they did not process application when they were supposed to for my effective start date even though I already made payment
My insurance was supposed to start March 1stI already made a payment early mid February ...they have not processed my application yet and it is already March 10th, so I'm unable to login to my account, unable to go to the doctor, & unable to get my prescriptions because they have not processed my accountThey did not keep their word on a March 1st effective date! Also they have very long hold timesMost of the time I can't call and contact them because I'm on hold for hourssometimes they answer after I've been on hold for hours and I can hear people in the background and no one will say anything, so after waiting another minutes listening to people talk in the background and no one replying to me...I just hang upThey have terrible customer service! I'm definitely getting a different insurance and will never get blue cross again!!

I have been a blue cross blue shield member for over a year I have called them for the past three months and I never have spoke with a customer service representative yet I have been put on hold for hours and hours I can not get through They have raised my premium to dollars more a month I can not afford this rediculous amount Total a month is what they expect me to pay in They have no problem continually biling me I wish to cancel my subscription with bcbs of nc so I can obtain health coverage elsewhere I did not change my health care plan in 2016, but yet bcbs of nc did not inform me that my premium was going to raise to such a rediculous unaffordable amount with the same plan I had obtained in I need help resolving these issues

I made the mistake of assuming bcbsnc was a forthright company BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!! They tripled my premium from to and the worst part waited until the Medicare enrollment period ended so I had to go back to "original medicare" and could not obtain insurance in the open market Not only that, we chose bcbsnc for my wife's coverage and wound up with a policy that so far we have not been able to find a doctor who accepts They are a bunch of SNEAKEY *** Avoid them at all costs

Insurance was Blue Cross labeled a payment, "Suspence," meaning they applied my payment to a non existing accountThey lost $payment!!!!
I have been dealing with Blue Cross on a daily basis First of, they have applied a previous payment from March in the amount of $to the wrong account and they labeled "Suspense," meaning that it just dissappeared this the exact word the a representative of Blue Cross and Blue Shieild named *** said!! For one hour, I drilled her given me the amount that I owed to reinstate my policy and she gave me three different figure and at the end she could not given an exact figure
I made a payment last month of $ This month I received a letter stating that my policy was terminated in June If my possible was terminating in June, then how come my payment went through in August???
I am extremely angry about this and as off right now I have no coverage because they are not smart enough to figure out where the missing payment went Pleas

BCBSNC has been an absolute nightmare to deal withI've been dealing with them for months in an attempt to change my billing addressEach time I call, I'm passed around and put on hold for hoursIt's the most incompetent and rude organization I've ever worked withThey never resolved the issueI changed to ***So far, I'm much happier

We have not been refunded for an enrollment that was canceled in December prior to it's effective date

BCBSNC has caused my family much grief, tears, money, & time, including: Lost payments, refusing claims, taking my children off policy, and much more

I had a with NC BCBS 12/1/- 12/31/ There is no policy after 1/1/ They keep billing me for a policy that I never purchased
