This is my first experience with the George Brazil and the complete process from reviewing the options to project finish was a great process. Technically Kevin was the best, very professional and satisfied a very hard to please customer.

Kris was very thorough and professional. He arrived within 90 minutes of our call for help and quickly diagnosed the problem. Mike came out for a plumbing inspection and, as I predicted, it was time for a new water heater. I talked with him about a tankless option and Mike gave me an estimate for that and set things up for an electrician to come that same day for an estimate for the electrical work. Turns out that was not in my budget so I went with the regular water heater. The following Saturday Mike came to install it - on his normal day off. He wanted to follow up and complete the service. It is so rare today to find someone as professional, skilled, and personable as Mike and it says a lot about not just his character, but also the character of the company he works for. Thank you Mike, and Thank you George Brazil.

I’m extremely impressed with the caliber of employees I’ve meet from George Brazil. The electrician, John E, was exceptional. He spent approximately 7 hrs. at our home fixing everything we had an issue with. He was here until after 8:00pm, without dinner and still took his time to finish the jobs completely. He was thorough in explaining the problems he found and what needed to be done to correct them. He was neat, clean, courteous and professional. We highly recommend John.

Gabriel was here again today.....first time almost 2 yrs ago. At that time, he replaced the two outlets, that we had called about. Also, while we went to the city to buy a fan for him to replace, he gave the house a complete inspection, replacing other outlets that weren’t grounded properly. He also replaced 5 fire alarms, replaced the fan and was gone.
Today, we had a track light that had problems. He drove 40 minutes to get part.....drove 40 minutes back, replaced part and gave estimates on other fixtures. Cause the next time.....there’s no hope for this one.
We really appreciate Gabriel.......so polite, and gives all options possible

I love George Brazil. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Have used them for AC trouble and when mine died years ago in the scorching August heat, I had a new unit installed the next day. I’ve used them for electrical repairs and now for plumbing. People say GB is more expensive than the other companies; but I’ve priced repairs and they are no more or less. Even if they were more costly, the customer service and care are so worth it.
