our fault as she was driving the car. We advised her to contact her insurance company and file a claim. Then we started received phone calls from who we thought was [redacted]. She would scream and demand we fix her car. Before I agree to anything I then called [redacted] who informed us she had never called us and this was possibly her friend who was acting as [redacted]. Once I verified I was talking to the real [redacted] I agreed to split the cost. She is bringing her car to us and giving us $500. This has been resolved.

When she picked up her paperwork we failed to give her the Missouri State Inspection which expired on 01-02-16. She did not go to the DMV in a timely manner to pay her taxes as she waited until mid January 2016. That is when the DMV notified her she did not have the state inspection. At this time...

she reported to us she has a leak with the vehicle and wants to take it to a Lexus dealership for them to repair. I will not approve for her to take it to a Lexus dealer. We will be happy to look at her car and see what we can do to help her.

They sold me a Lexus truck with all this stuff wrong with it they also claimed to have fixed some of the issues when it was in their shop they did not fix any of the repairs when it was in there because it on my diagnosis that I received from the Lexus dealer. Gateway Buick gmc is not trust worthy and they sure is not a certified dealer its no way they should have sold me a veichle with these many things wrong with it and the Lexus dealer said all these issues they have had to known about I think they need to offer another solution on top of that they. Falsified my mileage and everything which is against the law (image.jpg)

did not catch it in January, however it was not bad in January. They put 28,000 miles on the car between January and now. We offered to split the bill with them and that was not good enough for them so they left.

I bought a 2014 Sierra from these guys. After I purchased it I noticed a vibration in the rear end at highway speeds and also when your driving and let off the gas. I have spoken to the service department several times on this matter. They always gave me the run around one of the older service guys even told me to replace the exhaust ! With that being said I did and that still did not resolve the issue. So I did research on this and found lots of people where having the same issue online. Well the other night my drive shaft snapped in half. The service department is now giving me the run around and are now trying to put the blame on me ! Even tho this problem was there from the time I bought the truck. The service department manager and one of his team members were both trying to team up on me on the phone pretty much telling me I was at fault ! I do not recommend this place due to the fact they will do everything they can not to warranty there vehicles. I still have not heard back from them on my truck and it's just sitting there. Bad customer service. 9/15 Update Gateway Buick GMC Did not honor there warranty !!! THIS LOT IS A CROOK ! THEY ARE MAKING ME FIX A TRUCK THAT WAS DEFECTIVE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET.

They Said since my truck has a lowering kit which is a small kit at that, that they wont fix my truck because I took slack out of the drive shaft. This is BULL because what if the truck had a load in the bed and was lowered due to having weight in the bed of the truck ? Then With that weight I was driving and when I accelerate which is something you have to do then the driveshaft would have snapped. I have already spoken to mechanic about this, when I told him what GMC Told me he laughed and said that they just are trying to get out of the warranty to fix the truck. There are Millions of trucks that have been lowered way more than mine and they dont have this problem, My truck was defective from Gateway Buick GMC they sold me a lemon and are making me pay for it. Thats terrible Customer service and we will spread the word

We took the car back because we could not get them financed. They are no longer in one of our cars.

The paperwork was ready on 9/24/2015, Gateway Buick GMC called and left many messages for several months. Then on January 12 2016 she called asked for an extension for more time to gather sales tax money. Customer Picked up paperwork on January 26 2016.

Mrs. [redacted] had her vehicle towed in with a request to replace the PCM and stabilizer bar. Not having a signed repair order our Service Advisor [redacted] called to quote the price to repair vehicle. Mrs. [redacted] then had a male companion call in for price on the parts he spoke with [redacted] one of my...

parts counter technicians, when asked if it could be discounted [redacted], using common call in pricing reduced the cost and advised that a stabilizer bar "kit" was available at a lower cost. Mrs [redacted] called back shouting accusations of price changing and refused to sign for repairs. I [redacted] the service manager called and spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and agreed to the price. After the repair the vehicle returned with 2 complaints one of a vibration at highway speeds and one of a noise when transmission shifted from park. I had a technician diagnose the concerns at no cost. Our findings were that the vehicles aged tires were the cause of the vibration and the noise was from a weak engine mount not required to replace stabilizer bar...Mrs. [redacted] displayed foul language during our conversations witnessed by our general manager during one of the calls.
