SO DISAPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRASH PICK UP don't think they even care. Closed today cause of weather we live in colorado business still open and proved services.

Same Problem with Corporate Accounts, we have 3 of them and the customers service is nonexistent. When you do get someone, they are rude or act like it is a problem for them to get info to you. Pretty sad when you have set up all the accounts and they do not have your name or number for contact purposes. Still can't get any of the bills on time, called to have them emailed but for some reason they are undeliverable...WORST COMPANY EVER.
I totally get that; I have had the same problem and we have several accounts.
This upsets the mail carrier who in turn leaves notes for me to leave the area clear.
They also, more often than not, leave the lids open so the cans collect water when it rains.
I travel a week out of the month for cancer treatment out of state. It may sound petty but it’s very frustrating when I return & the first thing I have to do is dump water from the cans, replace them to their pick up spot & then have messages from the mail carrier regarding my blocked mail box.
Please GFL, do better.
GFL provides a tote with their service. They do not charge you rent. Unless you actually purchased the trash totes from a store, they are not yours.
Please review your ticketing system for the following tickets that I have submitted for this issue.

After the going through this so many times, I finally told them I was going to cancel my service and that I didn't want any credit. I removed my autopay information so the next bill would not be paid. Cancelled my service by putting in a ticket (I mean who has time to keep calling them). Seven days later I received a notification that my bill had been paid through the bank account for which I removed the information.
Tried to call them again today 770-577-3545. Will not go through at all. Call drops off immediately. Please think twice before signing up with them.
I call again a second time two weeks later. This lady says I will get confirmation. I say I'm not getting off the phone until I do. They say they can't send while on phone, it's a process where the phone call has to end for the info to move forward and pass onto the people that do this process. I say I want to be sure that I will not be charged because I have had no less than 5 people in my neighborhood that have been charged, "after cancelling" since my last call. She assures me (second person to do so), that I won't. You know where this is going .
Two weeks later, invoice period up. DING. Email saying payment has processed. Bank account confirms. So I call back, ask to talk to a manager. Denied. Not how their system works. Am adamant about it given the charge. Doesn't matter. The process is that I will file the complain and someone will call you within 24 - 48 hours to resolve your issue. In the meantime, please ensure you take auto-pay off of your account. Wait a minute... What?... Didn't I ASK FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED?!?!?
Go into my account, still attached. No note of account being cancelled. No progress on my refund she says she saw in the PC, which takes 7 - 8 weeks and comes via a mailed check...
This. Is. GFL.

Can't say GFL does a lousy job of picking up our trash so far.
Unable to contact GFL by phone, email, etc. GFL sends no billing emails, you are on your own!
Pay ours with a single credit card. Since reading all the reviews would not trust GFL having my banking info!
Latest is a price increase of $5 per mo. Price "jumped" from $42 per mo to $47 & we were not informed of this increase. Nice!
Can see why former County Waste Customers who were transferred to GFL are looking for another "better" waste mgmt co.
Same here! I cancelled today! 3 weeks of missed pick up. this trash company is truly TRASH!
I used to have County Waste. GFL took them over and in a very shady move switched us without any written (printed) notifications. I would pay my bills quarterly even though they are not billed that way through CW. I would get a bill, see it getting low and send in $100 to carry me over to the next quarter. When I finally got my account set up, I paid in advance like I did with CW as the GFL rep said everything would be the same. Well after I paid, I got two notices with two separate account numbers saying my day would be changing. I called up and they said it was just one address and to not worry since the bill would be going up XYZ amount by July. I refused to pay double what I was paying with another company, so I canceled service. I should have received a credit back to my credit card of $92.89 since I didn't use any of the amount I paid ahead and had to pay like $7 and change on the last amount.
It is two months later, and I still have not received my refund. I can't find a number to reach a person in billing since the person who answers the phone is the same no matter what phone number you call. They claim to not have a corporate number or a number of anyone above them. Called the Clerk of Courts at the state level to find out who is the Authorized Agent for the state of Virginia and they gave me the following:
