tradeline on her credit bureau which she knew was obligatory on her behalf upon signing the contract. Gateway has since unwound her contract and asked for our vehicle to be returned. [redacted] has not returned the car. we have also refunded the down payment to the customer. We are now requesting that our vehicle be returned back to our possession or we will unfortunately have to contact the st. Louis County Police Department.

01/18/2018: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.01/24/2018: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.01/24/2018: No one reached out to me to address my concerns.   I did take it back in the fourth time on January 2 for the same issue.  They repaired a new item that they claim is the real cause of the issue.  They waived the labor and I paid approximately $500 for the part.  So yes I am seeking something for at least the other three times they claimed it was one thing or another and it was not.  I don’t know if it is completely repaired because the new repairs are only a few weeks old.  02/05/2018: Mediator provided consumer an update.

I haven't spoken to [redacted] from Gateway Motors since October of 2015. I haven't been contacted by anyone from Gateway Motors before or since I filed this complaint 27th Revdex.com. I also have not received the title, that they alleged on their response was in route within a week.

When the consumer went to the DMV she asked for her title to be transferred to Santander, the lien holder. We have reached out to Santander and they are going to overnight the title to us. We will reach out to Ms. [redacted]. We will make arrangements with her so she may receive the title.

Unprofessional, rude, General Manager "hangs up you-he is too busy with other "paying customers". They fail to provide the customer with adequate Warranty information at the time of purchase-Strong communication breakdown between "customer service" and management.
