  Dear Revdex.com:   This letter is in response to your inquiry dated May 15, 2017, regarding a complaint filed with your office by the above referenced consumer.   We appreciate Ms. [redacted] bringing this concern to our attention. After reviewing the information and requested resolution contained in the consumer’s complaint, we confirmed the consumer applied for the account as is stated in her submission. While we appreciate the consumer’s diligence in managing her credit report, she did initiate an application with us which authorized bureau history to be checked and an inquiry to be placed on the applicant’s credit bureau. The reporting of an inquiry is accurate and was authorized by the consumer and will remain. The residual interest in the amount of $2.39 has been credited to the consumer’s account reducing the account balance to $0. A letter confirming these actions has been requested. Ms. [redacted] had been advised her ability to use the account would be restored 14 days after her last, and most recent, payment applied to the account. Her most recent payment applied to the account June 5th; the temporary hold will be removed and the account open for use any time after June 19, 2017.
