I have reviewed your case and it seems like you have spoken with a number of our team that have explained your solar plan to you already but with that said I'm happy to try to explain it again

years. So based upon this you would have been saving monthly UNLESS you have increased your consumption and based upon the information that you supplied it looks like you have. In our notes you had indicated you had more people move in with you and thus the increase in consumption of additional electricity that the solar system wasn't designed to off-set. Again based upon our files, you had asked about adding additional solar modules (panels) to your current system to off-set the increase but unfortunately the leasing company cannot do that. I have alreadycontacted Capital One (credit card) "Disputes" department. They will be stopping payment unless GCI puts the site map placard up as required by SDG&E. GCI is lying when they say they are waiting for SDG&E. SDG&E is waiting for GCI to put up the site map. Several emails were sent from SDG&E to GCI and me confirming that they are waiting for the site map.I will not have $18,worth of solar panels sitting on my roof, not connected to the grid because GCI refuses to finish the job.GCI employees still not answering their phones at the office at

Dear Mr***,
In reviewing the documentation of your project, the correct billing rate is vital in getting you the savings that you would see. Please note, SCE has a strict policy of only having the homeowner change their billing rate, at one time they allowed third parties to submit requests but ultimately needed the homeowner's direct confirmation and permission to changing over to Time Of Use (TOU). As for your system placement and installation quality, I've spoken with the service organization that did the system check for your solar, they had a disgruntled rogue employee that had been making inaccurate and statements thinking it would damage their reputation. This employee has been disciplined and apologized for making these statements. Again, we are willing to work with you on your billing issue but first and foremost we need your help to get you on Time Of Use (TOU billing with SCE)

The response that I have increased my consumption is a blanket statement that GCI has provided previously It still does not address the issues which we have brought forward GCI's sales representative indicated we would receive no bill from SCE which is not the case At the time of the sale, GCI even indicated we will place more panels on your roof than needed to make sure you receive no bill Needless to say that did not work GCI indicated they would connect with SCE to place us on TOU and they did not do this initially Not until I complained did this happen The representative indicated in his rebuttal that they could not complete this task...very interesting because I gave GCI access to my SCE account and they were able to make sure I was placed on TOU but this did not happen until months into the contract So the statement from Mr*** is false Finally, MySOLAR (finance company) sent a representative out to fix a problem which was initiated by GCI's improper installation During this gentlemen's visit he also indicated that GCI did not place my solar panels in the most optimal position He indicated they should have been placed on the south side of my home and not exclusively on the west side of my home Once again, GCI indicated that the most optimal place to situate the panels was on the west Bottom line, they have not been truthful through this process and have not owned up to their mistakesResolution for me would be to have GCI come remove the panels from my home at this point

The reason we do not except this proposed action is because when they designed the system, that we have, it was done with the information that was given to the salesman by PG&E in our presenceAfter the 1st year we received our Tru Up bill from PG&EAfter talking with an PG&E representative, she checked our previous years usage, & we were told that there, GCI's, system was designed to only cover half of what we actually needed. As far as my contacting "the leasing company" I did, and there option included GCI installing additional panels & they, GCI & My Solar (*** ** ***), were to work out the details which would meet with my approvalI don't think they actually discussed the problem

Dear Ms. Julia S Ruggieri, Thank you for your input, we have made every effort to expedite your job, you installation is complete and now we are awaiting SDG&E approve to turn your system on, you will receive a joint email from SDG&E when they give you Permission to Operate (PTO)
and then your system can be turned on. We have made every effort to expedite your job and contacted you with updates throughout the process. Thank you again for your business and we are all now awaiting SDG&E for your PTO. Sincerely GCI Solar
