I apologize for the late reply to case number ***I had to get more information on the vehicle and it took the third party involved longer than I thought
I want to help Ms*** out and see if I can talk to herI know she has been through a major headache with this truck and Byers
Jeep, involving the diagnostic and repairs to her vehicleI feel that we followed proper procedure according to the Chrysler corp process, but still owe her an apology on the overall situation I will do everything I can to satisfy her and make her have faith in Byers Jeep

I have spoken to Mrs*** and we have agreed to
take care of her concerns. We have arranged to have her remote start
replaced and the door locks re-set back to factory specifications along with
reimbursing her $for any inconvenience this has caused

I am rejecting this response because:
This is after I confronted Byers of the vehicle being sold unsafe with bald tires and there manage Boone showing no concern or care for there customer at all. At least Byers could pay me back the for the two tires I just had to purchase and offer a front wheel alignment. I have pictures or the tires and I guess I am going to re-contact the Attorney Generals office again if I am not reimbursed for the additional two tires I had to buyRegards, *** ***

We have reversed the transaction that we had with Ms***
and paid her the trade in amount on her GMCShe is happy with this decision
and neither Byers Chrysler or Ms*** have any further obligations to each

Im sorry for the misunderstanding on the service contract that it includes key replacement however we are willing to make a good will gesture for Mr*** since he is a good customer.It is a one time situation.Thanks Todd G***

I’m sadden to hear that Ms*** is having remorse about her Volvo purchaseI know that she has proudly served our country and was excited about getting a Volvo CBeing out of town, I
assume she did extensive research and planning
I feel that Byers Volvo was very transparent and upfront throughout the entire transactionMs*** located our car and dealership via the internet and our web siteOn our website we clearly provide a CarFax report for every carI assume that a customer would read this report before traveling 400+ miles to purchase a vehicleThe CarFax report states numerous times that this was a previous rental vehicle
I have attached some of the documents that Ms*** signed prior to taking delivery of her new CThe first one is the Retail Purchase AgreementBy state of Ohio law, we must disclose prior useWe did this on the agreement and you can easily see the rental box is checkedThis is right above the cash price of vehicle Ms*** agreed to and signed this document in two different places
I have also attached the signed Buyers GuideThis document indicates that we are selling this vehicle and the customer will pay all costs for any repairs“The dealer Assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle”
Besides having the CarFax on our website for review, we give every customer another chance to inspect the report prior to buying the vehicleIn the attachment, the signed CarFax report that shows the vehicle was a rental in four different areas throughout the report
Also include in attached documents is the signed Delivery ConfirmationThis is a very basic document that is easy to translate“I have received all of the products and services promised to me in connection with this transaction at the time of delivery” Nothing Owed/Nothing Promised

The note says that we serviced a Denali but the car we workied on is a XK JaguarThe service was to replace a the window wiper stalk which we did and the cost for that was $then we did the oil service $during the service we found the right front wheel valve stem/tpms sensor
leaking so we called for authorization and could not reach anyone so we installed the part $because the tire was going flat.We will remove the cost of the tire valve.If you have any questions please feel free to call me directly at 614-552-Thanks for your business

No matter how much BS the Byers representative puts in writing, the photographic evidence is clear that there was no carburetor rebuild work done on this car, and the carburetor was never removed from the car. However, it is true that the car had an electrical issue that was fixed. So I would agree to pay for the work that was actually completed at Byers, which is the electrical and oil change, nothing more. It is unconscionable to me that this dealer continues to perpetuate the idea that any work was done to the carburetor, when the photographs present the factual evidence and tell an entirely different story

We are in receipt and have reviewed Mr *** concern/ complaint relating to his Audi AIn order to understand and properly assess his issue we need to Verify all of the dates mention in the claim , specifically the date of the Engine Management Software Tune ! PLease
