In my opinion this company is a scam, my son in uk ordered a gift to be delivered to myself here in USA, it has not arrived and we have both spent hours upon hours phoning this company and just getting the run a round

I ordered flowers online June On July was told they were not available and asked to switchI said no ( substitute wasn't even close to what was ordered) and asked to cancel order per their website representation "•Refund or replace, if not satisfied"Followed up July and was told in an on-line chat that order had been cancelled and refund issued In fact they charged me on July ( credit card payment to "Gifting Inc - Pickup Flo Wilmington DE") and haven't issued a refundFollowed up July (telephone call with 415-315-which is CA not DE) and was told there were "technical issues with payment gateway"Have since researched and found that this company may be scamming lots of people (see https://ca.t*** *** *** *** ***

Failed delivery and borderline theft
I have been dealing with this company since February the of this year trying to get my order delivered order number(01720143)for three weeks and nothing was delivered finally I received an email from them stating that it was delivered, but when I saw what they had delivered I was sick and upset because my original order was $and the order that was delivered best guess maybe a $or at most $order and so I tried for another week to get it corrected with no resultsSo I finally decided that I just needed a full refundable so I proceeded in that direction, another week went by and more lies and broken promisesAnd today I received an email from them stating that they would give me a 10%refund and deliver (5)rosesThis is very unprofessional and unacceptable

hi, I have asked the recipient several times and they said there was no contat made whatsoever.I have also called the hotel (which the recipient and the rest of the company rented out if any delivery attempt was made and they said no delivery was ever attempted on the said date.I chatted with their agent and asked around 5pm Philippine time since they claim delivery is until 7pm and they said it was on the way7pm has passed, no signs of delivery both from hotel reception and the recipient or recipient's wifeMy instructions to them were very clear that they needed to deliver on that day because they leave tje next day to which they assured me several times it will happenAfter that I heard several excuses from their side - delivery has been made; delivery failed; recipient was unknown; hotel cant be located.they also have no proof of delivery failure e.g hotel concierge signing no guest of that name was there at that time.

No delivery took place on the 17th, so I sent a follow up email that night but received no responseToday I did an online chat through the website to contact themThe first representitive I reached disconnected from the chat session after I waited for them to reply for minutesI opted to receive a chat transcript for my recordsThe chat transcript I received contained my chat as well as the contact details and questions for other customers that were doing an online chat as well
I then did a new online chatI received the same agent as the previous one who then transferred me to another agentThat agent also did not reply to me at all and after minutes disconnected the chat session tooThe

My husband & I had placed a gift delivery order from GiftsnIdeas company website on Jan 17th and the delivery date was February 5th to my sister in law who resides in AustraliaWe tried calling the company via phone & email since the delivery didn't happen on Feb 5th so far still waiting from them to hear any updatesThe order no was # It's a Nut Hamper from the Australian Gifts Site & we paid in US currency

I placed an order to this company on the 11th of February A flower and chocolate as a valentines gift to herThe delivery is in the Philippines and I chose to deliver it on the 15th of February because on the 13th of February was quite priceyThe day after I ordered ( Feb12, 2016) a customer service email telling me that the delivery will be delay due to heavy order flow on valentines and my order will be delivered on the 16th of FebruaryIt has been days already from time I placed an order to them but nothing is received or deliveredI tried to contact the customer service phone nofrom the website no one is answering not even the live chatI've searched for reviews about this company and little that I now that there were already a lot of unsatisfied customers are victimized by them!
