I recently purchased a larger e-card from Giftcard Zen for [redacted]. I didn't have time to wait for a physical card, so this was my first e-card experience. It went great. Received my e-card email immediately and when I checked at the front desk at [redacted] to verify the balance, everything was perfect. Was able to get all the products I needed that night and saved over $12.00 with the purchase of the e-card. I am doing more projects and will definitely purchased more discount cards/e-cards from Giftcard Zen for them and other shopping. THANKS! Lorna

Have purchased a number of [redacted] cards from this company over the past several months. I liked that I could transfer the balance to my existing [redacted] card. Unfortunately, 3 of the cards were bad and because of that, I won't do business with this company again. What happens is that once [redacted] realizes that the transferred balance can't be verified, they drop the balance to $0 and shut down the card. I find out when I'm making a purchase at [redacted], which is embarrassing. It's also a hassle to have to contact [redacted] and GiftCardZen and work through the problem. I gave GiftCardZen the benefit of the doubt the first two times because of their friendly customer service (who made it sound like an isolated incident) and prompt refund, but not this last time. I'm finished with them. By the way, I got only a partial refund this past time--they said I used some at [redacted]. I was told by [redacted] that [redacted] loses the revenue from purchases made with bad cards. Consequently, I'm thinking that while [redacted] loses out, GiftCardZen may be keeping money that should go to [redacted].

I have been purchasing used gift cards from various sites for about a year now. I love how easy it is to save with them. I don't alway use them before the guarentee runs out and had a bad experience with Card Cash because of this. Gift Card Zen, however,stood by the product they sold me and granted me a refund after I had trouble using a gift card I bought from them over 100 days before. I will only buy from Gift Card Zen in the future, because I know if there is a problem with the card they will stand by their sale and make it right. Thank you Gift Card Zen!

I was nervous about purchasing gift cards from an unknown reseller but found other reviews and a detailed blog post regarding their legitimacy. A competing company had less than desirable reviews. My first purchase was for a smaller denomination and when that went through without a hitch I purchased much larger denominations. I've spent over a thousand dollars funding my home renovation projects through their gift cards. Giftcard Zen is a gem for saving on those planned expenses. The only problem I had was with my credit card company holding up the transaction as they wanted to verify the large online order.

After reading past customer reviews I decided to use your service. I purchased $495.00 in gift cards at an 18% discount. The cards arrived in 3 days and I had no problem using them at the store they were purchased for. It was the easiest $85.00 savings I have ever had. First Experience was good... At first I thought there was an issue with the gift card but it actually turned out that the pin wasn't required via the online website. So overall my experience was great!

They are like the [redacted] of Gift Cards. I have never had a bad experience here and I always look to them first before looking at any other gift card suppliers. They have extremely quick service and accurate listings. Digital cards are delivered quicker than I can login to my webmail, and physical cards came the fastest out of any gift card supplier I have tried. Review: I purchased a giftcard with value 1044, but for $915.99. The company sells unused gift cards with certain discount. After receiving the giftcard, I went to [redacted]o purchase a product, but the gift card has a value of $423.10. The merchant agreed to return 543.66 initially but is now refusing to return the money back. I have sent more than 15 emails, called more than a dozen times(BTW, they don't lift their phone). Their social network team even blocked me on Facebook. I believe this is a fraudulent website and is trying to deceive people.Desired Settlement: As agreed, they need to return $543.66. I have [redacted] proof and also receipt that clearly says the initial balance of 423.10, instead of $1040.

Geat place for discounted gift cards and online codes takes 5-10 mins to come to you, I had 1 small problem with a gift card and they where quick to help me you guys are by far the best And I have been to other websites before I always come back to you

Gift Card Zen has unparalleled customer service and support and they stand behind their sales. I have bought many gift certificates from them, and When I have a rare issue, they work quickly to correct. They don't seem to have more than one or maybe two folks ever answering the phone, and there is no queue (please get a queue) so it's sometimes hard to get a person on the phone, but keep calling back and usually in 5 or so minutes you'll get a person live.

Process was extremely smooth, received the gift cards via email within 15 mins. Saved a ton of money on a big purchase at Lowe's!

I bought ~$10,000 merchandise credit from GiftCardZen.com on 4/28/2014. They didn't release the printable cards to me until I called them and provided my ID to them. I used the cards in a local store on 4/29. Three cards among the ~40 cards had zero balance. The cashier had called the store manager, and the store manager contacted the fraud department of the store cooperate. They verified the Giftcardzen was legit and kept processing the purchase. It was a little embarrassing and I felt frustrated. However, my frustration ended there. I contacted Giftcardzen and [redacted] from their customer support replied in a couple hours and started case investigation. In the morning of 4/30 [redacted] asked me to provide my store purchase receipt. They sent me a note around the noon time on 5/1, saying they will refund me of the bad cards.
I feel those people care about their customers and know what they are doing.

Review: I need my refund for the gift card that was sold to gift card zen on Jan. 07, 2016. This was 2 months ago. I still have not received my refund. I was down at School and the address was forwarded and they send the check to that address. I never received the check. Then they reissued the check to my address here at home and I still never received it. I originally asked that they send the payment to PayPal. I set the PayPal account up on there website, but they said that they do not do that anymore and that the payments can only be sent by mail. I also see on there website that they have a satisfaction guarantee forever. I am not feeling the satisfaction. Especially not forever. I have attached the document with all of the emails pertaining to the matter.Desired Settlement: I need my refund sent electronically by PayPal or to by bank account in the amount of $28.35.

Unfortunately this company and others like it are now being scammed by the sellers of the gift cards themselves… so be forewarned the the card you are buying may have been reported as lost or stolen by the seller. Therefore, when you get to the store to use it it has NO BALANCE or is UNUSABLE. It should be the responsibility of GCZ to check any and all cards before they sell them, but they are not doing that. So it is becoming the responsibility of the customer/buyer, who then is in possession of stolen goods.

GCZ is aware of all of this and claims they are working on fixing the problem, but I've decided not to wait around to see if they ever do.

They did offer a full refund of course. I don't know if they're pursuing legal action against the gift card sellers.

Giftcard Zen is an outstanding giftcard service. I have used many services in the past and have now found my home. Exceptional customer service is where it starts and stops for me and this is what they are all about.

They have been thorough and complete with every part of their operation. I would highly recommend them as a vendor for gift cards.

I also like that they are always looking to improve their service or offers that they provide on their website. Often a company thinks they have everything and is not open for suggestions(or they say they are but really are not). However, they have made it very clear that they value their customers reviews and want to continually provide "better" service if possible. However, they are a AAA in my book for Revdex.com!!!
