Recently called company to help find leak. They put holes in wall (necessary) and scoped the vent from roof. The first day, the tech said we would be charged $199.86 for the initial visit. When nothing could be found through the wall holes, they decided they needed a scope and another tech was arranged for the following day. When scope tech arrived no further estimate was given. Scope proved ineffective for finding leak and a quote was given at this time for further work. We declined since the object, (the finding of the leak), could not be guaranteed. Our bill for the second day was $483.75. Our receipt said " Clear lab or kitchen Without Clean out Access includes a new P-Trap", and since that was not even close to what they had done, I called the company for an explanation. The plumbing manager said that was their standard bill with set prices and since they don't charge by the hour the set price includes things whether they do them or not. My complaint is this. A bill should say exactly what work was done. Period. At this point we cannot say if we were charged correctly or not for the work performed. I'm glad we declined further work from them. When I initially called them I asked if they were experienced to locate leaks under a ceramic tile floor - perhaps with a heat seeking camera. Their answer was just to set up an appointment. If they were not experienced with this problem I would have appreciated a simple no.

Tom was very helpful and found the root cause of our leak very quickly, but still did a thorough job to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He was able to fix the problem and also help in setting up the restoration.

Anees was very courteous and professional in assisting your plumbing division with an issue. He even noticed that a light fixture could have been installed better and assisted with removing an unnecessary portion left behind by a previous owner’s DIY.

Fernando was very professional and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and how the R.O. System and whole house filter worked.

Mike S. wass great as he was last year from greeting to navigating the dogs, checking the plumbing, to communicating the issues & my options. I appreciated very much that GB sent the person as last year, familiarity with the house & the customer is a plus.

Very polite, on time. The office did a good job of staying in touch throughout the day to reinforce that we were on the schedule. Very much appreciate the text from the company as they are on their way, which includes the bio and photo of the service technician. Appreciate that they use booties when entering the house, and taking them off if they need to leave the house for tools, etc.

Had a leaking hot water heater on a Friday evening. Called George Brazil and a technician (Ernesto) called me back within 5 minutes. He arrived at home and worked until about 11:30 p.m. to replace water heater. Very professional and nice to deal with.

The Fourth of July was greeted with water flowing out of my garage! Not the way to celebrate a wonderful holiday! Lucky for us, John from George Brazil Plumbing was at our home 20 minutes later to save the day! I was so impressed with his quick and positive service. He gave us lots of information and solved the problem. I have already recommended both George Brazil Plumbing and John to a couple of friends. If we ever have a plumbing (or electrical) problem in the future, I know who to call for help!

Ernesto J inspected our plumbing and replaced our water heater today. Ernesto is very knowledgeable about plumbing components and fixtures, and code requirements. He has provided excellent service over a number of years. Always professional, and always a delight to have in our home.

Found out my gas water heater was leaking early in the morning. Placed a call to GB around 9a. New water heater installed by 1:30p. GB isn’t the cheapest company, but their guys are great, including Tom—professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, which I appreciate. I also appreciate receiving Tom’s electronic photo and bio, which arrived just before he did at my door. Great new service AND GREAT SERVICE, in general ??

The team was prompt even on a week end. The were polite and explained in layman's terms what needed to be done. I appreciated their professionalism, and will not hesitate to call them again when the need arises

Kevin, the technician who came to fix my broken pipe, was quick, efficient, and updated me during the entire process. I received a phone call 30 minutes before he arrived. I have been a customer of George Brazil for years now, and I have always found their service to be excellent. I would never think of going anywhere else.

Great service; very complete inspection of entire plumbing system in a home built in 1988. 11 year-old (leaking, rusting) water heater replaced same day. Given a record of work with pictures before & after. Very satisfied.

The dirt in my water is still there and coming out everyday......he should have done the screen option when he was here to filter the water......now I have to call them back again so they can put the screen in so I will not have dirt in my bathtub. Should have only taken one visit.....not two.
