's crappy manufacturing, it did not help that after the last service Gateway's service department gave me our car back with TWO Freon leaks! They had the car for a week and tried to tell me I must not have noticed the leak before I dropped it off (after they drove it miles)We live in Texas, I would have noticed if my AC did not workI took the car to two different mechanics and both told me it had to be caused at dealershipI tried dealing with assistant service manager who was rude, tried to put words in my mouth and basically told me I didn't know what I was taking aboutI called the service manager several times and emailed him but he never even had the decency to return my phone callThe service at this dealership is awful!
